Regardez la vie de Maui se dérouler du matin au soir depuis votre terrasse privée avec vue de 114 m².

Grand appartement en copropriété privé dans le complexe de condominiums sur la plage ensoleillée de Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. 1 chambre avec salle de bain privée attenante. 2ème salle de bain au bout du couloir avec douche, grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine avec bar. Le Maui Sunset est situé sur plus de 5 hectares de front de mer à Kihei, qui est considéré comme l’un des meilleurs emplacements de la vallée de l’île. Kihei est réputée pour son ensoleillement toute l'année, ses alizés doux et son air apaisant en soirée. C'est l'une des régions les plus sèches et les plus ensoleillées de l'île, avec une moyenne de seulement 10 pouces par an! Les plages de natation et de plongée en apnée de renommée mondiale sont à quelques minutes de l’une des nombreuses plages de sable sûres de Kihei et de Wailea, à proximité. À une courte distance (6 milles) de cinq parcours de golf de championnat 18 trous à Wailea et Makena. Les deux bâtiments encadrent et protègent une vaste zone de loisirs soigneusement aménagée et aménagée. Beautiful Views

Beautiful condo complex right on the ocean. Pool was great, other nice amenities. Property located next to a county park so there is plenty of green space. Condo was comfortable and quiet. Kitchen supplies were sparse but that was fine. I would definitely stay there again

Comfortable view condo with all the perks

We had an amazing time during our stay in Maui. The condo was very well-appointed and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, linens, blankets, etc. This condo had all the perks--a well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, coolers, snorkel masks that worked, a beach umbrella--literally everything we needed for our week's stay. The ceiling fans (even on the lanai) were a nice addition to the AC, which functioned well. Having 2 bathrooms was such a luxury. The condo was also quiet--we heard no noise from neighbors while inside. The property is immaculate, and we made use of the pool, hot tub, and outdoor grills. The narrow beach was nice to walk along and never crowded--we even saw a turtle on the beach our final evening.Thanks for a great stay!

Great Family vacation!!

We had 42 family members and when I called to book such a large group they were very helpful and worked hard to get us as close together as possible. The grounds were so well taken care of and the rooms were roomy. Being able to walk out to the beach each day was great. We had several young children and the beach was great for them. They also loved the swimming pool. Most of the rooms were updated but a couple had older carpet and one room the carpet had several dirty spots. Most of the furniture was great but a couple chairs were big and not comfortable. Overall It was a great place and we would return. Beautiful sunsets each night!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as described. The bed was comfortable and the unit was quite clean on checkin. Checkin was seamless. Lots of cooking ware and bowls, plates etc. There were no spices except two salt shakers so if you plan on cooking, and the BBQs seemed to be well used, you should bring some spices. The condo was hot and there is a patio door with screen in the bedroom but you couldn’t leave it open because it opens to the condos walkway. During the day when we were there we left the main door open and the door to the lanai and had a good cross breeze. Other than that we used the air conditioning which worked well.

Beautiful Manicured Grounds

We stayed 3 weeks in a 1 bedroom (Premium). We were not real happy with the unit. The Air conditioner could not keep up, the stove oven gage did not work, os it was a guess as to temp, the carpet in our unit had a large pucker down the middle of the living room and the drapes needed to be replaced. (Several holes and major water stain). The new mattress was very nice and comfortable. We stayed in unit A315, it needs a face lift ASAP.

Reviewer Comments: In general, we found Maui Sunset to be adequate...we enjoyed our stay but spent way too much time dealing with small details that I would not expect from an established and highly rated facility. We came to vacation, not deal with petty problems.Pros:• One bedroom/2 bath accommodations were spacious and clean.• Grounds & pool were kept up very nice.• Quiet hours and pool rules were appreciated (no Marco Polo!)• Close to the beach and town.Cons (see title):• Freezer ice was old, stale, and essentially one block – threw it in the sink and started over.• Kitchen trash can liners were too short (and very flimsy!) for their container and intended use – Costco bags would have been much better.• Main living area air conditioner did not work – had to call maintenance (though they were prompt).• Air conditioner was very noisy (after it was running) – tolerated it for 2 days, then it chirped something awful – had to call maintenance again and they replaced it.• TV was intermittent in its operation – I had to completely unplug the system and re-boot it before it would work right. • No glass cleaner or laundry detergent was made available (since we were our own housekeeping service).• Filter basket for the coffee pot was the wrong one for the maker – had to force the basket into a position – and coffee grounds overflowed the filter.• Coffee pot did not have an automatic shutoff.Once we either tolerated or got through the problems, then overall we had a nice stay, though I would not recommend Maui Sunset to a friend. I know each unit is different, but why risk it?

The unit was spacious and had all the necessities. The balcony had a lovely view of the garden/pool area and ocean view. The beach was beautiful (sunsets even more so!). There are paddle boards, etc for rent which was handy. We also saw many turtles in the beach off the property. Upon leaving we had a red-eye and Carrie was incredibly helpful in accommodating a late check out. Would definitely stay here again.

The whole place has a great family atmosphere. Parking and ease of use are excellent. The units are functional, clean, and lend themselves to a laid back vacation. They are perfect for couples and families that wish to cool and manage their own needs. An excellent place for decompressing while enjoying the beauty of the ocean and Haleakala.

Maui Sunset - perfect location and amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always enjoy ourselves at the Maui Sunset. Perfect location with a gym, pool, courts and grassy lawn in front. Wish the team could have warned us of two things before we booked and as we checked in: (1) lawn work for the week made the lanai extremely dusty and the pool full of grass and (2) few units above A315 had new hard flooring installed so we couldn’t enjoy the room during the day as it was way too loud in the unit.

The new herb garden is a great addition, and perk. The park and beach is nice. We saw a ton of turtles on the beach. The condo itself was very clean, and had everything we needed, included enough TP for the entire stay, and laundry detergent! Overall we had no complaints.

The interior was very recently renovated (tastefully) and the floor was new. As we stepped in we saw how very clean everything was. The layout was a convenient 1 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The view was lovely & I could see people enjoying the pool. (We’re beach people). The full cable tv & PVR we’re appreciated too. Air conditioning was fine & the cookware was of nice quality.You will be pleased when you stay here!
