Villa Alev a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances luxueuses et relaxantes. Son emplacement fantastique signifie que vous n'avez pas besoin d'une voiture ou d'utiliser des taxis! Il a la vue imprenable sur la mer la plus étonnante et est situé dans un culdesac calme. Il y a un grand espace de bronzage autour de la piscine privée et du jacuzzi et les clients peuvent se détendre sur des chaises longues rembourrées avec des parasols et des tables d'appoint. Il y a 2 salles à manger extérieures et un barbecue portable ainsi qu'une cuisine trÚs bien équipée avec buanderie séparée. Les chambres sont toutes grandes et aérées avec des salles de bain à gogo! Il y a 2 salons, l'un avec télévision satellite, lecteur DVD et un coin bibliothÚque et jeux, l'autre est pour se détendre avec une station d'accueil pour iPod fournie. Air conditionné partout.

Perfect Location for Kalkan!

We had a perfect week and enjoyed everything Kalkan has to offer. The easy walk to town, harbor, beach clubs, swimming, sunset bars, was the best! The bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. We look forward to returning!

Glorious Family Getaway

It was fanstastic from start to finish. Our hosts were welcoming and always on hand should we need anything. The Villa was everything we had hoped for and more. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could. The location is amazing and the views spactacular. No one wanted to leave. We are Kalkan regulars and this was the best location we have ever stayed in. We would without a doubt be happy to stay at Villa Alev again. Thankyou

Fabulous villa

This was our 4th trip to Kalkan and this villa was the best we have stayed in by far. The location is perfect as it is a level walk into town which is great - especially on the way home not having to slog up the big hill. The standard of the furnishings is excellent and it was almost like staying in a hotel as the maid came every day. Any problems were sorted out immediately, actually we only had the gas running out nothing else was an issue. Close enough to walk to the beach club for a change where you can hire jet skis etc and also food is good in there too. The owners of the villa go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. I would recommend this villa to everyone - don't hesitate just book it and have a fantastic holiday staying here!

An amazing first time trip to Kalkan

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Alev. The house is huge and very comfortable with great views over the bay. On arrival water and plenty of other snacks had been left for us which was very kind and appreciated by the party after a long journey! The house is well situated and has a very good supermarket just round the corner. The walk into town takes 10-15 minutes and is very pleasant with lots of flowers and great views. Most rooms in the house have their own bathroom so this was great for having lots of different couples in the house. The beds are really comfortable and everyone said they slept well. All in all we were delighted with our choice and cant wait to book again for next year! Thanks guys!!

Beautiful Villa and great location

We had a fabulous holiday in Villa Alev in September 2015 and have booked to go back this year. The things we liked about it was that, unlike many villas we have stayed in before, this villa is in a great location only minutes walk from the town centre and all the shops and restaurants.This meant that the teenagers in our extended family group could walk to and from town easily without the need for taxis which gave them the freedom they enjoy. The villa was huge with loads of space for our group of 10, the pool and Jacuzzi were lovely and the service from the owners during the booking process and right through the holiday was marvellous. Very clean, well kept villa, lovely welcome hamper and an absolutely brilliant holiday. Thank you very much and we are all counting the weeks until we are back again.

Wonderful family holiday

Nine of us had a wonderful 2 week stay at Villa Alev in August 2023. The villa is in a perfect location, just a short 5-10 minute flat walk into the centre of Kalkan or a similar distance down a steep hill to 2 beach clubs, water sports centre and harbour. Unlike other villas in Kalkan you don’t need to take taxis, something we were glad of at night when we saw the queue at the taxi rank. There are more bars, restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance than you could dream of getting through in one holiday. The local supermarket is also only a couple of minutes walk (up a steep hill). The villa itself has lovely views over the bay and the pool was much bigger than we expected. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s perhaps not as modern and shiny as other villas in the area but it’s a good size and came with everything we needed. Paula, Metin and the team were superb, responding to any requests promptly and helpfully. They even managed to source a hot water bottle for us in August. We’d definitely recommend a stay.

Just back from a wonderful holiday in Kalkan. Paula and Metin were the most wonderful hosts from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was well presented, in a great location and attended to regularly by a team of workers. Fabulous time had by all

Villa Alev

We had a great stay at the Villa Alev. Although slightly dated and needed a little attention to detail. It provided more than a suitable base for our holiday (Two families) The location was great with stunning views across the bay to wake up to each morning. All the bedrooms and lounge had Air Con although one bedroom could soon do with an upgrade. The pool and Jacuzzi was lovely and a lot bigger than it looked on the website. It was kept clean and maintained daily by Mehmet who also looked after the cold water replacement and towels on the Sun-beds each day which was very welcoming. He was also there for any emergencies should they arise. Paula the host was always quick to respond to any messages or queries and the welcome pack that greeted us on arrival was much appreciated. A leisurely 20 min stroll downhill and you were in the centre of Kalkan with all the shops and restaurants you could wish for and the nearest local supermarket market was only a ten minute walk away. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and love Kalkan. The best test would always be, if we would stay there again

We are very lucky, we live on the mediteranean coast of Turkey in a beautiful small village called Kalkan and we spend our holidays back in our favourite place in England ~Kendal in the Lake District. Our children ~ 4 of whom were born in Kendal, also love holidaying there and catching up with a lot of our family who still live there.
