NOUVELLES SALLES DE BAINS ET APPAREILS DE CUISINE 2018 & NOUVEAU AC ET CHAUFFAGE 2019 - Appartement très confortable de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains au rez-de-chaussée avec piscine et terrasse privées orientées plein sud, situé au centre de Vale do Lobo. La Tennis Academy est à 2 minutes à pied. Les superbes plages et restaurants disponibles à la "Praca" sont à seulement 10-15 minutes à pied. Le complexe exclusif dispose d'un club pour enfants, d'un spa santé / beauté, d'une salle de sport, d'une banque, d'un supermarché, d'une sécurité 24h / 24, d'un centre médical et de 2 parcours de golf de championnat. L'appartement en duplex est géré et nettoyé par des professionnels. Il y a un bus de circuit interne dans la station. L'aéroport de Faro est à 20 minutes. La propriété est l'un des 3 appartements dans un immeuble entouré de jardins paysagers. Bien qu'il existe de nombreuses installations à proximité de la propriété est dans un endroit calme. La piscine privée et la terrasse ont été récemment remises à neuf à un niveau élevé avec de nouveaux meubles de patio, y compris des repas en plein air et des chaises longues. Canapé-lit. TV Full HD et Internet. Les deux salles de bains ont été entièrement rénovées en 2018 à un niveau élevé. La salle d'eau privative comprend une douche d'hydrothérapie tandis que la salle de bains familiale contient une baignoire extra-longue et une douche séparée.

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 2 month old at the apartment - it was well equipped, very clean and a great location. Parking outside was ideal and communication with the owner and property manager were both excellent. We would love to stay again.

Superb short stay in Vale do Lobo

The villa was perfect for a small group and short stay! Very clean and well equipped. It was a lovely quiet spot too. We were able to walk to most places but I’m glad we had a car to get around too, especially for the supermarket. We were given all the information we needed prior to arrival and it was all super easy. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment. Comfortable facilities and good information pack from the host. Good location although we did drive to most places. It was nice to have the pool on the terrace and also the outdoor seating areas.

Excellent property, totally functional and well maintained. Remarkable architecture, as all the space was relatively cool despite very hot weather conditions (38-39 C). Very easy to park the car and not far from the beach.

Vale do lobo

Lovely and spacious apartment. Access to a pool was excellent to have a break from the beach. Kitchen is a little dated however fully equiped and could easily cook full meals gor a full family. We would definitely stay again if going to VDL. A little further info on the area, restaurants, etc would be useful.

Still fabulous!

Second stay at this amazing home from home. Plenty of space for a family, with well separated bedrooms providing lots of privacy. Clean, tidy, and lots of touches that make it so comfortable, unlike some of the soulless holiday lets out there. And an awesome outside space with lush gardens to admire from the lovely little pool. Wonderful resort, where we hired bikes and used the boardwalk paths to explore as far as Faro. Thanks again to Ed.

Golf Break

Great stay with husband and friends. Close to all amenities. Excellent communication with owner. Property a little tired, shower in downstairs bathroom water was extremely slow in running away. The owner made up for the slight niggles we had.

Whilst spacious and very clean, and well laid out with a nice small pool, there were lots of areas where the property failed us and lessened the enjoyment of our holiday - the air con wasn't working and the bedrooms were stifling, ants were invading, paint was peeling on the outside and inside, kitchen appliances were old and didn't work properly, there was a lack of kitchen utensils, even basic ones - if you were planning to eat every meal out this may not be a problem, but we planned to eat in a lot and found it lacking in many areas. There were attempts to fix some of these things whilst we were there, and we've provided a comprehensive list of the issues we found to the owner and I'm sure these are easily rectified.

I am grateful for the feedback from our guest who stayed at the end of the summer. Our agents were at hand to address any immediate concerns the guests had during their trip and maintenance teams have addressed the most pressing issues. While I believe some of the 'tiredness' was due to wear and tear over a busy summer period I concede that some of the property is in need of updating. A schedule to works has been drafted that will include a replacement of both bathrooms and all the kitchen appliances over the winter of 2017/18. New pictures will be uploaded when these works have been complete.

We have been Villa owners in Portugal for 35 years. This split level apartment was perfect for us as we wanted a self contained 2 bedroom apartment within Vale do Lobo that has all the possible amenities required.
