Le condo en bord de mer idéal pour passer vos vacances île. Entièrement meublé avec une cuisine bien équipée, beaucoup de vaisselle, serviettes, serviettes de plage. 43 "TV et rayon bleu.
Beau lit king & 32 "TV avec DVD dans la chambre. Lit double superposé alcôve et canapé-lit queen.
Les chaises longues, parasols et même un refroidisseur pour votre usage.
La plage est à quelques minutes de marche à travers le chemin de sable.
Le premier étage est un garage sur une base du premier arrivé. Il y a aussi un parking devant ou dans notre terrain adjacent au bâtiment. Tapis de blanchisserie est au 2ème étage.
Hors saison, les tarifs hebdomadaires incluent une nuit gratuite!

Notre bâtiment assure la sécurité pendant la semaine de relâche, à Pâques et le 4 juillet. Les bracelets d’identité sont obligatoires pour toutes les personnes de plus de 10 ans pendant ces périodes. Ils sont 40 $ pour les vacances de printemps et 25 $ de Pâques et le 4 juillet.
Les animaux domestiques doivent être pré-approuvés. Les clients doivent accepter les règles, signer un accord sur les animaux et payer des frais de nettoyage pour chaque animal.

Perfect spot on the beach and location to everything. Bed was so comfortable, but the living room furniture was not as comfortable to sit in in the evening. Could have used a more comfortable couch and chair. Overall- a really nice stay.

Perfect island getaway, with the best balcony view. The beach is just a few steps from the property, and there are showers to rinse off when you’re done with the beach. They also allow pets, which was a plus for us. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make food if you plan on staying in. I would book again.

Fun family beach vacation

The condo met all our needs and had a fantastic balcony view of the beach, boardwalk, pool, and hot tub. My wife could sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view while also keeping an eye on the kids wherever they went. Overall, a top notch experience for the entire family, including our three dogs.

Laura and Judy were tremendous hosts who provided early and frequent communication. We absolutely loved the condo that offered a spectacular view of the ocean with plenty of seating on the balcony. The private beach access from the pool area is especially nice to venture out to the beach and back to the condo as many times as you want throughout the day. The condo has all the amenities you need to enjoy your time on the beach to include beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards. I would definitely stay here again, and being dog friendly was a huge plus for us!!

Great ocean view from the balcony and super easy access to the beach. Really liked that the bathroom was large and loved the comfort of the bed in the master bedroom. The elevator is a little slow and hot but I feel like that seems to be the norm with open beach facilities like this. I was a little worried about the tar situation at first but it ended being just fine. We had a lovely time.

Beautiful condo beach fromt

Our family came to spend the weekend in south padre and found a gem with breathtaking views. I highly recommend this condo so convenient to the beach and restaurants. Away from the crowds of the hotels. We will be back for sure!

Spectacular Ocean View

Our host was most responsive and the kitchen was so well equipped. Also provided were beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, and sand toys for kids. There were some floor tile and cosmetic issues but we are excited to be returning next year!

Great As Usual

This was our second time staying here and we had a great experience. On this trip, the weather was windy, rainy and just dreary but since this is a cozy place with a balcony, we stayed in and just relaxed. We plan on returning next year.
