Ne laissez pas l'extérieur de ce chalet vous tromper.
Mise en scène dans un endroit parfait, à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage, avec l'accès à la plage étant vu de l'allée. Idéal pour une famille de 6 personnes ou moins, ce cottage se trouve dans l'un des quartiers les plus recherchés de Nags Head, et est idéal pour ceux qui recherchent la qualité classique cachée derrière les murs extérieurs gris d'une «boîte à plage» typique. . Pic à travers les fenêtres, et vous verrez un intérieur conçu par des professionnels avec tout le confort que vous désirez pour vos vacances reposantes à la plage.

L'ameublement et les illustrations sont bien aménagées, avec une cuisine bien équipée pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner, et beaucoup d'espace intérieur pour tous les membres de la famille, même un jour de pluie à la plage! Profitez de la climatisation centrale, du câble, d'Internet, du bar, des armoires blanches dans la cuisine et des encastrés dans la salle à manger. Les détails de ce cottage sont bien pensés et fournis.

Vous trouverez 3 chambres, 2 lits doubles et 2 lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre, 1 1/2 salles de bains, * APPORTEZ vos propres draps, une salle familiale ouverte / cuisine / salle à manger et une grande zone sociale couverte en dessous du chalet . Inclus dans cet espace est une douche extérieure que la plupart des gens trouvent beaucoup plus agréable qu'à l'intérieur après une journée ensoleillée sur la plage.

L'emplacement est parfait avec l'accès à la plage juste en haut de la rue, épicerie, magasins de café de spécialité, ainsi que d'autres options de restauration à une courte promenade ou à vélo, ainsi que le vélo / chemin qui longe la route de la plage de 35 mph.

Autres faits saillants sont la merveilleuse véranda avec rockers en bois, table de pique-nique sur le pont arrière, et une grande balançoire en bois. En outre, vous pouvez utiliser le lave-linge et sèche-linge dans la salle de lavage!

Pour ceux qui veulent le look d'une grande maison de plage cher, mais le plus petit prix, en raison du nettoyage du chalet vous-même, c'est le chalet pour vous. Nous avons élevé nos trois garçons à faire des souvenirs dans ce chalet et espérons que vous ferez la même chose avec votre famille. Perfect Spot! Excellent Host

This place was a perfect gem for us to stay at on our offshore fishing trip. Host was beyond helpful and made our stay more enjoyable by offering local suggestions for all meals. Thank you, we look forward to our return to Nags Head.

Perfect location and great features

Communication was great from day one, owners responsive to any question we had. Check in super easy, the house is two blocks from the beach, but you'd never know it, access direct to beach straight down the road. House was comfortable, great kitchen, big TV, front and rear porch to relax on, three bedrooms, one has two beds, bikes and a really convenient outdoor shower. Harris Teeter nearby and great coffee shop around the corner. Highly recommend this unit, our stay was great!

Great Stay while in the OBX

We really enjoyed our stay in the OBX in this rental. Location was good in relation to the beach, just a short walk, which seemed longer than it was with the hot sun carrying all your beach items. The house was clean and ready well before our intended check in. The owners were great texting us and letting us know that if we needed anything to let them know. Just like always the week went fast and we had a great time. I would recommend this rental. They even followed up after our stay to make sure everything was good. Thanks Again.

Deja Vu Is Awesome!

What a great time my family had at Penny's place Easter weekend. First and foremost, communication leading up to and through our stay was excellent, no questions we had went unanswered and it made for a real smooth process. With that being said, the house itself is awesome! The location is a ten outta ten, with a beach access point two minutes walk from the driveway and the Food Lion shopping center about a five minute walk. The house is very nice, a genuine beach house by my estimation. Very comfortable and felt like a home away from home, something I can't say about most of the other houses we have stayed in over the years. The best compliment I can pay the house is that all of is slept very well. Beds were great, pillows were great, we snored vigorously. One other thing that deserves special mention is the outside aspect of the house. The front screener porch is fantastic for relaxing with a cold one. The back deck and yard are fantastic for relaxing with a cold one. The couch, chairs and swing under the house are, you guessed it, fantastic for relaxing with a cold one. Not sure what else to say, I would highly recommend this house to anyone, no doubt about it. We look forward to visiting again soon, as a matter of fact we will likely be checking out the calendar for availability in the next week. And I can't wait to get back...thanks Penny!

Beautiful house in a great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean and up to date and the owners were a pleasure to work with. And the best part was that it was within walking distance to the beach. Our kids loved it! We were also centrally located to many of the things we wanted to see in the Outer Banks area - Wright Brothers Memorial, different lighthouses, dolphin watch boat tour and a cruise down the beach in Corolla to search for wild horses (of which we did see both horses and dolphins on our tours!). The house was definitely a value when compared to similar vacation rentals in the area.

Great weekend

This 3 bedroom cottage was perfect for our family of 4 for a weekend away at Nags Head. The home was updated and clean and fully stocked for eating in. The home is also close to tons of restaurants and grocery stores (we ate in some due to the pandemic and limitations on seating in restaurants). The home is also an easy, short walk to a beach access. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place!

The photos do not do this cottage justice. A beautiful place that is perfectly outfitted for a trip to the beach! A great front and back porch, plenty of space for sleeping, a gorgeous new kitchen, and a comfy sitting and dining area! This home is perfect for a family getaway! Or even a friends vacation. The house is a hundred feet from the beach! Its perfectly located around everything. The house is recently updated on certain things, the kitchen, the two decks and the down stairs hangout area. We really appreciate the home asay from home feeling we got. Great beach getaway house

The house is conveniently located near the beach and shopping/restaurants. Home was clean and comfortable, internet was fast, and the beach was beachy. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Owner is very helpful and responsive.

We live in Portsmouth VA. and bought our beach cottage while raising our three sons. We enjoy boating, fishing and continue to vacation in our beach cottage where new memories are made each year. Both my husband and I grew up visiting the Outer Banks, and believe it is still one of the best places for family vacations without the neon lights. We hope you do too!

We purchased this quaint beach cottage years ago as a simple, manageable, cozy home large enough for our family, yet small enough to ensure we spent time together rather than in the large expansive homes where people are separated by massive sq footage. It was also, and still remains, the best deal in the neighborhood!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We fell in love with the location of this cottage....... the close proximity to the beach as well as the independent restaurants, shops, and unique attractions that give Nags Head its character. Unlike other neighborhoods loaded with fast food stores in your back yard. The cottage is cozy and comfortable with the old cottage feel. Its always great to arrive and so sad to leave!
