Quaint Westerly Cottage Ă  distance de marche de la plage

Cottage de deux chambres avec salon ouvert, cuisine et salle de bain. La maison a une enveloppe autour du pont avant qui prévoit deux zones de divertissement différentes (avant et arriÚre). Beaucoup de stationnement pour accueillir vos amis et votre famille pour la journée pendant leur visite. Cour parfaite qui soutient une réserve. Douche extérieure et calme et tranquillité. Vous pouvez voir l'étang salé depuis le bord de la cour arriÚre. Venez vous approprier notre maison et passez une merveilleuse semaine à Misquamicut Beach! La maison est à 3 pùtés de maisons de l'eau. Il est certainement à distance de marche de 3 plages privées. Nous avons récemment installé un systÚme de climatisation à deux unités pour accueillir nos clients en été chaud! Nous espérons que vous passerez un merveilleux séjour!

My husband and some of his friends stayed the weeks for a guys weekend. They had a wonderful time, the house was great size. He also said this is a very lovely house for us to stay at with our kids. The host was very kind and helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect

Our time was perfect. Location, Location, Locations. The house was extremely clean, good sized, and we loved the deck and front swings. Outside shower was amazing. Firehouse District beach is perfect for kids and families alike. Plenty of parking for family and friends and most importantly communication with the owners. Looking forward to our next stay in 2026. Highly Recommended...

Another wonderful stay

This is our second time staying here and it was as great as the first time. The owner responded to an issue with wifi very quickly and had it fixed in no time. Will definitely be staying here again.

Misquamicut rental

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The house is beautiful, up to date and of course clean. The on line photos need to be updated. They don’t do this sweet cottage any justice. The decor and upgrades are so much better in person. We had two sets of adults and one 5 yr old child and the layout was perfect! Kitchen had everything you need for cooking and the outside porch area was scenic and comfy. One of the details that was missed: Bring your own sheets and towels. They are not provided ;) We loved everything about this house!!! The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the beaches. It was an amazing weekend weather wise but we didn’t use the beach bc it was a wedding weekend! We did go to Paddy’s for some after wedding celebration and Maria (Hotel) for dinner when we arrived. Westerly/Weekapaug
Amazing back drop for weddings! Also I need to mention the main street in Westerly with some good restaurants and retail shops. I recommend High Point Tavern. Believe it or not there’s much to do in so many places to go. Mystic, Newport, Stonington to name a few. If this cottage is available to be booked

Nice Property

The home was as described. It was clean and had all the amenities necessary for a weeklong family vacation at the beach. Access to the private beaches with included passes was a plus. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Our time here was excellent. The house was clean, good sized, and we loved the deck and backyard area. Outside shower was a major plus! Convenient to most places to go in town by bike or a short car ride away. Easy Parking is available at restaurants and the beach. 110% would rent again, and recommend to others!

Lovely stay in Westerly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! The house was the perfect size for our family of four. It was beautiful inside and it had a great size backyard that was perfect for the kids to play or all of us to come back to and hang out after the beach or at night. The deck was a major plus too. We ate just about all of our meals out there. Beach is walkable from the house, but parking passes were provided to park right at the beach, which was very convenient. Overall we loved our stay and we will be back! Thank you!

Wonderful Cottage

Stayed at this amazing cottage for a family friend's wedding in Watch Hill and we wanted a little more space and flexibility to have a kitchen etc. We did fly in from out of state and Catherine did provide linens and towels to accommodate so we did not have to fly with these items, or take a detour to purchase on our way in. Beautiful cottage, has everything you need for a beach getaway and plenty of space.

Convenient Summer Stay

This cottage only has two bedroom but the ability to fit a lot of guest! With a full size bed, two bunk beds and two new pull out couches! Host was very easy to get into contact with and very nice! It’s close enough to walk to private beaches (about 10 minutes) in which walking and a driving pass are provided for! Only downfalls would be the pull out couches aren’t the most comfortable and the full size bed frame in the bedroom is very creaky! Other than that it was the perfect stay! Would recommend!

A Gem Rental

Do not look further. This is a perfect home that is clean, provides you with all you need, is in a great location, and whose owner is very available and is happy to help you with whatever you need. There are great porches both in the front and the back complete with table with built-in umbrella, chaise lounges and the most relaxing swing lounges! The kitchen is well-stocked including an outdoor grill. This home is near the beach which is clean with clear water. It is also centrally located to restaurants, shops, Watch Hilll, Westerly, Stonington, CT as well as Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos. You will have a guaranteed great time!

Nice Home. Felt Deliberately Misled By Listing.

Catherine's home was clean and easy to find. However, months after my booking and days after the refund deadline, I received an email with what I expected to contain welcome instructions, and in reality was a list of all the things she WOULDN'T be providing during my stay at her beach house. For instance: I was told I would have to bring my own towels, my own linens, my own garbage bags, and that she would not be providing any beach supplies at all (chairs, umbrella, beach bag, sunscreen, literally anything at all that you might expect for a beach house in westerly RI). So it was too late for me to cancel or rebook by the time I found all this disheartening information out from Catherine. Also the "queen" bed in the master bedroom is a full and the frame is loosely held together in almost a comically negligent way. So that the entire night I was worried it would fall apart if I moved to readjust at all. The lack of hospitality which you come to expect from a VRBO caliber property owner, was a bummer. The was a deliberately deceitful addendum to the listing which was only sent directly via email after the refund deadline date was infuriating. Was it a coincidence? Doubtful. I don't like being taken advantage of, and if you are a person who appreciates integrity, look elsewhere - unless you like having to bring your own napkins on vacation.

Perfect!

The property was immaculate and exactly as the listing described. This home is cozy with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to 95. It suited our needs perfectly and our host, Catherine, was a pleasure to work with and made sure we had everything we needed prior to our arrival. Five stars all the way around and if we are ever in the area again, we will look for availability here first!

My mother and I purchased this cottage so that we could become part of the beach community in Westerly. I grew up vacationing in this area, and now I would like my kids to grow up going there. What a great spot for a family vacation! We have so many memories at this beach!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This small summer cottage is the perfect spot for an intimate family vacation. Two bedrooms-one full room, and one bunk room, along with 2 Queen size pull out couches in the living room (These are memory foam mattresses and VERY comfortable). The yard is phenomenal for outdoor games, or leisurely relaxation. There is a front and back deck on the house, so there is plenty of room for outdoor entertaining. There is also an outdoor shower, so you can rinse before you go in the house. Bring your boogie boards, your swim suits, and enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach.
