Lumineux 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain avec piscine privée dans une communauté exclusive de golf et de tennis

Une belle maison de Floride traditionnelle lumineuse et spacieuse située dans une impasse très calme entourée d'une belle végétation à distance de marche du Foxfire Golf & Country Club avec son parcours de golf de 27 trous, sa piscine, ses courts de tennis et sa communauté sociale dynamique.

La première impression en entrant dans notre belle maison est à quel point elle est lumineuse et spacieuse, avec ses grands espaces de vie ouverts donnant sur la piscine privée et le jardin tropical privé.

Il y a deux aires de repos ouvertes: la première comprenant deux canapés et chaises, une spacieuse salle à manger formelle avec une table à manger extensible. La chambre offre une vue imprenable et un accès direct à la piscine privée et au jardin par des portes coulissantes en verre.

La salle familiale est spacieuse, lumineuse et gaie avec TV, DVD, radio et une bibliothèque de livres, encore une fois avec un accès direct à la piscine et donnant sur le joli jardin des deux côtés par une grande baie vitrée, puis par des portes coulissantes menant à la espace piscine.

La charmante chambre principale, donnant directement sur la piscine et s'ouvrant sur la piscine, dispose d'un lit superking-size (convertible en lits jumeaux), d'un grand dressing et d'une grande salle de bains avec baignoire romaine encastrée, "elle et lui" des meubles-lavabos séparés & une spacieuse douche vitrée.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen-size avec dressing, une commode en miroir et donne sur le magnifique jardin avant. Sa salle de bain attenante dispose d'une douche vitrée ainsi que d'un grand meuble vasque.

La troisième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et un dressing. Sa salle de bains attenante comprend une baignoire et une douche au-dessus de la baignoire ainsi qu'un meuble-lavabo.

Chaque chambre et sa salle de bain sont situées dans une partie différente de la maison des autres chambres et salles de bains, de sorte que vous avez l'impression d'avoir votre propre suite. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs aériens.

La cuisine qui relie les deux coins salon et donne également sur la piscine et le jardin est entièrement équipée avec une barre de petit déjeuner avec des plans de travail en granit.

Il y a une buanderie séparée avec une laveuse surdimensionnée et un sèche-linge séparé, un évier et du matériel de repassage. Il y a beaucoup de supports pour suspendre la vaisselle dans la buanderie et dans le garage.

Notre nouvelle piscine chauffée est orientée plein sud, très paisible, sans vue sur les maisons voisines et donne sur notre joli jardin luxuriant. La salle à manger de la piscine peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes ainsi que 4 chaises longues et dispose d'une cuisine et d'un bar en plein air récemment rénovés avec évier et réfrigérateur.

Notre maison dispose d'Internet WIFI haut débit dans toute la maison.

Le service de la piscine et du jardin est hebdomadaire. Service de nettoyage disponible sur demande pendant votre séjour.

Notre grand garage a de grandes chaises de plage, des flotteurs et des raquettes de tennis à utiliser à volonté

Beautiful home

My family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. My grandkids and us enjoyed the pool. Great location close to beaches and downtown Naples. Our host was very informative with things to do in the area. Hopefully we will return to this home in the future.

location is very good safe secluded and quiet and yet is only a few minutes from old Naples the property itself is well appointed and has everything you could require including a lovely pool. we have stayed there three times now and we would stay nowhere else.

Perfect Family Vacation

This home was absolutely perfect for my wife and I, two children, and my mother in-law. This home was spotless and so warm and inviting. We have stayed at many VRBOs in Naples and this home was everyone’s favorite. It is tucked away, super quiet in a cul-de-sac. The community is gated, beautiful and super safe. There is golf just down the road and a 10 minute drive to the beaches and the most beautiful sunsets in the world. The house is spacious, has everything you could possibly need to cook out, the pool is perfect and the host could not have been any more nicer it accommodating. I don’t do this often but I would recommend this home for any family coming to Naples. This was as pleasurable an experience as we’ve ever had in VRBO.

Lovely house, great pool

Stayed early July 2024. No problems with instructions getting there, all planned and communicated with ease by owner. Lovely, clean house with no issues to note, pool in particular was not overlooked, was clean and maintained at a great temperature; the pool heating was great for late night dips - never felt cold. Being able to use the garage, along with a remote control for access was a really useful addition, we don’t normally get, for those intense downpours. Neighbourhood was quiet and absolutely no problems with noise or intrusions. The house location is easy for driving access to beaches, and access to the Publix across the road. Would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic home with beautiful pool!!

We loved staying at this home for 2 weeks! It was perfect for our family. The best part for us was the brand new pool and the beautiful gardens. We spent a lot of time on the lanai: eating our meals, swimming, reading books, and just enjoying the spectacular view. The house is wonderful and with 3 bedrooms it was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space. You can see the owners have done lots of renovations and upgrades. The kitchen has plenty of space and everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. The owner, Ginny, was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive and answered all my questions. The process was flawless. We will DEFINITELY stay here next year when we vacation in Naples! Do not hesitate to book this amazing property!

Great villa in a lovely community

Spent a very enjoyable 9 days over Christmas and New Year. Foxfire is a very pleasant gated community and the villa itself has a large rear garden with mature trees at the rear which provides excellent privacy with a feeling of space. The lanai was down due to the summer hurricane, but this was not an issue at the time we were there, with no insects during the sunny days. The interior layout really worked for us as a family - with everyone getting plenty of space and privacy - and 'grandad' able to watch premier league football when he couldn't sleep or didn't want to sit in the sun. Perfect. Would certainly recommend and would happily return to the villa. Thanks. Steve

Excellent Stay in Naples

Just completed a stay at this property within the Fox Fire Golf Club community. The property had everything you would require. On a Cul-de-Sac with a spacious secluded back yard and a lovely pool that we enjoyed each and every day. All amenities were provided for and a few small issues we encountered when first arrived were immediately addressed. Owner is incredibly responsive. Close to every thing you want In the Naples area. We loved it and cant wait to reserve this property again. AAA+++

Perfect vacation house

My husband and I rented this house for 9 nights with our five kids and we had the absolute best time. The house was so comfortable, clean, and roomy The pool was perfection! Spacious home, great pool area

We had a great time at this house. Very spacious, well laid out to allow for both communal time and privacy. The pool area was perfect for hanging out both day and night. Gorgeous and very private back yard with lots of foliage. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Master bedroom/bath/closet was giant! Queen bed room mattress was kind of saggy in the middle, not very comfortable. The decor was a bit dated but no big deal. Note: the description said there was an electric grill in the outside kitchen but there wasn’t. Only a charcoal grill. Not a big deal but we ended up not using it because it would take too long. Overall great stay!

Winter escape

What a warm and comforting home to escape to from the cold of Chicago. The pool was used daily and we utilized the golf at Foxfire for 10 rounds. Beautiful corse and such a friendly staff. We will definitely recommend this lovely home to our friends. Best regards, Roy & Peg

We had an excellent experience with our rental of Virginia's house. Virginia responded quickly to our questions both before and during our stay. The house worked out very well for our family which included four adults and children ages 3, 5 and 7. The Foxfire neighborhood is quiet and welcoming to walkers/joggers. If you're a golfer, the Foxfire golf course is challenging yet very enjoyable to play. And the staff is extremely helpful. We hope to stay at the house again in the future.

Relaxing family getaway

The property was very easy to access. Owners instructions regarding the home were straight forward and easy to understand. The home was as shown but felt even more open than pictured. We loved the pool and private yard. Short drive to Naples beaches. Grocery close. Favorite beaches were Delnor-Wiggins, tiger tail, south beach, Lowdermilk. We were thankful to have a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood to stay in :)

Beautiful home to rest and relax

We initially liked the photos which is why we chose this beautiful home - but the actual home felt much bigger and was just perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook lovely home meals. The kids loved the pool. Great neighbourhood to go for a jog. Short drive to 5th avenue where lots of the action was. Would highly recommend!

A FANTASTIC stay in Naples, Florida

I can't say enough about this wonderful property! The layout of the house itself flowed beautifully from room to room. The house is quite spacious and definitely felt like It was for designed for family and friends - a great place to entertain, relax, and enjoy family. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to put together delicious Florida seafood meals! The back of the home opens to a delightful pool area. The screened pool area as well as the back yard were quite private. We could not see neighbors in back of the house. The other "best part" of this VRBO rental was Virginia, the owner of the home. The instructions that she gave us were very complete. Virginia had all the details covered. She was extremely responsive and helpful when we had a question - truly a top notch person and host. This property receives our very highest recommendation.
