The condo was great very easy to find great location. Easy parking when carrying lacrosse . We chose this condo because of the proximity to IMG academy. The beds were very comfy. Plenty of living space the washer and dryer were a plus. We enjoyed having lunch on the screened in patio overlooking the pond. We would definitely stay here again.

We really liked the apartment, it was very clean :) Everything was there, dishes, towels! A very beautiful place! The ocean is very close and very beautiful!

Just what we needed

Nice property near the pools and clubhouse. The property description was on point. The host was excellent and responded very quickly to our emails. All in all, this rental proved to be an excellent choice.

We were very happy with our unit. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed sitting out on our lanai overlooking a pond with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Great amenities - 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball, shuffleboard and bocce ball. There are 2 Gas Grills beside the clubhouse you can book if you want to barbecue. Shorewalk is well situated - shopping (Publix, Walmart) is close by and there are several good restaurants within easy driving distance. It’s approx a 25 minute drive to the beach on Anna Maria Island. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to come again!

Great January getaway

This is our 2nd year staying at Shorewalk Villas and we love it. Wonderful amenities, nice people, great convenience to beaches, shopping, and dining. Mr. Rocca was a very accommodating host. We look forward to staying again in the future.

It was very nice and perfectly located to anything you would need it like to see. My 2 must have when I stay someplace is a good comfortable bed and a good strong water pressure in the shower. However, those were the 2 things missing. The bed was very hard and the water pressure weak. I will say though that I would stay there again because it is a very nice property and I would just bring stuff to make the bed more comfy.

Very Nice Condo

I would definitely come back again, everything you need was available. Close to the pool and a short drive to the beach. So much nicer than staying in a hotel, it was home away from home.

Beautiful condo but amenities not family friendly

The suite/condo was very clean, organized and well stocked. The condo has up to date appliances and good wifi. The whole set up is wonderful my only complaint is with the complex/campus itself. The whole place is set up to be family friendly but in turn it’s not. I have young kids, not teenagers and they were constantly being corrected for how they were able to play in the amenities. They could not jump into the pool. I understand diving but they could not stand on the edge and jump in. We could not each lunch with our friends that stayed in a different suite in the clubhouse nor could you eat sandwiches or drinks (non -alcoholic) at the pool. Can’t have floats in the pool even for an infant. Everything closed at 10:00pm and started kicking you out 5-10 minutes prior to. You were not allowed to be on the back porch after 10:00pm with the lights on. Again the actual suite was awesome but the rest of the complex visually was nice but you were constantly watched on camera by the employees. (Which how my kids 5yrs & 9yrs old got yelled at for jumping into the pool). So stay there only if you plan on sleeping there and not able to really enjoy the amenities.

Another Memorable Vacation

We have been staying at Shorewalk for many years now and Yvon has always been a very gracious host. All his properties are aways immaculate and very comfortable. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and relaxing! Shorewalk is close to the best beaches in Florida and there’s so many options for food and entertainment. I consider Shorewalk my home away from home. Great place for families to create lifelong memories. Thank you Yvon, we’ll be back soon!!

Great location in the heart of town.

Close to restaurants, the beach, AMI and downtown Bradenton. Very close grocery stores if you want to cook your own food in the well stocked kitchen. Complex is clean and well kept. Our kids, ages 10 and 8, loved the pools.

The updated kitchen was a pleasure, the back lanai was just perfect for relaxing...the pool is close, everyone is so friendly! It was a very peaceful week, quiet condos!

Pleasant resort with nice amenities

Very pleasant community in good location for shopping. Unit was spacious and well stocked with supplies and up-to -date appliances in good working order. Nice pools, tennis courts, clubhouse nearby. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and convenient proximity to local beaches, nature preserve.

Clean & comfortable, but a couple surprises

The unit is clean and comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with dishes & cooking supplies. The internet was reliable and the washer/dryer and dishwasher were modern and worked very well. There is a known issue with the air conditioning so, although we were comfortable in January, if you prefer A/C set cooler than 72 degrees you may be a bit uncomfortable here. Also note that there is no cable or satellite service - you must provide your own streaming service subscription to watch anything other than a very basic non-network channel selection. We were also unprepared for the unit not having the basic hotel provisions in the showers (shampoo, soap, conditioner) so had to make a 2nd grocery run our first morning.

Awesome, clean and comfortable condo.

My son and I stayed at this condo while checking out colleges in Tampa and Ft. Myers. The grounds are beautifully maintained and amenities were fantastic. The condo was very clean and well stocked with towels, bedding, and kitchen items. We enjoyed making our own dinner and relaxing on the lanai. Although we used the wonderful pool that happened to be right outside our building we also tried manatee county beach which was about 30 minutes with traffic. Beach was gorgeous and the tacos at the restaurant on the beach were tremendous! I would highly recommend a stay here when visiting the area.

Great location and beautiful grounds!

We would definitely stay here again. The place was perfect size for my family and had everything we basically needed. It was walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Was also a short ride to beaches. The owner is great to work with, I had a question about the water in the condo and he responded right away and told me what I had to do and everything was great after that. Thank you!!

Rest and Relaxation

Very peaceful location, listening to the fountain while sitting on the lanai was so relaxing! The cond itself was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals in. And it's not too far from the beach!

Very clean and well equipped.

We would definitely stay again if we should go back to Bradenton. For anyone who plays golf the are several courses very close and the beaches are only a few minutes away.
