La villa possÚde sa propre piscine chauffée privée. Situé à proximité de la nouvelle port de plaisance Marina Rubicon, ceci est une station privée, sûr et résidentiel de luxe dans le sud de l'ßle canarienne de Lanzarote. Idéal pour les familles ou les couples qui souhaitent profiter de leurs vacances dans un endroit paisible, à distance de marche des plages dorées de Papagao et de nombreux restaurants de Playa Blanca. Peut accueillir confortablement 6 (3 chambres / 3 salles de bains, et est idéalement situé à Playa Blanca avec vue sur la nouvelle Marina Rubicon. Pendant l'été les hÎtes Marina programmés événements gratuits, y compris, de la musique, des défilés, des chùteaux gonflables et la peinture de visage pour les enfants. L'arÚne commercial couvert est surmonté d'un bowling de dix quilles et dispose d'un mini-salle de jeux pour les enfants de taille au rez de chaussée.

Lovely villa hosts were brilliant very clean small leak discoved during heavey rain promptly sorted family bathroom wasnt fully functional however was given heated pool as compensation would happily stay again

Fantastic villa

All about the location

Fabulous stay at Natalie’s villa. Communication was excellent, check in simple, villa had everything we wanted. The location is perfect, couple minutes walk to the Marina and then 15-20 mins more into Playa Blanca. Definitely recommend this holiday accommodation.

Great Location for a relaxing holiday

We loved the apartment, the heated pool and it was in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from lots of lovely family friendly restaurants and supermarket for essentials. The area itself was nice and peaceful and easy to get to fantastic beaches. Thank you, Natalie!

Great stay

Great place. It was clean and in good order when we arrived, and true to description. The house is lovely, in a quiet area, yet close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The pool area is lovely, with a barbecue and sun lounger, the beds and the rest of the house are comfortable and suitable for groups or families. I was a little worried about the noise mentioned in another review, but it was so nice and quiet! The hostess is nice, flexible and accommodating. All in all it was a very pleasant stay! Would definitely recommend it.

Pleasant but could do with an upgrade.

Villa is much more spacious than pictures imply which was nice. We paid extra for air con in bedroom and pool to be heated. Did think the pool area could do with sprucing up but overall not a bad little find enjoyed our stay. Great location for the villa as you were 5 minutes walk from the marina.

Great Villa

The villa is in a great location that is a few minutes walk to the marina, restaurants, grocery store, and shops. While the place can get warm during the day since there is no AC, there are several fans provided and opening the windows cools down the place significantly. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and the outdoor shower is nice to enjoy. Highly recommend booking!

Refreshing pool

Lovely villa with everything you need for a relaxing break, pool is refreshing and great to hang out around. Perfect position 5 minutes walk to shops and the marina with plenty restaurants and the market every Wednesday and Saturday with lots of interesting stalls to see. The only down thing is that we're not still there enjoying the pool.Thanks!

Excellent holiday

We stayed for 12 days in August. Very good communication on website and very easy to book. Very clean villa with everything we needed for our stay. Pool clean and was cleaned twice whilst we were there. Cleaners came mid week and changed our bedding/towels. There was no need to heat the pool as it was warm enough without. Would recommend using fans and opening windows to make more comfortable at night. Villa close to supermarket and there is a Waitrose close by if you turn right out of the Villa and walk up the hill. Very close to marina and beach with a nice coastal walk. Must recommend Ranch Texas zoo and Western night during your stay. Will be returning in the future. Thank you.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans la maison de Brigitte, trÚs bien agencée et trÚs bien située. Quartier calme, proche de la Marina Rubicon. La piscine chauffée est un plus, surtout pour nos ados qui ont adoré ! Nous recommandons !

Es war ein netter Aufenthalt.FĂŒr die Poolheizung wurden proTag 10 extra per Zahlungsaufforderung ĂŒber das Buchungsportal durch die Besitzer berechnet. FĂŒr das KlimagerĂ€te im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen MĂŒnzautomaten der nimmt 1 und 2 StĂŒcke. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Es ist hellhörig und eine gutbefahrene Straße fĂŒhrt vorbei. Wie ĂŒberall auf der Insel macht die Winterliche Feuchtigkeit dem GebĂ€ude zu schaffen.Die Gegend ist touristisch gut besucht. Das Einkaufszentrum in 800 m Entfernung befindet sich im Umbau und ist nur teilweise zugĂ€nglich.

The villa was really well equipt and clean. Felt private even though it was in a complex of villas. Only a 5 minute walk from Marina Rubicon which has plently of restaurants and shops as well as a market twice a week which is well worth a visit! The 'Lasal' complex is only a 10 minute walk which also has some lovely restaurants, and live music.Well worth taking the scenic costal walk down to the port where there are some sweet small beaches as well as lots of restaurants and bars on the seafront.This was our first time in Playa Blanca as we usually visit Puerto del Carmen. However we will definitely be returning!

No vimos en ningĂșn momento al propietario, la llave la dejaron en un cajetĂ­n en la entrada. No hay champĂș ni mĂĄs de una pastilla de lavavajillas. Con dos detalles asĂ­ serĂ­a perfecto. Algo que no cuesta nada y dice mucho. La piscina bien y la casa muy completa. Bien ubicada.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Der Kontakt mit Natalie war einwandfrei. Der beheizte Pool war am Abend ein besonderes Highlight. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man so braucht. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen ! ParkplĂ€tze stehen ebenfalls genug zur VerfĂŒgung!
