Beautiful view, location is fabulous, just make sure you read fine print on fees, other than that no complaints on unit. Now on other hand security and staff was very rude to my disabled daughter very unprofessional.

Amazing views!

The unit is aesthetically pleasing and offers a breathtaking view from the balcony. Situated on the 12th floor, the elevators are recently updated, eliminating extended wait times or overcrowding. Beach access is conveniently located just beyond the elevator, across the patio. The swimming pool is visually appealing. The unit is well-equipped with essential kitchen and bathroom items. However, we encountered minor issues with the toaster malfunctioning and a loose toilet seat. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and my family thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Amazing beach view

It is our 3rd year renting with Pro Miami. Check in are very easy, and apartments look as seen. My family and had a great time, the view of the beach at the apartment is breathtaking! Thank you.

Fantastic

My daughter and I had a fantastic time in Miami, and a lot of it had to do with this condo. It was beautiful and had an amazing view where we could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise each morning. After cooking a healthy breakfast in the condo, we would walk straight out to the beach and enjoy the ocean. We never had a hard time finding beach chairs and it wasn't crazy busy....just nice and relaxing, which was exactly what we needed. We spent 10 days here and we were really sad to leave. Thank you for a fantastic stay! We can't say enough good things about our vacation here!

🚹1ïžâƒŁđŸ’ł PRICE IS NOT TRUE & SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. They listed fees in the fine print of the rental agreement. I booked the apartment for 20 days. These fees added up to >$1600. When I booked the apartment in Oct, there were two payments listed that added to the price listed on VRBO. After I reached the “no cancellation” deadline, they added a 3rd payment. This was completely unexpected as it was never shown in the VRBO payments until I hit the “no cancellation” date. 🚹2ïžâƒŁđŸšŹ THE UNIT REEKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. I had the building maintenance and security team come to the apartment to see if they could fix the smell of cigarette smoke. They showed me every vent and confirmed that the air is not circulating any neighboring apartment. They stated that the smell is permanent from people smoking in the apartment. I have this all recorded on my phone as well as an email from the building security stating they sent the maintenance team to the apartment. I am using these records as proof to help get my money back.

Javier was great-the rest were tragic.

Upon booking I realized there were discrepancies with fees and payment. I read the fine lines, I understood there were hidden fees and I adjusted as such. Fee’s not listed on VRBO, as a third party managed it. The person who communicated with me via text was rude, incredibly hostile, and impatient. I simply wanted to understand the fees that were labeled incorrectly via VRBO, instead I was greeted with hostility that bordered a violent temperament. I was polite amd asking questions, she was a hot mess to say the least. Let me suffix this by saying that I worked service industry for 13 years, now own my own business, and I believe in customer accountability as well as business accountability. In addition, the toilet didn’t flush, there weren’t enough towels, there were no garbage bags or cleaning supplies or tissue paper. Which they will charge you for not taking out trash etc, so I suggest either asking for these items or buying them and leaving them for homeless peoples after. Javier was the only saving grace. He was kind, thoughtful, communicative, and never rude. He’s a gem. The owner of this property should seriously rethink the hostile representative who’s booking this room.

Mixed Feelings

When I walked in I fell in love with the view. That was the best thing about it and the fridge got very cold. On the other hand they charge all these extra fees when you arrive. Both showers only had one door so you have to hold the shower head while bathing and it's easy to get water on the floor. The beds are not comfortable. And to top it off the air did not work so it was cooler in the hallway. My friend got makeup on the pillow and dropped some food on the blanket and they said it was blood and charged me 150 dollars extra. If you want the view and the view only I suggest this other than that don't waste your money.

outstanding miami beach. Not so outstanding Pavilion

Hidden under "Property rules and regulations" there were more than 45% of the rent worth of extra fees, more than 45% per day extra, more than 45% of the whole stay. We found bugs, dirty laundry and a big stain in the Sofabed. The A/C never worked properly. High spots, the availability of the host to try to solve and the location. The Apt itself is a gem, only if they care a little bit more of its maintenance. Will never rent out of vrbo again!

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at this property! Literally on the beach with beautiful ocean views and direct beach access. The only thing we didn’t have were a few essentials if you’re planning to cook, eat, and spend time at the location as opposed to eating out. We had to purchase a few things like extra toilet paper, extra trash bags, cleaning supplies like dish soap for cleaning. They did supply dishes and cookware though which was great.

A very mixed bag

The property we were given was NOT the property we rented. The photos for the property are not even close to what we got. The view is great like the one shown, the building is OK (though it is getting rundown and needs some attention), and the neighborhood was nice. BUT, the apartment is smaller than the property that is listed, and the furniture is cheap and sparse. By the time we got there, we had prepaid the entire amount for 5 nights of rental, fees and taxes, and it was all non-refundable, so complaining would have done no good. Then to top it off, we were charged another another amount that was 25% of what we had already paid for management fees, service fees and some other fee plus taxes on all the fees!! I had received a text the day before we got there saying there would be additional fees, but I assumed they were part of what we had already paid. Nope. Had to pay the additional fees and taxes when we got there. They said they had disclosed it in our rental agreement. We never had a rental agreement that I was aware of. I did, however, find the fees buried in a document they had sent called "House Rules." Who would expect to find another huge amount in fees and taxes in something called House Rules? Very, very shady. So if you are ready to fork out the significant money for the property shown in this listing, be aware that you will probably not get this property but rather something much less appealing. And read the House Rules BEFORE you make any non-refundable payment to be sure you know what you will really be paying. The apartment we got was entirely white with little furniture, cold tile floor (no rugs anywhere), and no amenities--no shampoo, thin towels and no hand towels or washcloths or bath mat. Very much like a cheap motel. Buyer beware.

Great location, great view!

Super easy to rent, the team who manages the property was always easy to get ahold of and very responsive. The place itself was perfect. As this is an oceanfront, the views and sounds of the ocean were great. For the stay, the balcony was the most used area for us any time of day. Super easy access to the walkway adjacent to the beach and, of course, a very short walk to the beach. Quiet at night made it restful. Overall, would recommend this property if you're looking for a great oceanfront view, easy beach access, rest & relaxation, and good location to other parts of South Florida (ie - South Beach, airport, etc). We really enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again!

Neat apartment with a great view!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment and loved the location...lovely view from balcony and mid beach was perfect for us as we could go into South Beach and downtown Miami when we wanted, but had peace and quiet generally. Loved the walking trail right out front! We did not go to pool so can't comment on that...only thing that would be nice is a walkable grocery or some place so we could stock up on basics but we made do with the nearby 7-11. We would stay again if in the area!

Apartment was beautiful. Only thing that really drew me away from staying here again was the property manager. She took my expressing of some issues in the apartment as “threats” although I approached her very kindly. Im sure she doesn’t treat everyone that way as she treated me, so I would recommend for the apartment / listing accuracy.
