Larimer Luxury Union Station Down Town Denver (nouvelle inscription rénovation complète)

Un condo gratte-ciel entièrement rénové au milieu du centre-ville de Denver, ce condo a été conçu avec des touches vintage que vous ne trouverez tout simplement nulle part ailleurs. De la baignoire sur pieds de 1823 au buffet du monastère des années 1850 transformé en vanité de salle de bain, nous avons conçu chaque aspect de cet espace pour qu'il soit complètement unique.

J'inscris actuellement l'espace comme une chambre à coucher car la deuxième chambre sera terminée sous peu. Ce gratte-ciel de 1000 pieds carrés comprend un plancher de bois franc vintage lavé à la main, des carreaux primés et une salle de bains de style salle d'eau européenne conçue stratégiquement, une douche à 6 jets et un drain linéaire. Même le carrelage de la douche comprend un design caractéristique de la montagne Denver 5280. Si cela ne suffit pas pour vous attraper, trempez-vous dans la baignoire à pieds de griffe vieille de 200 ans entourée de murs en bambou similaires à ce que vous verriez dans un spa.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size de Room and Board avec un surmatelas en plumes, un écran plat mural et un bureau où vous pouvez travailler en cas de besoin. Vous avez une vue directe sur la célèbre tour de l'horloge de Denver tout en vous allongeant dans votre lit à travers les portes françaises vintage de la véranda.

La cuisine comprend un comptoir de bloc boucher en cascade, des carreaux italiens, une plaque de cuisson à induction, un évier de ferme, des armoires personnalisées et un bar à café avec tous vos besoins en café.

Le salon et la salle à manger disposent de nombreux sièges, d'un écran plat 3D de 70 pouces et d'une cheminée entourée de carreaux italiens. Attaché au salon est une véranda où vous pourrez déguster le café du matin tout en donnant sur deux parcs et la tour de l'horloge historique de Denver. Détendez-vous avec un livre ou faites une sieste dans la véranda tout en profitant des images et des sons de Denver.

Best VRBO Property Yet

We have stayed at more than a dozen VRBO properties and this was by far the most renter-focused. The owner has thought of absolutely everything you might need, and coupled that with a stunning property in a fabulous location! Can’t say enough great things about this property. We walked to Coors Field and Union Station and other great locations from the property. For longer haunts, we rented Jump bikes that were almost always just steps away from the condo. Property is even lovelier than the pictures reflect. Can’t recommend this property enough! (And Maria is so wonderful!)

Family reunion in LoDo

The condo was a bit quirky, but so, so lovely. The linens, the shower, stove and kitchen appliances were beautiful. I would recommend adding a large cooking pot for pasta. Otherwise it was perfect for a reunion with our adult children and their partners. The location couldn't have been better for exploring Denver, And Maria was a lovely and accommodating host. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Girls weekend

I booked Maria’s LODO apartment based on the pictures and the many positive reviews, and once we got there the place did not disappoint! It was the perfect base location for a girls weekend with my sister in laws to celebrate my 40th birthday. There was plenty of room for all five of us to sleep and not be on top of each other even though it is a relatively small apartment. The couch is actually a full size day bed and fit three of us comfortably while relaxing watching a movie. but we would have liked to have another seat or two to lounge in front of the TV late night. There’s only one bathroom, but there are many areas with mirrors for people to do makeup and get ready. The toilet and shower are in a separate room with a sliding door, so others are still able to use the double sinks to get ready. I used the hair dryer provided and it worked great. There was also a curling iron, clothes steamer, and iron. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make a meal or eat takeout. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into making this VRBO feel luxurious and comfortable at the same time. There were many personal touches and details that made us fee special as soon as we walked through the door. The most notable, was a personalized happy birthday note to me. It was a great way to start the weekend! This was my first time traveling outside of my home state and also the first time I’ve been away from my husband and kids since before the pandemic, so I wanted our VRBO to be a special place we get safe. It checked all the boxes! Check in and check out we’re easy and it was easy to get in contact with Maria when we needed. On the morning of checkout we all truly appreciated not having to strip all the beds or wash towels like we’ve had to do at every other rental I’ve stayed at. It truly was a perfect relaxing weekend. Thank you Maria, hopefully will be back soon!

Beautiful condo in the center of Denver

The condo was beautiful from the moment we walked in. The main lobby doors were locked at night and only opened if you had a room key or the front desk let you in. The elevator only allowed guests with a room key to activate the elevator as well, so it felt incredibly safe! Maria had rose petals on the bed for us, a full coffee bar and (I think whiskey, we didn’t drink it) The first night we had a mishap and Maria rushed over the next morning to fix it all. She’s so wonderful! Even brought us some wine! She gave us many ideas beforehand of what to do. We made such good memories there. Thank you Maria!!

Fabulous Condo in the heart of Downtown Denver

In the words of my 15-year old daughter “This place is like your bestie’s apartment. Everything you can think of is here and you really feel like you are in the home of someone with exquisite taste. It’s WAAAY better than a hotel!” We were walking distance from Larimer Square and Union Station, as well as many restaurants. Maria was a fantastic hostess and she has done an amazing job with the apartment - it’s light and bright. Having two parking spaces in the underground heated garage made all the difference as well. The front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful. Of course, the building’s pool and spa were closed due to COVID, but we were able to use the community room and the running track. One note - this is not a good place for people with little kids - there are fragile decorative items which contribute to the ambiance, but wouldn’t be good for toddlers!

Perfect get away!

Maria’s place was so perfect!!! It was clean, unique and fun! Close to Union Station, The Milk Market, restaurants, and bars. Maria checked in on us and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We were obsessed with the boho decor and how personalized she made the apartment feel. Can’t wait to come back to Denver and stay here!!

Beautiful unit in a great location

Loved this property. Every detail throughout the unit was well thought out. Everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay. Comfy beds and the towels were the best. Big screen for watching some great sports. Close to tons of restaurants and great walking to shops. I’d stay here again when I’m in town!

Everything about this experience was positive. The owner was very responsive and you can tell she's put a lot of thought and time into her apartment. Many little details that you won't find with your "normal rental properties". I will rent from her again!

Honeymoon in Denver

Maria’s place is absolutely amazing! She has put so much thought into this rental from the beautifully decorated space down to all the toiletries (shampoo, body wash, cotton balls, styling tools, bed side phone charger I could go on and on). The location is amazing easy walk to Larimer square and surrounding areas. I wish we could stay forever. We had a great mini honeymoon in Denver and I would 100% stay again!

This place was amazing! Maria has thought of everything down to the cotton balls, coffee, and handsteamer. This place is so warm, inviting, comfortable, and homey! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Maria was so sweet and accommodating! Seriously this place is amazing and worth every penny! If you have a chance and are on the fence, don't be! Love love love this place! Sad to leave it. Thank you for everything Maria!

Such a fantastic trip to Denver. The location was perfect, walking distance to Union Station, Coors Field and lots of wonderful restaurants. Maria was fantastic, very informative and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

is nothing like Cherry Creek with shops and restaurants all walking distance. It was important to be able to walk to fine dinning in a beautiful neighborhood. Cherry creek is perfect. All the homes in are huge and beautiful. Im is looking for trustworthy responsible renters to take care and respect the quit neighbor hood vibe.

I have my condo right in the center of it all downtown, walking to all the games , shows & restaurants. Walk Union Station train to DIA. It’s romantic with the clawfoot tub historic clock tower and all the energy and excitement of downtown.

The walk ability. First off you can walk from Union Station after getting off the train from DIA. You can walk to several shops and restaurants to the Rockies games to the theater and more. There is a free trolley one block away on 16th St. You can walk to the Milk market, Larimer Square, 16th St. and more. There is so much energy and life right outside the condo.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

A full renovation done adding an 1832 clawfoot tub, a wet room with jets. I opened up most of walls added multiple mirrors of French doors, so the light can bounce throughout the condo. Brand new modern kitchen & bath.
I tried to go above and beyond with all the amenities and the furnishings to have everything you’ll need and the comfort for you to relax and enjoy.
Lastly, my favorite is the view of the historic clock tower from the sunroom and even the primary bedroom.
