Cette charmante villa de trois chambres est situĂ©e dans la magnifique station balnĂ©aire de Coral Bay Ă  Paphos, Ă  Chypre. La villa possĂšde sa propre piscine privĂ©e, des parasols, une douche au bord de la piscine et un barbecue intĂ©grĂ©. Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bains et des portes-fenĂȘtres doubles menant Ă  de grands balcons. La plage de sable «Pavillon bleu» de Coral Bay est la meilleure de la rĂ©gion et se trouve Ă  seulement dix minutes Ă  pied de la villa. La villa est entiĂšrement climatisĂ©e. Le supermarchĂ©, les restaurants et les bars les plus proches sont Ă  seulement 100 mĂštres et le centre de villĂ©giature animĂ© de Coral Bay est Ă  15 minutes Ă  pied, oĂč vous trouverez plusieurs banques, pharmacies, boutiques de souvenirs, supermarchĂ©s et une large sĂ©lection de restaurants, cafĂ©s et bars. Ceci est une trĂšs belle villa, parfaitement situĂ©e dans un beau quartier de Chypre. We absolutely loved staying at this villa! The host Karen is brilliant and communication fantastic! The outdoor space was beautiful and spent most of our time there. Would recommend a car, however there are a few local bars and a supermarket nearby. Beautiful area, beaches within 10 min walk. Great stay!

My 2nd stay in this beautiful property in Coral Bay Area. Spotlessly clean throughout with an amazing welcome pack. The pool is a great size and very clean, with a visit from a pool cleaner guy while we were there. Close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful Corralia beach nearby, all in walking distance. Although we hired a car for our visit there is an excellent local bus service running every 20 mins or so, into Paphos. The villa is just above the main area so is very peaceful and quiet overnight, with sea views from the pool terrace. I would certainly opt for a 3rd stay here.

Gorgeous Villa

We had a lovely stay for a week in June my sister and myself. Pool is amazing and spacious and clean and plenty of facilities to hand. Our only issue was the WiFi was a little unpredictable. Shops and a few restaurants within walking distance and two lovely beaches.

Fabulous Villa

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this villa. It has everything you need. It is spacious, nicely decorated and on a lovely quiet street. It’s close to the beach and Coral Bay amenities. We would recommend it to family and friends.

Would definitely stay again

Such a lovely home. Plenty of space for us and some friends. Great facilities and an amazing pool. The information we were given in order to get to the villa was spot on and someone was always available for us if we needed to help with anything. I’ve never rented a villa before for a holiday, but after this experience, I would definitely do it again. We plan to come back maybe next year and would love to stay here.

Lovely home from home Villa

This is the second time was have stayed at this villa. Lovely home from home relaxing stay as previous. Pool is amazing, villa very clean with all utilities for a self catering stay. Bedrooms have their own on suite bathrooms which is great for all guests. Will be returning in the future. Thank you 😁

Great villa

The villa was clean and tidy . Plenty of space for the 4 of us and a lovely relaxing break . pool was great . We got a hire car to get about but you can walk to areas if you want , 20min to strip and main supermarket on foot. It was a good choice for our holiday.

Perfect Stay

The Villa is clean, homely, so private and & quiet but at the same time so near lovely beach, resturants etc. We stayed here with 2 family and 2 freinds and got married just down the road at the Shipwreck, everything worked out perfect. The welcome pack had everything we needed for our arrival plus a bottle of Prosecco as we were getting married, which was a very nice touch, we found the air-con very resonable. We would 100% stay here again.

Cyprus villa

This house was amazing. It was fully equipped with everything you need. The pool man came twice and we’re only stayed a week ! The location is perfect and the house is huge inside ! The pool temperature was perfect and it was so quiet and peaceful at night and early morning. We had a car but you could walk to the shops and it isn’t far from the main strip. I loved this place and we will definitely be back again !!!

Great location

We had a very pleasant stay at this Villa, the location is good for local beach and bars, restaurants etc. The villa is a good size and at the end of the road so fewer neighbours overlooking. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils etc. and the welcome pack was excellent. The WIFI was a bit erratic sometimes and there is an extra charge for Air con via a meter, we spend EUR 50 for the week, but it was exceptionally hot for the time of the year. The pool was a nice size with plenty of space around it, although the tiles were slippery Overall a great stay and we would choose this villa again.

We spent a very relaxing week in the beautiful villa , the villa was clean with everything we needed. The pool area was great , really nice at night time with all the lights. The villa and the pool was very spacious. Lovely area close to beach bars and shops . We used the bus to local water park, it was very easy and very cheap . The local people are always ready to help and are very friendly. We all had an excellent holiday and would definitely recommend it to friends and family . Hope to come back soon.

There is a new pool area which itself is the highlight of the villa as most time is spent outside. The villa is very convenient at the end of a quiet cul de sac. All the basic items cook your meals are available at the villa. The welcome pack (tea, coffee, milk etc.) was great. Coral Beach is approx 12 minute walk and is the best beach. However a shorter walk is a more sheltered Corallia Beach. A small supermarket is a short walk next to Legends bar, across from Coral Bay Hotel. This is also where you get the frequent bus to Paphos . Legends is also where you can see all sports. The bigger supermarket is Philippos a 20 minute walk which has literally everything you need and will deliver for free. The Coral Bay bars/restaurants are about a 20 minute walk away. If you are thinking of hiring a car, I would advise doing it before you leave the UK, as the prices are higher locally.Overall, I would definitely recommend staying in this Villa. The owner was very helpful with any questions on the lead up to our holiday.

A beautiful villa

What a wonderful place to stay. Central to all amenities yet just away from the main road enough to afford peace and privacy. The villa had everything you could ever need for a family holiday in the sun. A really lovely welcome pack, enough for a snack on arrival. Very comfortable beds!! Perhaps as it was the tail end of the season, but some of the cooking utensils and pans were in need of replacement. All information and travel instructions were excellent from the owner. However, when I received owner emails, it was really difficult to get through VRBO, to reply to them. Perhaps this process could be made more straight forward. Overall, really lovely and would certainly consider returning again.

Great location

Great location, nice welcome pack as we got there quite late it was handy. Pool nice and warm just needs a little TLC as it’s has cracked tiles and it was a bit grimy around the edges but maintained by the pool man every week. The only issues I would say that we felt was a bit of a problem was the air con, you have to pay for it separately so if you want it you have to ask the company for cards when you run out. Would rather pay for it up front so it’s not something you have to worry about whilst on holiday. Also the CCTV was right where we ate and played games at night so we felt there was no privacy. Local to pathos town only a bus ride away and walkable to restaurants and the beach.

We purchased our villa from new in 2006 after searching for the perfect property for years.
The location is very peaceful with a lovely outlook and sea views, but also on the doorstep to everything you need from a holiday (more difficult to find than you would imagine).

The people that look after our villa are English - they are a company called 'CosyCove' and their details can be found at the property if required.
The pool and garden is regularly maintained to a high standard.
