Cet authentique chalet en Floride offre une vue imprenable sur le fleuve, un espace de vie confortable, deux chambres confortables, une salle de bain pleine grandeur, toutes joliment meublées. La cuisine entièrement équipée a tout ce dont un invité pourrait avoir besoin, il y a aussi un espace barbecue. Les ponts sont directement sur la rivière et il y a un canoë, un quai et un bateau glissant. Cette zone isolée de la rivière possède certaines des meilleures pêches locales et est parfaite pour le canoë et le kayak tout en étant à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Sebastian.

The Roseland cottage is a great place to stay! It's cute, clean and includes everything you need. We enjoyed the spectacular sunsets from the deck. We saw lots of wildlife, from dolphins in the river to bunnies in the yard! The grounds are peaceful and secluded yet close to stores and restaurants.

Boating Get away

What a great place to kick back and relax! excellent cottage with everything you need. great views and a short boat ride to the main channel and Sebastian Inlet . We were there during the July 4 weekend and it was a great time at the local sandbar and fireworks.

The place is clean, lots of store nearby, dock is shared with other renters on property, caught a few catfish, nice deck but rained on and off, wished it was covered but overall nice property

Beautiful Cottage

Great little house. Very clean.

Brought a 22’ boat and fished most of the time. Caught mostly sharks and catfish Sebastian inlet is super close.... played pool one night at a place by Publix. Ate at Hiram’s. Great little getaway.

Great place to stay

Everything was nice and smooth. Sebastian is beautiful and so is the property. We caught many small snapper and jacks from the dock! Every day we saw dolphins and manatee swimming within feet from us. Highly recommend

Great Labor Day family getaway

The property was lovely! Exactly what we needed for our long weekend away boating with our kids. The dock is so nice to sit and relax and well equipped with slippage for boats. The owner was very nice and helpful with making sure we were set up. Even helped us get our trailer parked. We were very appreciative and would love to go back! Thank you Tom and Pam:)

Roselind Cottage

The location of the property is excellent for anyone who loves to fish. The dockage was so convenient after launching the boat at nearby boat ramp. The cottage had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We did have a few hiccups during our stay, but they were resolved by the management. We will definitely be coming back next November.

A peaceful waterfront cottage getaway!

We really enjoyed the Roseland Cottage! It's clean, spacious, and includes everything you need. Even coffee!! We saw spectacular sunsets over the water! The views are awesome! It was wonderful to sit on the deck and watch dolphins! The grounds were fun to explore with our dog! Next time we'll bring our boat.

Great experience

This house was just perfect. Very nicely decorated & furnished. Has all the kitchen items you would ever need + more. Great mornings sitting on the back deck overlooking the water. Enjoy fishing from the very impressive dock. No need to bring any outdoor seating there is plenty of options there. Only negative would be the bad water smell from the inside running water.

Bug heaven

Our first night on the property something kept banging on the bedroom sliding glass door we got no sleep. The bugs outside will carry you away I got ate up needs to have a screen Lanai. Ants were super bad on the kitchen counter. There was one roll of toilet paper for four people for 4 days, I had to buy more. Was not very happy with our stay.

Cherie, we regret your experience was less than you hoped, July and August in Florida certainly require bug repellent which is provided on all of our decks. In addition, each of our cottages is serviced professionally by a local pest control company. Did you reach out regarding your concerns during your stay? I don't see any messages or communication, and if we'd known of your troubles or needed additional supplies, we would have been there at a moment's notice. We are just steps away from the Roseland Cottage. Again, we regret your time at our riverfront, old Florida fishing cottage wasn't as delightful for you as a large majority of our guests as evidenced by the multiple 5-star reviews.
