Beautiful home!!! Worked great for our group. Lots of helpful pitchers and glasses and pots in the kitchen, made everything so easy. Beautiful bedrooms with huge showers and bathrooms.

Construction that wasn’t disclosed

Didn’t realize until we got there that they’re putting up small building, in what used to be the beautiful green space behind the pool. We thought we could hop on the sidewalk in our backyard and bike or walk to pool or green space. But, to our surprise, we had ugly construction walls in r backyard blocking our way. And the construction noise woke my husband up in the mornings. I asked the lady at check-in when construction would be finished but she said she didn’t know but the building would be used as the new guest check-in. Construction walls go all the way down the sidewalk from the green space affecting every house along that sidewalk. When construction done, there will still be green space but not as much. Also, bring your own blender cuz the two at this property doesn’t work. And the tv’s in master and family room very difficult to figure out and bunk room tv didn’t work at all (wouldn’t turn on).

Great house!

This was the perfect vacation house to be able to spread out and still have quality family time. Will definitely be coming back at some point!

Great all location and amenities

We went with another family and enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to the pool, right in front of the tram stop, easy walk to Rosemary Beach shops. Only suggestion would be black out curtains in the master. The room still got really bright for when the sun was up so were we. Otherwise, it had everything we needed.

Great location

The location is 10/10. Access to the beach and a huge pool is a plus as well. My family and I were a bit put off by the state of the furniture in the living room as it could use a good cleaning. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, the property was nice
 very similar to the listing on the website. Location of the house was good
 The pool is convenient, Seacrest square within walking, & tram to beach was right outside front door & was readily available. We had an issue with the main level toilet overflowing. However, maintenance immediately came and took care of the problem. Overall it was a great house!.

Peaceful Trip

Check-in was a little confusing. You must go to the pool and follow the green “Check In” signs to get the armbands for the pool & tram. The house was clean and put together. The kids loved the bikes and the upstairs swing. Plenty of towels for the bathroom, however, no pot holders and only three kitchen towels. Short walk to the pool, but have to get there at 9:00 to have chairs. The tram picks up across the street. You call a phone number and tell them your stop number (C4) and how many riders you have. They drive you across 30a into the neighborhood and drop off. Was super easy. It runs till 5pm. The gate for the boardwalk down to the beach closes at 10pm. You can bike through the neighborhood, to the shops and Rosemary Beach. Our teens did this daily. Beds were comfortable, no complaints. There is a tree in the driveway that overhangs. I called about getting it trimmed back, but it didn’t happen. I couldn’t park my SUV in the designated parking space without the top getting scratched. We would love to stay there again!

Awful Stay with misrepresentation of property

When I saw all the positive reviews I thought this was the perfect place to stay on our first trip to the 30A. Upon arrival, the property smelled of old towels/ garbage, the rug at the front entry was covered in dirt and gum, there was old food and sunflower seeds in the corner of the bunk beds, the bathroom had what appeared to be old dirt/bug parts next to the towels, the bathroom was dirty, shower head covered in mildew. The property in the photos was taken years ago, the exterior color is now brown. Also, the couch was covered in stains and crumbs- I had to put sheets on it to sit on it. They sent a “cleaning crew” back who did NOTHING— then they asked after I was disappointed nothing was cleaned if I wanted them to come back again. At that point I got smart and said no. The 30A is beautiful, there are so many lovely properties, I am so sad that we chose the wrong one and shame on them, They gave us our booking fee back, that was all. Scroll past this one folks.

OUR FAVORITE

This was our third visit to Seacrest Beach in the last 12 months. This was also the third property we rented. The others were equally nice, but 29 was a perfect fit for our family: grandparents, son & daughter-in-law, and three grandkids... 13-6.

Great time!

We rented 360 Blue for a girl trip (2 moms + 4 kids) and everyone had a blast. Our girls had a blast sharing the bunk room. The customer service was fantastic. We had a couple of minor issues and they were fixed quickly. We would rent again (and again, and again!).

Great family house!

Excellent property that catered to our needs with little kids. The tram picks up right in front of the house and you can walk to the pool from the back porch. Kitchen came well supplied with all possible needs. The porch swing on the second floor was the best place to nap during sunset!

Taste of Heaven

Everything was perfect! The house was beautiful, comfortable, safe and convenient to everything. After an initial trip to the grocery, we parked the car and never drove again. We loved that the pool was a short walk away! And the tram stop right outside the house was nice for trips to the beach. We loved everything about our stay in Seacrest Beach!

Beautiful home

We loved the location and especially loved the house. The living area and dining room were very spacious. The kitchen is nice sized and had most of what was needed. It would have been nice to have hand soap in the kitchen, this is a minor thing, but something we had to run out to get. The swing on the upstairs porch was perfect for the evenings. Location is perfect for anywhere you would want to go- close to the pool, beach, and restaurants/shops. We would recommend this house and would definitely stay again!
