Maintenant, la climatisation est installée dans le salon et les chambres.
L'appartement est situé dans le réseau des rues tres calmes du quartier juif de Séville. A la rue Verde, une des rues les plus typiques de Séville. Ici se trouvent deux palais (aujourd'hui transformés en un hôtel de luxe) un de chaque côté de la Calle Verde, qui sont liés au sommet, avec une vigne épaisse, qui protège et donne de l´ombre a la rue.
A cote du appartement, on peut faire une debout aux portes de la cour principale de l'hôtel, vous pouvez vous arreter pour profiter des sons de la source centrale, et on a la sensation du temps detenu, avec la vue magnifique qu´offre un cadeau aux piétons.
Des C/ Verde, l'accès a la rue touristique tres célèbre, Santa Maria la Blanca on fait a travers de la ruelle C/ Archeros.

Laura an her husband have spent some days in our apartment. They were lovely guests, really friendly, and looked after the flat perfectly and kept the apartment very clean and tidy. They were very respectful and great about communicating their arrival and departure times. We are so happy I got to meet this charming family in person. The apartment was small but comfortable and the decor was colorful and charming. The kitchen is small but was well equipped. Our hostess was very friendly and gave us good information on how to run the appliances. I especially appreciated being able to hang the washing up to dry on the roof. The best part was the location, it was less than a 20 minute walk to the Real Alcazar, the Cathedral, and the river. The public gardens are also lovely. It is about a 6 minute walk to two good grocery stores. The are innumerable places to eat in the area from fast food to fine dining. I would be very happy to return!

Perfect location

Excellent location

The apartment couldn’t have been in a better location, walking distance to the Cathedral, Real Alcázar, Plaza de España and many cafes and restaurants. Victor suggested places to eat and entertainment including a free flamenco show very close to the apartment (get there early for a good seat).

Compact but very comfortable. Well designed little flat in the old district. You can walk to all the key sites. Good restaurants and a flamenco bar within minutes. Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended.

Comfortable apartment, excellent location, delightful hosts. Exactly as described in the listing. Not fancy but comfortable. Main bed mattress was excellent. Air conditioner in the main bedroom kept us cool enough at night. Quiet building. Wonderful location in a unique neighborhood; easy walk to a small grocery, the cathedral, and restaurants. The hosts helpfully communicated before and during our stay. Upon our arrival, charming Victor met us as we got off the bus, and when we departed he took us to the bus station. Víctor and Tina are clearly proud of their beautiful city and eager to share information if you want it.

Great Location with Friendly and Knowledgeable Hosts

Tina's place is great for exploring the best of Sevilla. This was my second time in Sevilla and I enjoyed it more this time, because of the great location. It's located on a charming street, and close to many of the popular sites in Sevilla. Tina was a great host, who was friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived late, and despite this, was gracious in providing a detailed walkthrough of Sevilla. It helped us enjoy our stay more. Thanks!

Wonderful Stay in Sevilla

This apartment is a great find!! We loved it. It is well located ,so we could walk everywhere in Sevilla. It was clean, well equipt, wifi worked well, and many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Victor picked us up at the airport and gave us tips about the city. Tina met us at the apartment and went over all the details and how to use the washer !! Thank you both for your kindness and hospitality

Ideal location, wonderful hosts, great property...

Tina and Victor greeted us and got us pointed in the right direction with restaurant recommendations, things to do, etc. For added excitement, I suggest ignoring Victors driving instructions and use your gps to firmly insert your vehicle in the tiny streets to the west ;0). We spent three lovely nights exploring the gifts of Seville and the surrounding area. The apartment served all of the needs for out family of four perfectly. Comfortable with enough kitchen equipment to eat in, but difficult to do with Sevilla outside beckoning...

Tina is a fantastic host, very helpful and will answer questions. She follows up with her messages and her recommendations are very helpful. The apartment is quiet and beautiful. Supplies are readily available and is not scarce unlike other places to stay at. Excellent set of appliances. The minor issues I have: 1. The property may have been a little cold during our January stay. It takes a bit of time for the heating equipment to warm up the room. 2. The shower is small but usable. 3. There is no elevator, so be mindful if you have suitcases. You will need to carry them up two floors. 4. No window views to the street. The window view available is through a light well where you would also hang your clothes. Again, these issues were very small. It was an excellent place to stay at and I would stay here again in the future.

Très agréable séjour à Seville. Les propriétaires de l’appartement sont des personnes qui parlent bien le Français ,sont très gentils et de très bons conseils.L’appartement est dans une très jolie ruelle,fraîche alors qu’il faisait chaud en ville. L’appartement est à deux pas des sites à visiter.C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons dans l’appartement de Victor et Tina si nous en avons la possibilité.

Découverte de Séville

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce logement. Très propre et remarquablement situé, il permet vraiment de parcourir tous les lieux intéressants de Séville sans prendre les transports en commun et ça c'est vraiment génial ! Par ailleurs ce logement est très bien équipé et comporte beaucoup de documentations pour les touristes. On trouve également juste à côté des commerces et des restaurants. Le seul point négatif de cet appartement est l'insonorisation : quand les voisins parlaient, on avait parfois l'impression qu'ils étaient dans la même pièce que nous et ça n'aidait pas vraiment à trouver le repos après de longues journées de marche. Nous avons cependant pu profiter du séjour car Séville est une ville qui regorge de richesses et de beautés. Quant aux propriétaires, ils sont d'une gentillesse et d'une serviabilité incroyables. Très communicatifs et très instruits, ils nous ont beaucoup appris sur l'histoire de la ville et se sont montrés extrêmement accueillants. Nous avons eu des discussions très intéressantes et très agréables avec eux. Ils ont toujours répondu à nos questions avec rapidité et amabilité. Merci beaucoup à Tina et à Victor !

Tina et victor sont tres accueillants. Tous est organisé pour permettre de profiter de son séjour. Super quartier, appartement au calme, plein de commerces et resto à proximité. Le top pour profiter à deux , trois personnes dans un quartier très sûr.

Patrick et Josette ont été a notre appartement pendant quelques jours. Ils sont tres agreables et sympathiques, qui ont quitté l'appartement completement reglé, rangé et en parfait état. Merci !. Nous sommes heureux de savoir qu'ils ont profite leur séjour a notre ville malgre quelque jours de pluis. Ce fut un vrais plaisir pour nous les rencontrer et nous espérons les voir bientôt!
