Lovely stay in a fab area of Littlehampton. The cottage has just about everything you might need. Communication was great (as had a minor problem). Parking could be tricky but we just didn’t move our car.

Flint Cottage was really nice to walk into , lovely colours,comfy sofas and nice pictures on the walls , Beds were comfy , everything was clean and worked and there was a nice welcome back of french bread and wine and other goodies , Its in a quiet victorian part of the town close to the beach and easy walking to cafes etc.There was nothing about the process or the cottage that was difficult and we ewre even invited in early which was great as we arrived early . cant fault it , highyly reccomend

The house was family friendly. We asked for a travel cot, highchair and bed which they provided and this was very helpful. Tess and Ed left us some treats which were a lovely surprise to start our holiday. They communicated with us well. The location to the seafront is great. Only a few minutes walk there and to the park.Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we went back to Littlehampton. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at flint cottage. It was exceptionally clean and the owners have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property is beautifully designed. The beds were really comfy. We were sent a digital welcome pack before we arrived which was really helpful. Would highly recommend.

What can I say about this property other than it was perfect for me. It was spacious clean and well presented. There was everything you need and there was even some essentials like milk and fresh bread. Communication with the host was excellent. The property was in a quiet location and easily within walking distance of the beach. I actually dont think I heard anything all week from outside. I parked my car outside everyday and would recommend this place to anybody. Thank you guys for a fabulous stay Phil

Lovely place

The cottage is really cozy! The kitchen is big and has everything you need and the owners had put some drinks in the fridge, really nice!The bedrooms were really nicely decorated. The only thing we think can be improved are the beds. Too small for our taste and the mattrasses could be a bit more comfy.We had a lovely stay!

Littlehampton half term

Fabulous property, amazing hosts and well stocked for home cooking away from home. We had a wonderful time with the children walking to the beach and playground everyday. Great food in Littlehampton and plenty to keep us busy. Thank you for such a cosy cottage with an excellent hot shower and comfortable beds. More than happy to return here again .

Lovely and homely

Absolutely beautiful cottage with everything we needed for a lovely stay. Very generous hosts, we were made to feel so welcome. We were given an online copy of the guest book which really helped to plan ahead. Great recommendations provided to explore Littlehampton and surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

Super Cottage

Small but perfectly formed! A lovely cottage perfect for our stay and visit to Goodwood. Close to the beach and other great places to visit. Probably the best equipped kitchen I have ever come across - super sharp knives were a revelation!! The little touches were much appreciated from the welcome card and chocolate to the milk, bread and other bits left for us to enjoy. Communication with the hosts was great and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay for Goodwood races

It had virturally everything we needed for making meals in the evening, including a full size refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven etc. It also had a combination washer/dryer which was much appreciated by us. There was enough room for all 5 of us to eat with a little rearranging of the kitchen area. The beds were very comfy. The bathroom upstairs is in the master bedroom area, not between the two bedrooms but we manage that as there is another bathroom downstairs.

Lovely property in Littlehampton

The cottage did not disappoint. As well as friendly communications from the owners there was a generous amount of basics and goodies in the kitchen which were much appreciated. Everything had been clearly explained including the steep stair case so there were no difficult surprises. We were very comfortable and it was ideal for our early Christmas together. Having a fully equipped kitchen made all the cooking easy . We also enjoyed a lovely walk on the nearby beach. Lovely location.The only thing I missed was a personal contact with the owners which would have been nice, but as doctors I expect they are very busy and may work some distance away so understand not very practical for them. Thank you both for welcoming card and a very enjoyable stay in your lovely and thoughtfully decorated and well equipped cottage.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Flint Cottage. Für 3 Personen genau die richtige Größe und ist mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt ausgestattet. Die Räume sind liebevoll eingerichtet und man merkt, dass sich die Vermieter Gedanken über die farbliche Gestaltung gemacht haben.Zur Begrüßung lag eine handgeschriebene Postkarte auf dem Küchentisch und es gab eine Erstausstattung an Brot, Getränken, Milch, Butter und Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine.Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Fragen wurden sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet.Die Lage nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand entfernt ist toll und auch die Innenstadt und der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Flint Cottage ist eine wunderbare Unterkunft. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, Ed und Tess haben sogar im Kühlschrank lebenswichtige Dinge wie Milch, Butter usw. gelagert. Die Kommunikation war problemlos. Da wir zu fünft waren, war es etwas eng für uns, trotzdem fanden wir alle die Flint Cottage sehr gemütlich. Highlight war das Bad im „Schrank“.
