Great condo

This is a great, spacious condo in a nice location. Very convenient to get to Ramshead and Snowshed lifts. There is not a lot of cookware, only one very small frying pan, otherwise it's a great place to stay. It would be fun to stay there when sauna and hot tubs are open.

Poorly managed dump

The pictures make this unit look significantly larger and nicer than it is in person. There is also a steep, narrow stairway inside the front door of the unit that leads to the unit itself so not ideal for carrying coolers/skis etc. we turned the oven on to make dinner and had smoke billowing out of the oven. After opening the oven we found disgusting old food left in there that we had to clean out ourselves before using. I went to use a spatula from the kitchen to scrape the oven clean and found dried food on that as well. All the management company did was waive the cleaning fee which was upsetting given I never would have rented a unit with someone else’s gross food leftover. Not a good experience.

I'm sorry your stay did not live up to your expectations. We never want that for any of our guests. I know that the cleaners missed a small spill in the oven and we have talked to them about the issue to make sure they double-check all their work. As you can see from our many other positive reviews, this is very unusual. We immediately offered to come re-clean but never heard anything back from you, so refunded the entire cleaning fee for the inconvenience along with sending our sincere apologies.

Misses on some on some fundamentals

Overall we had a good stay. It's a ski condo. The room was clean and it's close to the lifts. But when we reached the room there were no sheets for the pull-out bed. Since check-in is after business hours for some reason, it required a bunch of calls and waiting around for the sheets to show up when we'd have rather been getting dinner. The kitchenette is very outdated. The formica is peeling off the counter top. The shower valve is messed-up to the point that they include 'instructions' in the check-in materials. The condo building seems to be trying hard to not be a hotel, while still basically being a hotel. There's no front desk, no concierge, no clearly defined load-in area. Once you figure out the processes, it's fine. But for the prices they charge it would be nice to have a little bit (or a lot) more on-site customer service.

Thanks for staying with us, John. Sorry that the cleaners missed leaving the pull out sheets in the closet, but I'm glad we were able to get those over right away for you. We spoke to them about that to make sure it doesn't happen again. We always do our best to keep rates competitive, especially on the busy holiday weeks when you were here. Guests love the convenience of the smart locks for contactless check in, and although we're not "on site" we're always reachable via email, phone and emergency after-hours support. Thanks for staying with us.

Great Mountain View

Very satisfied with out Killington Mountain Green experience. Everything was "all good", even though the Wobbly Barn was not open...LOL. We can't wait to go back.

It was okay

The wifi didn't work and there was no firewood but the location was nice and the room was clean.
