The terrace was exactly as depicted in the photos. We were there during partly cloudy couple of days, and the terrace was still pleasant and inviting. The location was incredibly convenient.

We loved this rental and our host was phenomenal. For us, the outdoor rooftop was perfect. We enjoyed the rooftop bedroom and even in the rain, we were dry. The downstairs was great for relaxing also, lots of airflow and atmosphere. The kitchen was cute, but not really stocked for much cooking. Instead we went to the Féria market and got some ready made food. There was a little restaurant steps from our rental that we loved. Many thanks for giving us this opportunity.

Great apartment

Really nice apartment and very good location close to many of the city attractions. The apartment is a bit small but the amazing rooftop terrace more than make up for the size downstairs. The two bedrooms are on the rooftop. Good communication with the host and easy check in/out process. Parking nearby

Fantastic experience in the heart of Sevilla

This rental provided ample space and air conditioned refuge from the extreme heat in Sevilla. We had comfortable beds, great showers and decent kitchen space for our 3 night stay. Really close to restaurants, grocery stores and the popular tourist attractions. We ran into the owner on checkout and he offered to keep our luggage locked for a small fee so we could keep exploring the city before our train departure. 5 star experience all around.

Beautiful appointment

We loved this apartment and its quirky layout. It had a great Spanish feel to it and was in a great central location with lots of places to eat and drink. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The best bit for us was the terrace which we used morning evening and night. Great for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. If we return to Seville we will definitely look to book here again.

Stay was amazing

The accommodation was first class in every way. Ideal location near centre, a supermarket was 5 minutes walk away, and, plenty of places to eat and drink. The main attractions are within walking distance and the terrace was the icing on the cake...... Would recommend and go back again.

Great terrace apt

Awesome location and good communication. Unique bedroom set up with bedrooms on terrace level, was fantastic place to hang out at night with good weather.

Lovely stay in great location

Loved the place for a Sevilla stay. Great tiles and rooftop deck. There are lots of stairs though so please take note if you have anyone with mobility issues - entered on the 4th set of stairs and another flight inside the home to get to the bedrooms. Puri is a great communicator and was very helpful throughout.

Beautiful and excellent location

The apartment is as described. It is beautiful and an excellent location. The communication with Puri is also excellent as she is very responsive and attentive. Do note that the upper level is a challenge when it rains as the living area upstairs is outside. The bedrooms are enclosed so no concerns there, just know that you may get wet moving from top level to main level. When it’s not raining, it’s perfect!

Space is excellent, but be prepared for stairs.

Excellent host. Response time was almost immediate which was very helpful. Extremely easy to get to the place, parking garage, 5 min walk, and easy to get into apt using codes. Beautiful rooftop, outdoor space. One bedroom had attached bathroom, nice. The other one, had to go down one flight to access. Lots of stairs, no elevator so be aware. Great location. A good value for your money and we had great weather, would have loved to have had more time to enjoy the rooftop but we were on a very quick trip. It was a beautiful city and we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, convenient, airy

From the moment we saw the listing, we imagined getting together with a few friends on the roof deck. It did not disappoint. Sunset in Seville in May is around 9:30, so the deck was a wonderful place to gather before a late dinner. Only con was the lack of an elevator, which we knew (and accepted) in advance.

Great stay

The property was exactly as listed. Photos are accurate. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was so unique. Full of tiles, marble stairs. Just an FYI the apartment is on two levels bedrooms and master ensuite on the upper opening onto the terrace. A few steps to the stairs then down into the kitchen, sitting room that is the third bedroom. One of the local team members Antonio was extremely helpful during our stay Thanks so much.Location was excellent Loved it and will stay here again if we return to Seville

Lovely apartment & great location

We loved our stay in this historic building in an ideal location. The stunning tile work, the marble staircases, the framed portraits on the walls--gorgeous. The apartment has two levels. Two bedrooms are on the terrace level. Each had comfortable beds--1 king and 1 queen. A glass of wine on the terrace was perfect after touring the city. We didn't need the air conditioning but we used the heat which warmed up the place very quickly. Antonio and Rafael are great hosts and communication was easy with Whatsapp. Check in is simple with the lock box. We would definitely stay again.

Disaster

We arrived and checked in. The accommodation was TWO different levels. The bedrooms were on the top floor like pigeon coops. We had to walk out of the bedroom across the roof to the stairs which took us down to the kitchen. We ended up on a sofa bed that night. We left within 18 hours. The wi fi was nonexistent the heat was so low we had four blankets on the sofa bed. The landlord was non existent. TOTALLY A DISASTER AND A DISGRACE.

I'm sorry you didn't understand our apartment. The last thing we want is for guests to be surprised or disappointed, so we try to be very clear when we indicate, for example, that there is no elevator or that the apartment has two levels. By the way, the fact that it has two levels is something that other guests usually like a lot, along with our attention and service. Due to your age, I would recommend that you choose a hotel for your stays.

Well situated Arenal House in Sevilla

I communicated by email and phone with Rafa before arriving. His partner, Antonio Manuel, was also very helpful and took me back to the airport upon my departure for 20 euros 10 days after my arrival. The apartment is so well located with shops and bars and the bullring just steps away. It has its own agreeable ambience There is good ac in the bedrooms. The wifi from the roof top bedrooms did not work well and a call to Rafa got a booster put it so we had good wifi.after a few days Generally the apartment was comfortable but I would recommend a few small improvements that would be appreciated by any traveler. Small things make a difference. I would recommend to put a few bottles of water in the frig for arrival, the bed pillows need to go-- they were uncomfortable, and put some real unbroken hangers in the closets, and a small package of detergent for the washing machine would be good. Over all I like the place and would definitely return. Rafa and Antonio Manuel were very responsive to out needs. Thank you both.
