Enjoy this private, ground floor end unit Casita. One of few freestanding Casitas on property. No neighbors above you. 10 ft ceilings. Clean, quiet, and completely remodeled. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with everything you need for a great Tucson visit. 3 pools, 2 spas, and a fitness center. We are located next to Ventana Canyon Resort. Easy to tap into all of the amenities of the resort, book a spa day, play golf, go to one of their many restaurants. Our development is surrounded by Sonoran desert along one of best golf courses in Southern Arizona. Our guests enjoy shopping and restaurants within walking distance and Sunrise and Kolb. Many enjoy hiking the nearby trails at Sabino Canyon and Bear Canyon. Many guests stay nearby. Others explore the surrounding areas. We are only 20-25 mins from most parts of town including Mt. Lemmon, the University of Arizona-home to our U of A Wildcats, downtown, the Tucson Community Center, 6th Avenue, are all within a 20-25 minute radius.

Relaxing Tucson Hiking Trip

Enjoyed our 2 week stay in this clean, updated, well appointed, quiet, spacious condo in desirable Ventana Canyon location. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

This condo had everything we needed and is in a great location. The condo was very clean, close to restaurants and not far from Sabino Canyon which is a place we love to go for hiking!

Spring break 2025

We traveled from Michigan and my sister and her grandson traveled from Oregon for our annual spring break getaway. Great weather and our youngster really enjoyed the swimming pool. We traveled around the area to take in the sites and enjoy some good food. Enjoyed it all!

Had a great stay

This was our first Vrbo stay. Property was just as advertised— Clean, plenty of amenities, and very quiet/secluded. Host Chris was very responsive. Parking was close; only disadvantage were stairs leading up from parking lot..a bit of a nuisance with the luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls' Trip

We will be back!

My husband and I attended a conference in Tucson and really did not want to stay at a hotel or resort. I spent hours on the site looking for just the right place for us and boy, was this it. Chris was excellent and got back to me immediately. Condo was clean and had every single thing that we needed including a Band-Aid when I cut myself. The unit is very quiet, we never heard any neighbors or street noise And will go back again next year. I highly recommend this property! We did not have any issues during our stay.

Nice place

Very nice property in a great location with proximity to Sabino Canyon and Ventana Canyon hiking. Super clean. Kitchen well equipped from an equipment perspective but no staple items other than coffee and salt and pepper. Small snafu with door code upon check in but property owner resolved quickly. One thing I didn’t love is that the hefty damage deposit is drawn 30 days prior to stay. Seems to me that should occur at the beginning of the stay. That being said, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
