Ce 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain complĂštes, Coast Home est l'escapade parfaite Ă  la plage. Joliment dĂ©corĂ© dans un dĂ©cor insulaire. À seulement 4 minutes Ă  pied de la plage. 3 lits queen, 7 lits jumeaux et 1 canapĂ©-lit, et 1 futon, 12 couchages. Cette unitĂ© est Ă  quelques portes de la piscine. Vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter de la brise de l'ocĂ©an sur votre terrasse privĂ©e aprĂšs une journĂ©e amusante Ă  la plage. Cette maison a de nombreux Ă©quipements Ă  mentionner, y compris la cafetiĂšre Keurig idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  l'Ă©tage pour votre cafĂ© du matin sur le balcon. Si vous ĂȘtes intĂ©ressĂ© Ă  jouer une partie de golf, c'est l'endroit pour 1 pĂątĂ© de maisons de Newport Dunes Golf Course. Les Gulfside Beach Condos seront sĂ»rement l'un de vos favoris. Great location

Right on beach access road so very close to beach. Slept 9 easily, could have slept 1 more adult and 3 more kids. Everything was great except we did have to wait till 4:30 to check in and we were there at 4. Also living room not as big as pictures would indicate but not a big deal. Would def stay again.

Never again!

Arrived at property at 3:45 it was told it could possibly be 5 o'clock before we get in because the room hadn't been cleaned. We sat there for an hour. Nobody showed up to clean and we finally received our check in text. You lost my business.

It’s spacious especially upstairs, the beds were comfy, and it was so clean and fresh smelling. Having the water hose in the front and back outside was a plus to wash the sand off. Having the pool so close to us was awesome too. The outside was perfect for hanging out and people watching. The grill was nice to have too and the condo had all our necessities. So near the beach and the stores. Communicating with Port A Escapes was a plus. They are very responsive. We love your condo will definitely stay here again ❀

Sand Fest 2025

Easy check-in. Host was very responsive. House was very clean, with plenty of places for everyone to sleep. Note: the 3 full baths are all "community" - I had expected at least one "master" bedroom with two common bathrooms - but having 3 full baths accessible to everyone turned out to work well. Location for SandFest was perfect - a short walk down the road takes you right to the South Entrance. If just playing on the beach, showers are right there so you can get clean before returning the home. Upstairs balcony and downstairs picnic tables were great. Would stay again with a big party.

Close to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants. We had a great time with our children and their families. The community pol is Abit small for all the condos in the property but we made it work

Great place for a large family

The only complaint would be the futon was broke, so we had to put the mattress on the floor. Also if you have a place rented by a large group we should have a bit more supplies. We had to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper.

The house was wonderful for our family trip,

We all had plenty of room in the house. The kids loved the bunk room♄ I was worried about parking but it wasn’t a problem thanks the the dead end street beside the property. People had reviewed there were no plugs in the kitchen there are plenty they are on the bottom of the overhead cabinets. Not uncommon at all. It was clean and roomy and great for us, we had a group of 10. Would definitely return!
