Ceci est un moderne, 2 chambre, appartement rez de chaussée dans un développement de la qualité. Situé à proximité des Tombeaux des Rois et à 200m de la plage, avec une vue superbe sur la mer, aspect sud et jardin paysager et piscine. Avec patio et jardin zones à face et de côté, des chaises longues, barbecue à gaz et salle à manger «al fresco», vous pourrez vous détendre au soleil toute la journée et ensuite regarder le soleil se coucher sur votre vue privée de la mer tout en profitant de votre boisson préférée! L'appartement se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Paphos. Les transferts depuis et vers l'aéroport de Paphos sont inclus dans le prix de vos vacances. L'appartement fait partie d'un complexe avec la pleine utilisation de 2 piscines, dont une pour les enfants et une grande piscine de la famille. Il ya beaucoup de restaurants et bars locaux à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement et les quartiers populaires de la baie de corail »et le« port »sont à 10 minutes en voiture, où de nombreux restaurants grecs et anglais et tavernes peuvent être trouvés .. L'air conditionné est disponible partout et est également inclus dans le prix.

As always all was clean and ready for us. There was a nice walk in shower fitted. Jacquie and Tony are great. We keep coming back also because of location, shops and restaurants nearby. We can see a lot of work done by locals in Paphos. Sylvi and family

The apparment is good value for money, The pool is lovely and quite and being next to the lidl is great for your essential shopping, their is also a lovely coastal walk to keep off the extra pounds. The only down side is the road noise can be quite noisy when on the patio.Overhall a great stay and good communication from the owner and Jacquie.

Great apartment

Very well situated just across the road from the beach. Also pool very close by. Lovely private sunny terrace. Close to bars and restaurants and a 20min walk to the lovely old town. Lots of buses to take you further afield.

We liked the pace a lot

Clean and lovely apartment. Pool is also almost clean, but it was very warm. Close to the beach, and some cool restaurants and bars are around.

Relaxing break

We had a lovely stay in this property .It had everything you needed and a lovely sheltered area outside to catch the sun. Lidl next door was a god send. Close proximity to the pathway leading to the lovely coastal walk from Paphos Harbour to nearly Coral Bay. We hope to return .

Great Holiday

We had 12 great days here in the complex and I can recommend everyone here to book a rental car for the stay. So many great sights and beaches should / you can not explore everything on foot. Thanks to Tony and Jacquie for the great communication and the great welcome.

Really lovely apartment, lovely sun trap on terrace walking distance to a small sheltered beach and places to eat and a short bus trip to harbour and town , Great host who was in contact answered everything very quickly and arranged pick up and drop off , would def recommend and will likely go back thank you 😊

Lovely private apartment

This was a lovely apartment, very private & quiet,& a real sun trap although a short walk across the road to the pool. The host was easy to contact, also the manager, who was very friendly. The only small downside was the kitchen cupboards could do with a bit of a sort through as they were a bit jumbled & you could not see at first glance where any cooking dishes etc were too & I think these are limited, however, as these were not needed it did not bother us too much. We enjoyed a really nice stay there. thank you.

From booking to checkin and leaving was organised so well, communication with Tony and Jacquie was perfect, both were only a phone call away if needed. The welcome pack had everything you needed to start your holiday even included wine . Kitchen was fully equipped with everything. Only a short walk to the pool from the apartment, but the pool was fantastic, lovely size and clean. Not really enough sunbeds, but we were lucky and got some on the days we had pool days. No umbrellas, so if you like the shade you need to sit under the tree with everyone else!!!!Lidl is 3 mins away, so handy. Then the beach across the road. Again so clean and well run, you are given a number to wait in a queue for a bed that becomes available, the beds are then tidied up and then you sorted for the day. 7.50 for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella. Fab restaurants along the road as well, plus a great bar Irish Bar Beer Belly, they plays 80s music, great way to end the night.

Home from home in the sun

We enjoyed a 10-night stay at Tony's property, where the weather was superb. The apartment is well-appointed, conveniently located just 100 metres from the local Lidl and within walking distance of a nearby beach. Local buses stop at the end of the drive, offering easy access to Coral Bay and the King's Mall, which is a 25-minute walk away. The kitchen is well equipped, and we appreciated the welcome pack and the provision of beach towels. The bathroom is modern and features a spacious shower.Jacquie, who manages the property on site, is exceptional — always just a phone call or text message away and very responsive to all queries.The provision of transfers to and from the airport is an added bonus and greatly enhances the experience by removing the stress of finding the place.Tony, the owner, is an excellent communicator, and our interactions were conducted professionally.I suggest to Tony that an information folder in the apartment would be helpful, as we were tired after our journey and didn't absorb everything Jacquie showed us upon arrival. The pool could benefit from more shade, and it would be nice to have some kind of portable parasol.We are already looking forward to a repeat stay next year.Thank you, Tony, for the use of your lovely holiday home.

We stayed at Tony’s apartment from the19th of June for 14 nights and it’s perfect...clean ,tidy ,with everything you will need (down to a potato peeler 😂) the apartment is big 2 bedrooms with a/c and loads of cupboard space and hangers ..living room has 2&3 seater couches with dining table ..kitchen has all appliances ,large fridge freezer to keep the beers cold ...the outside space is superb getting the sun from sunrise till sunset ..2loungers ,table chairs with parasol ..there’s a Lidl supermarket 200 yards away and a choice of restaurants same distance ..the bus stop to take you to the harbour is at Lidl’s takes about 10 min but if you prefer walking an easy 30 min stroll ..the world heritage site “tomb of the kings “is 10 minutes away on foot ...if your reading this review and thinking of booking ..don’t hesitate..you will not be disappointed..also communication with tony is superb ..nothing is any trouble ..thanks again tony and we will be returning

Spacious Garden Apartment

The communication with the owner, Tony, and Jacquie, the housekeeper, was very good. The transfer on arrival and the kind offer to transfer us on to our next accommodation was greatly appreciated. As was the 'Welcome Pack' on arrival. For value for money for the size and location of flat you will be hard pushed to beat it. The beach is just across the road and some wasteland in front flat, where there is a super coastal path which takes you to the harbour in Paphos. Lidl is literally adjoining the complex which is very handy, very tempting to buy fresh warm pastries in the morning!!There is a regular bus service outside Lidl if you don't feel up to walking the coastal path.The flat is based on the very edge of the complex and has a very nice patio area surrounded by bougainvillia, which provides privacy. There are sunbeds and a large table and chairs in the garden.The pool area looks very nice, but wasn't open whilst we were there.The beds and sofas are very comfortable. The shower room appears to have been recently refurbished and is very nice. The rest of the flat is freshly decorated but the furnishings are serviceable but dated. We had a lovely week. Thank you

May break 2024

It was lovely to have airport transfrers included. Jacquie the manager was there at the apartment on arrival and on departure, very helpful to show you everything. Good location and view, the patio gets the sun all day which is lovely, however its not far from the main road and there's alot of traffic noise on the patio, although not mentioned but perhaps not a problem for some. Beach across the road where you can hire sunbeds and umbrellas. Supermarket Lidl next door very convenient and the bus stop outside, restaurants are just along the road, found no need to hire a car. The pool is lovely, but if you want to spend time around there in and out the pool there are no sunbeds, found taking the sunbeds across road within the complex every time disappointing. It would be a nice touch like other residents if there were permanent sunbeds, who padlock them, alot less hassel, far easier. Excellent communication from Tony the owner, is very quick to respond to all emails prior to departure with all information and during if required.

Amazing Apartment & location

Wow! We stayed here for 1 month. This is an amazing 2 bedroom apt with everything included for a comfortable stay. Tony is a great host & very quick to reply to any queries you may have. Jacqui who manages the rental is lovely & very helpful & looks after you for the length of your stay if you need assistance. There are plenty of towels/pool towels provided & a welcome pack of goodies on arrival. The pool is huge & the area surrounding it is lovely. There are 2 sunbeds provided for your use around the pool so no getting up at 5am to put your towel on a bed! There are also sunbeds in the pretty garden in the apt & a bbq which are very useful. The apt has a sea view & the sunsets are amazing! There is a Lidl 1 minute walk away which is a godsend for any provisions & their fresh rolls are amazing! There are also lots of restaurants/bars only a few minutes walk away & an amazing beach over the road. Our favourite beach bar was Sea You bar which is only about 1 mile & easily accessible by bus - the fare is only 2 euros to go anywhere & you can buy a day ticket for 6.50 euros if you want to go to multiple places. We hired a car to explore the Troodos mountains & Omidos is a must to visit. It’s a beautiful little village with an amazing Monastery & lots of gift shops & restaurants. We bought some local wine which was delicious. Kykos also has the biggest monastery on the island & is breathtaking inside. We didn’t want to come home & wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Accès mer très proche. Ville et port bien desservis par le bus. Proximité appréciée d’un supermarché. Tranquillité du logement avec bonne terrasse et bbq. Clim et ventilateurs très confortable. Lovely place to relax & enjoy the Cyprus weather

Lovely place to relax and enjoy the October sun in Cyprus. From booking to end Tony the Owner very quick to respond. The included airport transfers very welcome. Apartment has all facilities you need & beach opposite not too busy, pool onsite, plenty of food options within walking distance. We really enjoyed Melania restaurant - wonderful traditional food. Very handy to have Lidl on the doorstep & the bus takes you quickly to Kato Pathos or Coral Bay. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Excellent location and host

We spend there last week in September 2022. Accommodation is very well located, clean and well equipped. It’s close to sandy beach and Lidl. Sea and air is still very warm that time off year. Tony and Carol was fantastic and helpful. All was very smooth. We will definitely come back.
