This recently renovated charming studio guest house in the heart of Oak Bluffs sleeps 2 in a Queen size bed. Complete with a well-stocked galley kitchen, dining table, and bath with shower, sink, and commode. Brick patio has a gas grill and dining table for four (have some friends over!). Double French doors facing the boulevard let in the breeze. Ten minute walk from the Oak Bluffs ferry, Circuit Ave, OB marina, gingerbread houses at the Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association, great restaurants, fun shopping and convenient groceries at Reliable Market and the OB Fish Market, plus wine, beer and spirits at the Vineyard Wine and Cheese Shop. Easy walk to go to events at the Trinity Park Tabernacle and Union Chapel. In 5 minutes, you can stroll over to Niantic park to shoot hoops, play tennis or pickleball, or check out the Barn Bowl and Bistro. And of course the beach is just right down the street (there are two beach chairs under the bed!). You can't beat the location and with the AC on, you'll stay nice and cool even in the hottest summer months. If you'd like to bring a car, you can park in the driveway right in front of the cottage - no hunting for parking on the street! Come see why we love it here so much!

Great Space and Close to Everything

This was one of the best spaces for me. The proximity to everything was a real plus, and dedicated parking made it easy to enjoy the island and come back to the cottage. Inside, there were enough dishes and spices to make meals comfortably. The shower always stayed hot as well. Great place!

Darling Dollhouse/Honeymoon Cottage

Stayed for one week and would loved to have stayed longer. Perfect for a single or couple. Fully equipped with a darling back patio with gas grill and umbrella picnic table. Just the cutest place and could not ask for a better location. Beach at one end of the street and downtown the other end. Close to everything but super quiet. Could not ask for anything better!

Excellent choice1

This studio and location was perfect for an early fall vacation on MV. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including heat when it cooled down overnight. We ate in a few nights, but took advantage of the short walk to nearby restaurants and bars [the Sweet Life Cafe was outstanding and our favorite]. Only two VERY minor issues: a small hiccup at check-in regarding the key, and the beach chairs promised under the bed were not there [but we improvised]. Heartily recommend this little gem.

Cute studio near everything in OB

This was the cutest converted garage/studio apt that is spacious enough for two people. Full kitchen and refrigerator. Location is the Best for walking everywhere in OB. The AC unit is in the bathroom which made it a little difficult to feel the air but it wasn't that hot the week I stayed. It would be nice to have a TV but the Wifi signal was strong. I would recommend this place. It looks just like the photos.

Quaint studio

Great studio near circuit ave. Checkin process was smooth. Had a rough start with internet working and did get it up and going a few days later. Air conditioner is located in the bathroom, but it did keep cool throughout. I did get immediate response from Stacy when I had issue with internet.
