Thanks Elizabeth for your review. I have raised your concerns with our management team who will arrange a professional pest control team to assess and spray outside the villa too. We normally have pest control inside regularly and hopefully having an extra another outside pest control will help more. Also, I have asked our management to do another deep clean to our villa and to step up cleanliness standard. They have reassured us that they will. Like you mentioned, bugs are common in Florida and we aim for the guests not to encounter live bugs, so you may see dead bugs from time to time. I'm glad you enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the villa.

Hi Umit, We were shocked by your review as we were never contacted about your concerns during your stay. You knew about the pool heat as you didn't book the pool heat when you booked the trip. You only let us know 2 days before your arrival that you wanted the pool heat. There was a cold spell during your stay and we recommended not to have it as it would not be effective for a big pool like ours. But if you wanted, we have the email proof that we would have honored the original price though it would have costed a lot more to us. You never used the pool heat during your stay or paid for one. So, your review is so untrue. I have contacted the VRBO customer service for this inaccuracy. Dishwasher is in perfect working condition, just the tablet holder section is not closing properly but works exactly the same. Steel pots and pans can have stain in the bottoms especially in the rental home. If it bothered you, you could have reached out and we could have bought more new pots for you. One star is very unfair and just mean.

Hi Katie, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear about your concerns. I have let our management team know so that they can do a better job. The rug in the twin bedroom is only 6 months old, there are no other rugs, only carpets, but we will look into whichever rugs you mentioned. We also have plans to get a new flooring for the bedrooms soon like in the lounge area. We have no mice, so not sure about droppings. We have regular professional pest control for both inside and outside the villa. Again, we need proof of your concern which we do not have but we will also certainly look into it. About the laundry to start, it is completely optional as mentioned in the information we sent out. We have underlined it as being optional if you could have a look again. We do thank you for your stay and we hope you did have a wonderful time overall.

Hi Yisel, Thanks for your review but it's unfair. We understand that you have not stayed in Florida homes before. Like I mentioned when we communicated, pest control is regularly and also between the guests stay. Florida has insects everywhere and we have to make sure that you don't encounter live insects, so you may see dead ones at times after pest control. When our management team offered to come in and inspect, you did not let them in. And you asked for compensation immediately and asked for free pool heat during your stay. As owners, we have come across some guests who are not as genuine and we asked our management team to inspect your concerns, which again you refused. You have never told us or emailed us once about the leak during your stay and only commented now in the review. This is such a shame. It should have been sorted out immediately without damaging the house further. There was no leak before you stayed. As the staying guests who respect our holiday home, we would expect them to report something as serious as this. We also found the leak after you left which got fixed now but damage to the house is much worse as it was left unattended for days. We did not take your damage deposit as we're not sure what caused the leak in the first place but we simply cannot understand why did not you report it straightway? Only if we knew earlier, we could have prevented further damage to the house. We really want the guests to treat our home as theirs during their stay. Putting away bedsheets in the washer is optional as clearly stated in the information sent.
