Ceci est une escapade isolée sur 25 hectares avec une piscine hors-sol chauffée et un bain à remous dans la cour arrière spacieuse. Il y a 5 chambres dans la maison principale et 3 salles de bain, dont une avec jacuzzi. La zone boisée entourant la maison et la cour est idéale pour la randonnée et profiter de la nature.

La propriété est entourée de forêts. C'est un beau refuge et pourtant un court trajet en voiture du campus. Nous sommes à 10 minutes en voiture du campus IU et du centre commercial universitaire, à 15 minutes du stade et du centre-ville.

One of my favorite things was they have plenty of quality dishes and utensils a lot of these rental places have trash cooking products that are scratched and damaged this was all quality stainless steel. Perfect if you have a large loud family like an Italian or Irish family knows what I'm talking about we played music slam and partied all night with zero complaints from any neighbors. It was very clean and spacious and well thought out would definitely rent it again had lots of compliments from people that visited.

Our faniky had an amazing stay and the pool kept the kids busy the entire time. The cabins were great for the older kids and 1 couple to stay nearby. The house had everything we needed and more!

Really great getaway home that provided the perfect amount of activities for the group of 30 that were visiting. Simple and easy check in experience, beautiful property, incredibly clean, and ample activities.

Great property for families!

Owner super responsive to our needs. Lots of yard space for ball games, pool was clean and separately fenced from yard. Cabins are rustic but functional. Overall loved the property and highly recommended.

Super large home with so much space. Love the multiple bathrooms. That was very helpful. Also the hot tub and pool were a hit. Beautiful property. Would definitely suggest it for anyone wanting to get away.

Family getaway

Plenty of room for everyone. The property was beautiful, just wish we had more time there to explore. Jonah was the best ! He always got right back with us for any questions we had. We would definitely like to bring the family back.

great house and location, amenities galore

we loved that we could all stay in one place, but still have our own space. We utilized the whole house and both cabins. The outdoor space was great with the pool, hot tub and fire ring. The kitchen was well stocked and labeled so we could find things very easily. Overall, this was a perfect place for our customer retreat. Jonah was quick to respond to all questions that we had in a timely fashion.

Perfect!

We rented this home for a Dad’s Weekend with our seniors prior to graduation. It was a great choice. The house sits on beautiful property with plenty of space for back yard games. It comes equipped with everything you need. As a host, Jonah’s communication was outstanding and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Family Gathering

We had a great family reunion here! The pool and hot tube were enjoyed by all. Camp fires were enjoyed. Some of us got to see a large racked deer one morning. There seemed to be adequate room. Adequate parking and great location. We could have used a broom or vac to sweep a bit when/while we were there. Beautiful setting and so quiet, everyone had a wonderful time.

FFA National Convention

Jonah has come through again on housing our large group for FFA National Convention. We travel up from Louisiana each year for this. Jonah has provided housing over the past few years. Houses have been spacious and fully stocked with all we needed. For this house, the propane water heaters were the star attraction. Endless hot water after long days walking were a blessing. Water pressure was amazing too! The kids loved the cabins. This is a great location for large groups with older kids. Wish we could have been here in summer to use the pool!

The main house was great , but the two standalone cabins were not as advertised. Not good one of them didn’t have a refrigerator. And was musty.

You have a great place but it could use some improvements. We ran out of toilet paper for 17 adults. We noted mice in the kitchen and in the cabins. Grill was a good thing to have but no propane was left in the tank. Dishwasher lower rack is missing a wheel and hard to pull out. The fenced yard, pool and hot tub were great amenities. The house was clean and tidy with plenty of chairs and towels.. Prompt service was noted on our first day for some plumbing problems and extra sheets.

Family vacation

Kitchen sink developed a leak - the pipe was corroded and had a bowl under it to collect drips when we got there. After 3 days, the pipe gave out - we couldn’t use the sink or dishwasher until it was fixed 24 hours later. The property manager was VERY responsive, but shouldn’t needing to put a bowl under the pipe have been a sign? (The property manager did send a small refund for the inconvenience). Also, the WIFI set up was initially not working because it wasn’t plugged in, but that network and password NEVER worked -,we found a whole different network & password in the library that did work.

4 Generation Family Reunion

4 generations stayed under one roof and that was awesome! The pool is huge, the hot tub was great on cooler evenings, and we had lots of room to spread out. The outdoor seating was well used, and we really enjoyed the fire pit. There is a train track near the property but we barely noticed the few times a train came thru. It really was a magical week. The house was perfect for what we needed. The teenagers loved the trails around the property and the wifi. We had a small issue with one of the shower heads (we assume previous occupants did not notify the host), that my brother took care of. The cabins were not as up to par in regards to cleanliness and unfortunately most of the pool toys would not hold air. Jonah was gracious when contacted and acted immediately to assist. Never had a more responsive or kind host. The local convenience store had almost anything we needed and Bloomington was a quick drive if not. I will definitely recommend this host and the house and would stay again.

The kitchen was stocked very well with so many spices and even some baking ingredients. The air conditioning worked extremely well, even in both cabins! The property is very large. We had fun with outdoor activities, including a scavenger hunt, birthday festivities, and of course the pool and hottub were both perks that were fabulous. There is a sun shade over the deck for those spectators that want to be protected. There are an abundance of pool floats, several child size life jackets, and pool toys that made it splendid.
