Great Stay

The property is in a great location. It is within walking distance to the Tombs of the Kings, Nea Paphos and the waterfront. There are two very good grocery stores a few minutes away. The apartment is well equipped and the balcony was great to catch some sun in the afternoon. Communication with the owner was very good. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

We had 4 lovely weeks staying at Queens Gardens , the apartment was just as advertised , bed firm but comfortable enough bedding and towels for changing , well equipped everything you needed , lovely pool and pool area , perfect location for a stay in paphos , thank you John for sharing your apartment with us

Ideal location for all you need

Perfectly situated for everything that you need, easy access to the mall, harbour and ideally located on the bus route to Coral bay, bars and eateries located right on the doorstep if you don't want to wander far at night, lots of local information supplied by the owner of the apartments, and everything catered for in the apartment.

Only One Issue

The only issue we had with this property was the double bed in the property, it was so hard that it was like sleeping on a floor. I would not book again, which is sad because otherwise it was a lovely property.

Fantastic Holiday

Great location, walking distance to Old Town, Harbour and tomb of Kings. Everything you could need in apartment, down to ice bags and a trolley for your shopping. Supermarket in Kings Mall so you have everything on your doorstep. Communal areas cleaned all the time and well maintained. Apartment was very comfortable for a family of 3, couldn't ask for more. Have never been to a private apatyrtment before and was pleasantly suprised with how well presented it was. Would DEFINITELY recommend. Have already recommended to 3 people we know and would stay again without hesitation! Brilliant.

Perfect location, in the center of Pafos. Apartment worth the price paid, for the undemanding people. The host was lovely, communication really good, there was a small problem at the beggining of our staying there, but immediatelly resolved by the owner. Just a tiny, little minus because of cleanliness... all dishes, cuttleries dirty, greasy... same with tables and some surfaces. I believe this is only because of cleaning team. Overall thank you so much for our lovely holiday spent in your apartment! Happy to be back next year!

Nice break

Apartment is fine and well equipped. Couln't get TV to work as menu wouldn't allow you to go to the place you were told to access - wasn't a problem for us though. Complex looking a little tired, but pool was good in the 38 degree heat. Driving instructions could do with updating as told to turn at 'medical centre', which now appears to be a wine shop. Good value for the stay.- would be happy to book again.

Stay at the Queen's Park Apartments

The apartment was nice clean well appointed few minor issues but also it very quickly the only problem we really had was the pool was shot for no apparent reason for five of their days we were there and they put signs up and nothing was done and after five days they come to the signs around started the pump away and that pull was open again apart from that everything was fine thank you Mr Charles wood

Good value for money

Check-In was a bit difficult as I did not read the instructions very carefully. Once I did, everything worked out fine. The appartment is located in a perfect spot for beach and restaurants/shopping. It is equiped with all that is necessary and was clean, quiet at nights and comfortable. Only some previous guests had not done a very good job cleaning dishes and pans. In the future someone should check this before new guests arrive.

Your apartment is fabulous!

Your apartment is fabulous! It has everything anyone could need, and we noted down the TV stations which are additional to those in your handbook: BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV. I tried to contact Michelle before we left for Paphos to book a taxi, but both the numbers were switched off. I did manage to contact her by email though and the taxi was waiting for us. I would certainly recommend them and I'd put the number in your guest book so that guests can contact them directly. On a more positive note, we went to some lovely restaurants and some excellent value for money boat trips.

VERY VERY GOOD

This was our first visit to Paphos and we weren't disappointed. The location of the apartment is excellent and although they are very quiet, step out the door and you're only a stones throw away from a large shopping mall and various shops, bars and restaurants. The Harbour area is only 10 minutes away and also has lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and very well equipped and has everything you could need. John the owner was very a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Only very slight downside was the air-conditioning. Very good in the bedroom, but in the lounge wasn't quite as cold as I would have liked (although my husband was very happy). Those tropical moments are hell!!! All in all, FAB!!

Worst apartment ever!

The apartment is dark and sad. No wind on the terrace, as the terrace is in a closed area. It was HOT! And the air conditioning units that were on the terrace blew out HEAT at the same time, it was like in a sauna! The bed was TERRIBLE hard, our bodies and necks were broken after the stay! Terrible hard pillows. Very bad sofa in the living room, you could feel the springs through and it was so crooked that you rolled into the middle. No pool or beach towels available. Air conditioning had to be activated every 1.5 hours, really annoying when you have to get up several times at night to activate it, so as not to sweat. No sunbeds by the pool, everyone puts on their towels early in the morning. We had to pick up a parasol ourselves every day from another apartment's terrace, for use by the pool, but it wasn't necessary when there were no sunbeds.

Lotte Thank you for your comments Much appreciated. I will try and generate some wind for your next stay in Cyprus. No promises though. It is self catering, not a hotel. We have the parasol right next to the pool, save taking up 2 floors in a lift (thought that was a good idea, maybe not). Unfortunately I do not know all the people around the pool, so cannot make them stay in bed until you have your sun loungers reserved. You are more than welcome to stay again. Kind Regards John

No regrets!

This property is exactly as presented on VRBO. It is well located ie: central to everything we wanted to do and see. The Kings Ave Mall, which is right next door to the property, has a full service grocery store which we found very convent as we did not have a car. The unit's kitchen is well stocked with respect to pots/pans/utensils. We found the unit clean and comfortable. John (the owner) was very prompt and helpful with any questions we had. We would not hesitate to stay again and to recommend the property.

Paphos Vacation

Property is in excellent location and had everything we needed except for two things. One was bed blankets or duvet., the other was a parasol for the balcony. Communication with the owner were good. Our one grumble was the lack of sun beds and parasols poolside. There were just three parasols . We were informed by a committee member that the rest were broken. If I were the owner I would expect better provision for my service charge. I know my comments sound negative but overall our stay was enjoyable.
