It was a quick 3-minute walk to the beach, a fantastic location. The room was perfect for someone that speends their time with outside activities. The hamburger place right next door, actually through the doors at the lobby, was some of the best burgers I've had.All in all I plan on staying there when I'm in Honolulu again.

Hotel staff was kind and welcoming. Lodgings were decent... just a little neutral and dingy. Nothing took away from our experience however.

Just what we needed

Was looking for a place to stay while visiting family. It was just right for that - we did not go to Hawaii to hang out in hotel so while it was not fancy, it served our needs perfectly

Great location. Decent accommodation. Total environment not that clean. Sort of run down. Our room was not up to parr. Toilet too low. Terrible view. Drapes old. Nothing like in photos on site. Mary was great. Some of the others can learn better customer service skills. We will come back. Make it better. View from tenth floor great. There during the storm. Yikes.

This property was perfect for our stay and 2ithin walking distance of many things. The only thing I would say needs work is the lighting and maybe hang the tv on a wall so it can swivel.

Nice room and perfect location!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The room is clean and it's perfect size for two of us and we appreciate the extra towels provided. What we love most is the location! it's blocks from Waikiki Beach and across the street is Honolulu Zoo. There's a bar/club and fast food restaurant in the building which is a plus! Everything is just walking distance: shopping, attractions, bars, food, beaches. We would stay here again and I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Keeping in mind you booked a vacation rental and not a full service hotel, it should not be surprise that would not maid service. The rate you paid is a fraction of a full service Waikiki Hotel, and that does come with limited services. I’m sorry to hear that you did not share the 5-star experience that our guests who have stayed before and after you have, although I understand that no two experiences are alike and expectations vary. It is important to us that our units are clean and presentable for our guests, and the feedback you provided has helped our team to address these issues.

Nerve wracking check in

My advice is to print out your confirmation before checking in. I don't know if the person at the desk had a Terrible day, but he stressed me out telling me things like I had no reservation, my dog couldn't stay (I paid for 5 nights for the dog), and being argumentative and unhelpful refusing even to give me the name of the person I booked with to help me find the confirmation faster. I am the full-time caregiver to my husband and with him and a frightened dog in tow it was a nightmare.
