We just changed a brand new flooring before you arrive and washed the pool decking etc. We feel we provide a good value for money for your stay and it is very sad to be rated so low. Hi Gary, Thanks for your feedback. We have asked our management team to make sure pool area and furniture are jet washed at regular interval especially with Florida rain/thunder storms. Pest control is also more frequently arranged. We do hope you had a nice stay overall.

Hi Art, I'm sorry to hear you bought your own. We normally leave some sprays at the villa as Florida can be full of insects. If you can't find any, management team can be contacted who will come in to spray the house for you. I've asked them to make sure the sprays are kept there too. It is very important for the guests to keep all the food in the fridge at all times please. We do pest control every 2 weeks regularly but if you need extra help, management team can come in to help. You can leave a message on their phone and they will respond to any request.

Hi Susan, Thanks for bringing these issues to our attention. I will make sure our management is on to them straight away. Like you mentioned, the light bulbs, organising towels/linen inside cupboards can be easily sorted and pool blankets get changed frequently too, we tend to change it before every winter where it's used more but if needed sooner, it'll get changed too. Carpets get washed on a regular basis as well as if required basis too. Management will arrange if needed in between. When there are back to back bookings, cleaners may not have time to organise the washed towels/linens neatly inside the cubboards but I'll request whether these can be done regardless. For light bulbs, all the guests have to do is to call our management team and they'll replace them the same day. Rob always has spare ones in his car. They will not check regularly on the staying guests after initial courtesy call at arrival as this is not like hotels but they will help you with any requests or any problems during your stay. Hi Becky, Many thanks for your review and letting us know that you've had a pleasant stay. It would be really nice though if you could have reported to us about these issues during your stay and that would give us a chance to fix them. I think most owners will request the same, before the guests submit a review about them. Things can break anytime and we will make sure to fix them. I have now repaired the freezer as one of the coils needed a replacement. I have also raised with management now to make sure the flush and shower head working. These are the maintenance issues and I have requested our management to check everything regularly. We would be happy to sort things out for the guests. But we need to know and please contact us. Hi Patsy, Thanks for leaving us a review, letting us know the house itself is fine and you enjoyed relaxing by the pool looking at the view. I have let our management team know about your concerns and they have informed us that the cleaner for your stay was a temporary replacement as the regular person was on holiday that time. They will address the concern. I have also requested a deep cleaning and asked them to fix the dangling smoke alarm. They will look into them now. Thanks again for your stay.

Thank you for your lovely review Chai. I have made sure the bin date information is updated on the binder. Beep is no longer any issue, reassured by management. We did not ever find out why you couldn't get in the first time and then able to go in later without needing to do anything or change battery etc. Key pad is definitely working. So, looking into manual key option as a backup in case of emergency. Thanks for the feedback.

Hi Julie Thanks for your review. Just want to assure the guests that we have plenty of pots and pans but if you need more during your stay, all you had to do is to email us or leave a message with management team, then your needs will be responded to. Pool areas and decking are cleaned regularly but with rain, if you feel the extra clean, again let us know during your stay. It's been busier on the roads and there are some back ways to avoid busy I4. Thanks again for your stay.
