Calme Facile Quartier PrĂšs de Foothills, restaurants, boutiques, et Trader Joe

Cette maison de ville non-fumeurs non-animal est minimalement nommé sans beaucoup de désordre et se trouve dans un quartier calme, sûr, à la famille. Une grande chambre accueille un lit queen avec une salle de bains, une petite chambre dispose également d'un lit queen avec une salle de bains dans le couloir. Les appareils de buanderie (laveuse et sécheuse) sont nouveaux, il y a une télévision dans la salle de séjour avec le cùble, et un autre dans la chambre des maßtres. Il y a un coin salon en plein air pour profiter d'une boisson, et l'Internet sans fil est rapide. Ceci est trÚs bien situé pour partir à la voir Tucson, Catalina Foothills, ou tout simplement pour se reposer, le travail, et de marcher le long du fleuve.

There was easy access to restaurants, shops, and points of interest from this condo. The shared pool was clean and typically empty. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

An enjoyable stay

We had planned on biking which would have been perfect with the proximity to the bike path but sadly had an injury that prevented this. We really liked the location, north Tuscon is very beautiful and it was great to be close to some great hiking up north.

Secluded in Tucson

We very much enjoyed and appreciated the townhouse we stayed in. Communication with owner was excellent. The townhouse itself was excellent. The location was perfect. It was quiet but lots to do close by.

Great stay!

Everything we needed for a long term stay. Nice central location. Very comfortable and quiet, house is roomy. River Rd is very busy, however you can walk to shops and restaurants easily on the trail. Large garage handy for bikes.

Convenient Tucson Location

The location of this condo was convenient for my 3 day Tucson visit. The unit was clean, quiet and had everything I needed, the garage was a plus. The owner was responsive. I can recommend this property.

Great location

The property is quite clean and well appointed and the unit owner very responsive. The location is great: close to the Rillito River Park Trail (biking and walking), to St. Philip's Plaza, Trader Joe's, and a short drive to Safeway and to the Encantada Mall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good Location

The townhouse was very clean, plenty of room to spread out, and great location. Catherine was great with any questions. Unfortunately couldn’t use pool since it was a little cool but I still enjoyed sitting by it. It was a good home base for all the activities we did.

Exceeded our expectations

We rented this condo for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay. My husband, our adult daughter and I shared the condo and there was so much room! Condo was very clean and we'll equipped, beds were comfortable. We loved the location with the nice river trail with good restaurants plus nightly entertainment walking distance at St Philip's Plaza. The location also made it easy to visit Sabino Canyon and other Tucson spots. We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful experience!

My mom and I had the great pleasure of getting to stay at Catherine Brooks' property. It was absolutely perfect-in every way. It was (spotlessly) clean, quiet, safe & convenient. Catherine herself was very attentive and checked in on us via text during our stay- just to make sure we didn't need anything. (Being VRBO owners ourselves- we were very pleased!) Overall- a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend to others.

One month Tucson vacation visit

Ideally located to explore places in Tucson (botanical gardens, Rillito Riverwalk, Saguaro East and West, Sabino Canyon, restaurants as well as local golf courses), the condo was a welcome place to return to and relax or walk the nearby Riverwalk. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well furnished with excellent appliances, outdoor patio and two car garage. Communication with owner was prompt; no household problems during our stay. A welcome return to Tucson for sun, local attractions, and friendly people.

The location is perfect, the complex was very quiet and safe. Because I was having trouble with the VRBO app, the owner and I communicated via text, which worked well. I finally had to reinstall the app.

And we'll be back. Great location - near bike trail and St Phillips. Can walk to restaurants and Trader Joe's. Love having a garage for the bikes. Catherine is responsive but we didn't really have any issues. Stayed a month!

Nice condo in a great location

We had a great 18-night stay in the condo, which is located adjacent to Tucson's "Loop" biking and walking trail. It was very nice to be able to get to the bike path right from the property. It was also only a short drive to nearby public lands for hiking, such as Sabino Canyon. Catherine is a very fine host and was always responsive when we contacted her. The one small maintenance need we had was taken care of within the hour. The condo is even more spacious than it appears, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Nice to have a garage with door opener. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Recommended!

Great accommodations and property owner.

Property owner was terrific. The place was spotless, comfortable beds and new washer & dryer which were terrific for our 30 day stay. The 2 car garage was a bonus to park our car and bicycles. Two lounge chairs were delivered to the property which were the best to soak up sun. Definitely a "10".

Great location

Fabulous location in a quiet, safe neighborhood, super close to the loop and walkable restaurants and stores. This was the perfect location for us in our first visit to Tucson. Townhouse furnishings are basic and simple. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. Our host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Perfect Place

My husband and I (both in our 60s) stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to close. The condo was spotless, spacious, safe, and very quiet as well as close to everything we needed/wanted access to. We frequently walked to St. Phillip's Plaza to listen to the live music at night, have happy hour at Union, or grab a coffee at Ren's Coffeehouse in the morning. Easy access to the Rillito Loop ensured an easy walk any time of day. Catherine, the owner, was friendly, available, and easy to work with, both via text and email, and promptly responded to us. We had to extend our stay by a night due to some repair work on our house, and she didn't hesitate to help us out. We'd definitely stay here again!
