Located in the sweet area of Old Seagrove on a sandy road, this cottage is minutes away from the beach, Seaside and Watercolor. This charming 3 bedroom/ 2 bath cottage sleeps 8. Offering approximately 1300 square feet of comfortable living space - the large living room is perfect for movies and games. The modern kitchen and island, which seats 5-8, are ideal for fun family mealtimes and cocktails. The bedrooms have beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing decor - all are equipped with smart TVs. A large screened in back porch, with fun bed swing and eating area, overlooks the private, fenced back yard and entertaining cocktail pool - which can be heated in the winter months. Nature is abundant in the area, so don't be surprised to sea big squirrels, deer, bunnies, foxes and maybe a raccoon. A grill is provided for your outdoor cooking skills. All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

This cottage is just 3 blocks from 30A and a short bike ride or walk to the beach, Seaside, and Watercolor.
