Cette villa de Beach Arbor est l’une des rénovations les plus goûteuses à ce jour! Cette villa dispose de tous les nouveaux revêtements de sol, ainsi que de nouveaux meubles. Le rez-de-chaussée s'ouvre sur un coin repas relaxant, juste à côté de la cuisine récemment rénovée. Le salon est spacieux et lumineux, laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Les meubles du salon sont à la fois modernes et élégants. Un demi-bain en bas ainsi qu'un balcon complètent le premier niveau.

À l’étage, deux chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain complète. Chaque salle de bains a été minutieusement rénovée et crée une atmosphère propre et lumineuse. Les lits de chaque chambre sont dotés de nouveaux matelas et le mobilier de la chambre est également neuf. Le maître dispose également d'un autre balcon avec terrasse.

Beach Arbor est une petite communauté avec une très belle cour centrale ainsi qu’une belle piscine communautaire. Les quatre vélos permettent un court trajet en voiture jusqu'à la plage, ainsi qu'un accès rapide à Coligny ainsi qu'au centre commercial Circle Centre avec une épicerie, un magasin d'alcool et de nombreux restaurants.

Amazing space! Great neighborhood, walkable to the beach, shops, restaurants - really anything you could need. The space itself was exactly as listed and felt like a home away from home. The pool was great, parking was never a problem, and the neighbors were all kind as well. Wonderful place would absolutely recommend & return! Bikes were also such a wonderful addition!

We had a great time on our August 2026 vacation. Condo was clean, stocked, walking/biking distance to Coligny Beach and Plaza, Children’s Museum, Celebration Park, and a beer garden. The bikes were so convenient and a definite plus. Our pup enjoyed his stay there too! We plan to return.

The condo was well accommodated with cooking and cleaning supplies, towels, tvs, bikes and beach chairs. The living room and kitchen was nice. We had a pleasant stay other than the bed in the master bedroom was not comfortable for our back. The second bedroom bed was much more comfortable. It was hot in the upstairs bedroom and we discovered that the a/c was not working. Maintenance promptly came and fixed it. During our stay, there was an issue with the smaller bathroom ceiling and maintenance fixed that as well. It was inconvenient to call and wait for these issues to be fixed during our vacation. I feel that the units should be checked before the guests move in. The location was ideal and very close to the beach.

We appreciate your patience with the maintenance concerns that arose during your stay. Our properties are checked between guests; however, some maintenance issues may not be apparent during those inspections and can unfortunately arise unexpectedly. Turnover days also require our inspection and maintenance teams to coordinate closely with housekeeping so everyone has the space needed to properly prepare the home before the next arrival. We're glad our maintenance team was able to respond promptly and resolve both concerns once they were reported. We also appreciate your comments regarding the beds. Mattress comfort is very personal and can vary considerably from guest to guest, but we'll be happy to share your feedback with the homeowner. Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head. Family vacation

We had a wonderful week. Great location walking distance to celebration park, shopping, restaurants, grocery store and the beach. Condo was very clean, supplied and pet friendly. Pool was just around the corner and was checked daily by pool company. Will definitely stay again

Great location

We have stayed at several condos in the Coligny area and this was definitely our favorite. Short walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants at Coligny. Clean and plenty of space for us and our 3 kids. Would love to stay again on our next trip.

We enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head island. This rental was ideal for a family of 4. We enjoyed riding the bicycles to the beach through this beautiful neighborhood. The location is fantastic. We will definitely think about coming back next year for a longer stay!

Amazing stay!

We hadn’t been back to HHI for 8 years, and always stayed in sea pines. We decided to try to stay outside sea pines, and didn’t regret it! Beautiful property with great access to the beach and coligny plaza. It was magical to be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We drove in from Atlanta late afternoon, got to the location and really had to use the bathroom, no toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom! Unloading we brought our own coffee, there were no craft for the coffee maker to be found! Did send a note to the management, and later the day they brought us a NEW coffee machine! Thank you for that. We had already purchased some coffee pods for the Keurig from the Piggly Wiggly.

Great Location and Lovely Property

We spent a long weekend staying here in June 2024 and loved the property. It was close to everything - 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the park, 10 minutes to the shopping plaza. Very comfortable and lots of little amenities (beach chairs, bikes, toiletry kits) that made it special. We brought our dog with us and the area was very dog friendly (poop stations everywhere) and several places to eat even had dog menus. Would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

Location Location Location!!! Love how close this condo is to the beach and restaurants, shopping! Has everything you could need! Very easy check in and check out. Pool is just a few steps away. Definitely would come back! We stayed close to a month.

15 minute walk to beach.. access also by bicycle.. excellent cycling at low tide.. caution, motorize

Clean, nicely furnished, comfortable sofa and matching easy chair, 16 steps up to entrance could be a challenge for some seniors, handrail is useful however.. rest rooms functional, plenty of hot water for showers and washing machine, kitchen utensils and dishes/ glasses more than adequate, TV channels service very good..coded entrance and exit very convenient
