Located in a rural area of great beauty, from where short journeys you can see the beautiful corners of the island and near the monument to the peasant, designed by Cesar Manrique, (one of the most famous sculptors in the Canaries), our villa offers you all Kind of amenities. It is surrounded by a high wall of volcanic stone that offers you great privacy, on a surface of 2500 meters frames.
The terrace consists of garden furniture, barbecue, parking for several cars and a pool of beautiful design inspired by the Jameos del Agua (also designed by Manrique).
There is a jameo with fig trees and other fruit trees and an orchard with typical plantation of the Island.

Pleasant stay, with a few shortcomings

Great beds and pillows, clearly some money has been spent on new wash basins and taps recently. Rest of the villa was lacking. Barely any hand soap in the dispensers. Bit of a mish mash of cutlery, kitchen utensils , glasses and crockery, but no different to any other AirBNB we've stayed in. As newcomers to the island, we could have done with an Information Pack for the Villa and Island, eg where to shop and where to dine. Also where and how to dispose of the rubbish, and the 'leaving policy' etc. On arrival, we got the impression that the villa hadn't been let for a while as the pool wasn't really ready. Very cloudy and with bugs and leaves in it. Yes, we were a couple of hours early and accepted that Jose was still cleaning the terrace, so we left and returned later. This was Saturday, and he didn't address the cloudy pool until Monday. It was lovely and warm though, when we did use it, which for me was every day! This could have been sorted several days before we arrived though. Never needed the AC as the villa was cool, but also quite dark. We never used the BBQ. It still had coals in it from a previous letting and looking at the state of the grill,(old, dirty and rusty) we decided not to use this. We did use the washing machine,which was excellent.The washing lines were in the darkest,coldest place in the villa, with no pegs. Some reviewers said they had a complimentary welcome pack, but we didn't. Anyway, Jose left us to do our own thing, and we appreciated this. Thanks

Sehr gerĂ€umiges Haus mit viel Platz und Umschwung. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Grosser Pool. Gut ausgestattete Badezimmer. Gute elektronische KĂŒchengerĂ€te. Gute Matratzen und Kissen. WC Papier, Abwaschmittel und diverse AbfallsĂ€cke waren vorrĂ€tig. Wenn man etwas brauchte so kĂŒmmerte sich Herr Martin umgehend darum. Wir haben die drei Wochen sehr genossen, trotz einigen negativen Feststellungen. Zur Orientierung: Wir verbrachten drei Wochen in diesem Haus: Zuwenig Möglichkeiten um TĂŒcher aufzuhĂ€ngen. Es fehlten KĂŒchentĂŒcher und KĂŒchenlappen. Geschirrauswahl sehr mangelhaft. Gleicht eher einem Flohmarkt. Der Grill war nicht gereinigt, schmutzig und unhygienisch, unbrauchbar. Sitzkissen auf dem Sitzplatz waren sehr schmutzig. Die Teppiche gehören allesamt in den MĂŒll. Die Böden in den Schlafzimmer sollten wieder einmal erneuert werden. Gewisse Zimmer haben wieder einmal ein paar Liter Farbe nötig. Keine allgemeine Informationen. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Klima von Lanzarote (salzige Luft, Wind, Sand und Sandstaub) hinterlĂ€sst seine Spuren. Die Fotos im Internet entsprechen nicht mehr der RealitĂ€t!!

Quiet property, excellent for many different types of stay

Our stay was great for many reasons. Location - this house is in a quiet residential area, away from roads and busy tourist areas,perfect if you want peace, quiet and privacy. There is plenty of space (secure behind an electric gate) for parking a car, which you’ll need if you’re staying this far from the main resort areas. Small convenience stores nearby with the larger supermarkets within a few minutes drive. House and grounds - the house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the layout is great with enough space to ensure you’re not falling over the top of one another. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and there's plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The kitchen is well equipped and contains pretty much everything you need for holiday catering. The patio area is enormous so you can follow the sun all day. The pool is built into the volcanic rock landscaping with no pool cover so you do have to scoop out leaves/debris if it’s been windy. Jose who manages the property comes to clean to pool and ensures he's not disturbing you. If you have very small children you'd have to keep a constant eye on them as there's no way to isolate the pool area or the wider gardens. The outdoor shower and small laundry room with WC mean you don't have to traipse back through the house to the bathroom if you've been in the pool. Comms/contact - Jose provided several recommendations and was super-kind when I left some items behind, ensuring I got them back before my flight.

Lovely but remote.

This is a lovely Villa, very well equipped and spotlessly clean, although a little remote as far as shops are concerned. Jose was very helpful, kindly letting us check in an hour early, and when we reported a problem with the air conditioning he was there within an hour to sort it out. We’d be very happy to return some time.

Sehr grosszĂŒgiges Haus

Ein schönes grosses Haus mit riesiger Terrasse. Sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Perfekt gelegen "inmitten" der Insel, zudem sehr ruhig. Einkaufsgelegenheiten und Restaurants nur wenige KM entfernt. Exzellente und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Jose - zudem sehr nette BegrĂŒssung mit Kuchen, Champagner (sowie Erstausstattung im KĂŒhlschrank)! Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!!!

Casa Lola

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt sogar einen Ankleideraum. Es gibt W LAN im ganzen Haus und auf der Terrasse. Auf der großen Terrasse gibt es LiegestĂŒhle und Rattan-Sessel. Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Fernseher. Leider gibt es nur spanisches Programm. Jose ist ein toller Vermieter. Er ist permanent erreichbar und löst Probleme umgehend. Die Kaffee Maschine war kaputt, er hat sie sofort am nĂ€chsten Tag ausgetauscht. Er ist ĂŒber WhatsApp erreichbar und ĂŒber ein Übersetzer Programm kann man mit ihm gut kommunizieren. Einiges Manko, man benötigt einen Leihwagen, da es in dem Dorf, El Islote, keinen kleinen Supermarkt oder Restaurant gibt. In einer ca. 5 Minuten entfernten Stadt gibt es hingegen Restaurants, BĂ€cker oder LebensmittelgeschĂ€ft. Zu empfehlen ist der Playa Honda, der ca. 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Dort gibt es kaum Touristen. Der Strand ist mehrere Kilometer lang und sehr breit. Es gibt duschen und entlang der Strandpromenade gute Restaurants und Bars die nur von einheimischen besucht werden. Es herrscht dort eine sehr angenehme AtmosphĂ€re.

Cumple todas las expectativas

Una villa muy amplia y acogedora y que cumpliĂł con todas nuestras expectativas. Zona de terraza espectacular. Si el Covid no nos lo impide, volveremos. Zona muy tranquila, en el centro de la isla y por tanto estĂĄs como mucho a media hora de todos los lugares visitables turĂ­sticamente. Los propietarios estĂĄn pendientes de que no te falte de nada y con atenciones a la llegada. Es muy recomendable.

Wonderful Villa. We had a fantastic week at Casa Lola it is a lovely place to stay.

We can really recommend this villa having just returned from a very relaxing week. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the owners had very thoughtfully left provisions including a bottle of wine, homemade cake and milk and beer in the fridge. Also there was a store cupboard with tea, coffee, salt, pepper, herbs olive oil and a few other items which was great. Everything needed for washing up was also provided which is not always the case with holiday villas. Jose the owner was very helpful and always available should he be needed. He also provided tips on good places to eat which we were very impressed with. Our flight home was cancelled and he let us stay one more night , very generous. The villa is in a quiet peaceful location, very comfortable and well equipped and the internet works !!The pool was the most gorgeous temperature . We will definitely be going back , thank you Jose for a wonderful week. Lizzie and Paul

Wundervolles Haus, sehr nette Betreuung

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Objektbeschreibung trifft uneingeschrĂ€nkt zu. Die Lage in dem kleinen Ort El Islote in der Inselmitte stellt einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt dar, um die Schönheiten der Insel zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist hier jedoch empfehlenswert. Dieses kann sicher auf dem großzĂŒgigen GrundstĂŒck geparkt werden. Die großen SupermĂ€rkte in Playa Honda sind mit dem Auto in gut 10 Minuten erreichbar. In dem Gewerbegebiet findet man auch den Fleischer Roper. Dieser hat ein außergewöhnliches Angebot an Fisch, Fleisch, Wurst, KĂ€se und Feinkostartikeln. Ein Paradies fĂŒr jeden Grillfan. Apropos Grill: der Außengrill und die ĂŒberdachte und windgeschĂŒtzte Essecke begeisterten uns ebenfalls. Hier konnten wir alle Mahlzeiten im Freien genießen. Der Pool am Haus war angenehm beheizt und wurde vom Vermieter Jose regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt. HierfĂŒr hat er sich immer vorher angekĂŒndigt. Von Jose bekamen wir rechtzeitig vor der Anreise Informationen zur Anfahrt und den Code fĂŒr den SchlĂŒsselsafe. Die Kommunikation ĂŒber Whatsapp klappte bestens. Bei der Anreise wartete auf uns ein selbst gebackener Kuchen und eine gekĂŒhlte Flasche Sekt. Beides sehr lecker. WĂ€hren unseres Aufenthaltes versorgte uns Jose regelmĂ€ĂŸig ĂŒber Whatsapp mit Restaurant-Tipps. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub, in einem tollen Haus mit sehr nettem Vermieter. Wir können das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Relaxing & homely

Thank you for the use of your homely and relaxing villa. We found the villa ideally centrally placed for day trips out all over the island. Would recommend the use of google maps as a sat nav on your phone, as it will save you a lot of time trying to follow the road signs and map reading. We found the villa very comfortable and probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The pool is good size and we found the water temperature just right for cooling off after sunbathing. The sun-loungers were strong and comfortable . There are plenty of good eating places within 15 mins drive. We found some fantastic taverna style eating places all round the coast and cheap in comparison to a lot of places we have

Beautiful Villa. Wonderful location

On arriving we were very impressed with the villa. Very clean and welcoming, with a cake and cava plus some milk and water in the fridge. This would be a tranquil and peaceful location if the neighbourhood dogs didn’t bark so much. It was a shame because when they didnt, it was amazingly relaxing, peaceful and just what we needed.

Peace and quiet, room to breathe

Location - Quiet and private villa in residential area a few miles inland from the busy coast resorts. Not overlooked and loads of space both in and outside the villa. Central location (literally the middle of the island) great for exploring. Villa - Beautiful Master suite (although our 10yo benefited so we weren’t so far from the little one!) with view over the pool. Double en-suite and twin with toilet next door. Spacious fully kitted eat-in kitchen and large living room. Outdoor eating space with built-in BBQ next to it. Handy outside utility room with washing machine and toilet so no need to dry off and go indoors if enjoying the pool. Warm(ish) pool although the air temperature didn’t get much over 20 while we were there. Broadband not the quickest but we are used to fibre at home and 4g signal was fine. Parking for probably about 10 cars if you wanted, all behind an electric gate. Host - Jose was very quick to respond to any queries we had via WhatsApp and left a wonderful welcome pack for us including a few fridge essentials, chilled bubbles and a lovely home baked cake! Overall a lovely holiday, very relaxing and only 20 mins from the airport.

We enjoyed our week long stay at Casa Lola very much.

We enjoyed our time in Jose‘s house very much. The house was well appointed and met almost all of our needs. We have two suggestions. The first is that the stove top may need instructions and or maintenance as we had difficulty establishing a connection to secure successful cooking. The other suggestion is that the Internet is not consistent. We had difficulty watching television in the evening and could never be on the Internet simultaneously . Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus war ein Traum. Empfangen mit Sekt und Kuchen startete der Urlaub super. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die drei Zimmer waren ordentlich hergerichtet, die BĂ€nder super sauber und hatte sowohl Dusch- als auch PoolhandtĂŒcher. Die Sitzgelegenheit sowohl drinnen als auch draußen waren super. Der Grill wurde drei Mal genutzt und war echt top. Gerne wieder, können das Haus uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Casa in zentraler Lage und guter Ausstattung

Wir (2) waren im Februar 2019 zwei Wochen zu Gast in der Casa Lola. Es war bereits unsere sechste Reise nach Lanzarote aber bislang das beste Quatier! Das Haus ist sehr großzĂŒgig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber, Jose und Teresa, sind ĂŒberaus fĂŒrsorglich. Als wir das Haus erreichten war der KĂŒhlschrank schon mit diversen Lebensmitteln gefĂŒllt und es stand eine gekĂŒhlte Flasche Lambrusco und ein leckerer Kuchen zur BegrĂŒĂŸung bereit. AuffĂ€llig ist die private AtmosphĂ€re des Hauses zu der die schönen, selbstgestickten Bilder von Teresa beitragen. Die Terrasse ist groß und durch Fremde nicht einsehbar. Schon am frĂŒhen Morgen hört man die Kanarienvögel des Nachbarn singen, was sehr angenehm ist. Es duftete gut in allen Zimmern und die Casa war picobello sauber. Im Laufe des Urlaubs korrespondierten wir mit Jose per wathsapp und dem google-Übersetzer. Das klappte sehr gut. Wir bekamen von ihm sogar RestaurantvorschlĂ€ge. Die Casa Lola liegt ausgesprochen verkehrsgĂŒnstig. Alle sehenswerten Stellen der Insel sind in KĂŒrze erreichbar. Wir waren oft an der Playa Famara, in Teguise, Playa Blanca, Yaiza und La Geria. Besuchen sie die Bodega Rubicon und trinken sie Vino tinto dann schmecken sie die Sonne Lanzarotes. Essen sie KĂ€se aus der Queseria Rubicon in Femes, er schmeckt einfach wunderbar. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener und sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder! Es war einfach traumhaft schön!

Wir können uns den positiven RĂŒckmeldungen unserer VorgĂ€nger und VorgĂ€ngerinnen in jeder Beziehung anschliessen. Wir haben bereits wieder fĂŒr 3 Wochen gebucht :) Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals an JosĂ© und TherĂ©sa fĂŒr die vielen feinen Sachen, die sie uns bereitgestellt haben! Dies war eines unserer besten HĂ€user, das wir bis anhin gemietet hatten!

Excellent Villa and great location for exploring the island

A lovely villa in a great location and Jose was really helpful. The villa is exactly as pictured and of high quality. If you want an ideal location to tour the wonderful island then this villa is perfect. You have to have a car but that is not a problem as it is a really easy island to navigate and the majority of roads are in excellent condition. The welcome pack was excellent and thank you for the lovely cake. I would have no hesitation returning to the villa if we ever returned to Lanzarote. Thank you Jose for letting us stay in your wonderful villa and for your assistance when needed.
