Luxueux 2 Bdr Beachfront Villa - Coral Beach House - Excellent rapport qualité Cayman!

Ce très luxueux, de deux chambres / deux salles de bain, rez-de-chaussée de villa en bord de mer dispose d'une terrasse magnifique avec vue sur la mer des Caraïbes. Il est entièrement équipé, dans un état impeccable, avec cuisine design. Ceci est le refuge idéal pour ceux qui recherchent l'intimité et de solitude sur les Caraïbes.

La maison de plage est équipée de A / C centrale, HDTV grand écran avec le câble, lecteur Blu-Ray, un système de son surround, un ventilateur de plafond, téléphone, WiFi haut débit (gratuit), sèche-cheveux, de carreaux de céramique partout, etc. Il dispose d'une cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle design, deux salles de bains, lave-linge et sèche-linge, une terrasse meublée avec vue sur la plage et la mer, ainsi que d'un patio meublé (avec barbecue).

Profitez de la marche de la plage isolée dans les deux sens, de recueillir des coraux et des coquillages sur la plage ou prendre le tuba fourni et explorer le récif juste en face de la maison.

Idéalement situé dans la ville de Bodden loin des zones touristiques les plus fréquentées, mais encore un court trajet en voiture à George Town (20 min), 7 mile plage (25 min), Rum Point (25 min), pour vous donner le meilleur des deux mondes.

Grande épicerie et la place à seulement 7 minutes à Savannah avec les banques, magasin d'alcools, pharmacie etc tous dans le même emplacement ou à pied à l'épicerie juste en bas de la route.

My family and I had a great stay at the Coral Beach House. The house was exactly as described, with a well-maintained sandy beach leading out to the sea. The kitchen facilities were excellent, providing wonderful opportunities to entertain family and friends while preparing meals. The location midway between the East and West of the island makes it an ideal base for exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Coral Beach House and would stay again.

Coral Beach House was a wonderful choice. The house, deck, and beach exceeded all of our expectations. It was even better than the pictures. Alain and Michelle were so helpful with every question that arose. The house was super convenient and easy to get to the north side, Georgetown, and West Bay.. I would highly recommend this property if you are coming to Cayman Islands.

Perfect for our Family

The Coral Beach House was perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was in the center of the island which allowed us quick trips to the East End, the North Side and the George Towne / Seven Mile Beach. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and looking for shells at our little beach.

Beautiful home wonderful stay!

The house is beautiful and very well equipped. The property manager, Michelle, was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The only issue was the television but that was probably our fault!

The place has it all!

Great place. Own private beach. We loved how roomy it was. Everything you need to make it a perfect vacation. The rental car that came with the stay made it handy to get all over the island. I researched all the properties and felt this was the best place at a best price! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. Beautiful place.

Amazing

House is gorgeous and clean. Kitchen was stocked with enough tools. I cooked every morning and evening after our adventures and the kitchen was amazing. The view while eating our meals was breathtaking. The back patio is also amazing especially at night. Just make sure you have plenty of mosquito spray. The only disappointment was the amount of seaweed (no fault of the owners) on the beach. Had a great time.

The property and owners were great. Unfortunately sargassum seaweed, a common seasonal problem in the Caribbean, arrived a few days before we did and that side of the island had a lot. It was an act of nature and nothing that the owners could have addressed. Still a great place, we just had to go elsewhere to swim. We will definitely stay there again, but will try to visit at a time when the seaweed is less common (ie not June). That said, it was still an amazing place. The rental car inclusion was great and we explored most of the island and all its attractions.

STUNNING HOUSE WITH BEACHFRONT ACCESS

The Coral Beach House was stunning. Beautiful inside and out! My nephew walked in and said this is bougie. :) The house has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. The only thing I would wish for was some sort of mirror system on getting out of the driveway. Had a real close encounter coming out one day.

Unbelievably beautiful house and setting Don,t look any further

The house was very very nice. Sat right on the beach with a perfect view. I could not have asked for a nicer place for us to stay. The location was perfect half way in the middle of the island away from the craziness of George town but still easy to get to. If you want great food for a very reasonable price try the Checz Inn which is a small bar and restaurant on the left 1 mile east of the house. The food was amazing. Thank you Michelle and Alain for checking in with us several times to make sure everything was good and with help on tips!!! You guys are doing a great job!

Wonderful

The CBH is in a perfect location on the island. You can drive less than 30 mins to be anywhere you'd like. We chose to to stay closer to Bodden Town to avoid the cruise ship crowds and also enjoy the local side of the island...it was perfect! The house is clean, comfortable, well appointed and the private beach was amazing! Michelle was excellent! She was wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. Everyone is so incredibly polite and friendly on the island, which just adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend staying at the CBH and experiencing everything for yourself!

This property was beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay! The only thing I would say was that though the bedrooms were set to 73 degrees, they kept getting hotter as the week went on and ended at 79 degrees. To be fair, I did not say anything because the front bedroom I was staying in didn't heat up until the last 2 nights and my friends kept their bedroom cool by keeping the door open to the kitchen. Hopefully the owners are able to fix whatever is going on. We loved having the vehicle the entire week to get to all of the places we wanted to go!

Hi Staci: Thanks again for staying in Coral Beach House! It was a pleasure having you as guests. Thanks as well for taking the time to submit your review. We're delighted that you enjoyed your stay. However, we are disappointed that you gave us a 4/5 because the A/C wasn't working properly, although you admit yourself that you never said a work to us about the problem -- or even that you suspected a problem. We don't feel that's fair. The following guests reported the problem after their first night, and we replaced the A/C system immediately, which is what we would have done for you. As a very modest-sized operation, with no advertising budget, we're very dependent on guests reviews. And in spite of our limited resources, we put considerable time and effort specifically into ensuring that our guests are comfortable and that problems are resolved immediately.. But how can we resolve a problem -- and avoid losing a star -- if we're not told of the problem? Best regards, Michelle

Exactly as pictured!

We had an amazing stay at Coral Beach House. The home and beach are exactly as pictured. The house was immaculate and well appointed with everything we needed. We spent SO much time on the back deck it was so beautiful. I highly recommend the house and would definitely stay again. The beach itself was amazing but be aware you won’t be playing in the surf or wading around. Going into the ocean is all coral and rock and full of sea urchins. It was fine for us bc we weren’t expecting to swim but just be aware. No fault of the home owner but this area collects all the seaweed and trash. Tons of broken glass and sharp bits wash up everyday. There is no way to keep it clean. If you have children I recommend driving to the north end to Starfish Point. Go all the way to end of beach. It’s shallow and full of starfish, we remarked how our children would have loved it. Governors Beach on 7 mile was gorgeous and near tons of stores and restaurants. We enjoyed Czech Inn for lunch - excellent jerked beef quesadilla. The driveway is an issue yes but we pulled left each time and turned around at end of road and it was fine. All in all excellent stay!

First time in Grand Cayman

The Coral Beach House was elegant, exactly as described in the listing. Although the Turtle Nest facility is no longer associated with the property, we were still able to use the pool at Seabreeze. Michelle was very helpful in getting us snorkeling gear and anything else that we needed. She also gave an excellent referral for a fishing charter. We didn't spend much time in the water off our beach, but enjoyed Starfish Point and Smith Cove several times. The biggest downside is getting out of the driveway. We opted to have a spotter signal when it was safe, then pull off the road til they got in. The deck, patio, grill and beach were all excellent! Try the fish tacos at The Czech Inn, and tell George we say hi!

Coral Beach House is a beautiful property, fully equiped with a modern kitchen, a wonderful deck, and great amenities at Turle Nest Inn. Our only concern was the safety of getting out of the driveway. The house is on a blind curve and while the posted speed limit is 25, a lot of the traffic is going 40. We eventually settled on having somebody walk across the road to give an all clear sign, and then pick them up in a nearby driveway with safe sight vision. PS Eat at Rankin's Jery Centre!

Very comfortable and very spacious! The beach view from the house was breathtaking, and the best part, was getting to witness the Turtle Centre releasing 2 Sea Turtles back into the ocean was a great experience! The staff at the TNI are the best!

Perfect vacation retreat!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Coral Beach House just 3 weeks ago for a week. This was our first time going the VRBO route versus hotel/resort and we were not disappointed. The house is absolutely beautiful and has every amenity you would ever need. Very spacious interior, clean, and awesome view out the back windows. Walk out the back doors onto the deck, down a few steps and the beach and ocean are right there! Beach is perfect and the water was quite warm. Very quiet and private. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing time and would go back in a heartbeat. Marleine and Duane were great and extremely helpful. The only suggestion we have is to put some sort of mirror at the end of the drive to see oncoming traffic when exiting. Quite challenging and dangerous turning left out of the drive. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful!

Beautiful and well-appointed home. Nice and clean upon arrival, easy check-in. Two nice size bedrooms, each having their own bathroom is great; as is having a washer and dryer. They provide beach towels so that was really nice not having to pack those. Having a car included was great for getting around. It's a rocky beach front so not really good for playing in the ocean but gorgeous views. Away from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown, but close enough to drive to in about 25 minutes. Recommend Living the Dream Dive Shop.. really nice and fun people and great dive trips. Find Barefoot Beach up in the east end, good little hidden away snorkeling spot. We really enjoyed our stay.
