À la périphérie de la ville animée de Stratford, vous pourrez vous détendre dans le village de Tiddington. À seulement 2 miles (25 minutes à pied) de Stratford, Tiddington offre la tranquillité à la fin d'une journée bien remplie. Le village dispose d'excellents équipements, dont un pub du village, une épicerie et plusieurs restaurants.

Fernleigh Coach House a été construit en 1882 mais converti en 2012 aux normes les plus élevées. Il conserve les poutres et les murs exposés, rehaussés de sols en calcaire et en chêne partout.

Il y a une cuisine claire et aérée avec des unités de shaker peintes à la main et des portes françaises ouvrant sur un patio ensoleillé.

Un salon avec mur de briques apparentes et poutres avec porte stable pour laisser entrer le soleil.

Une salle d'eau au rez-de-chaussée carrelée en calcaire avec double douche.

Les escaliers mènent à la chambre au premier étage avec lit double et portes françaises avec balcon en juliette donnant sur le jardin.

Dehors, il y a un patio privé de bonne taille et un jardin parterre pour que vous puissiez profiter des repas en plein air. La propriété individuelle est située dans l'enceinte de la maison des propriétaires, avec un accès par un chemin gravillonné.

Stratford n'est qu'à une courte distance en voiture ou à pied, mais dans le village, vous pouvez vous détendre et déguster de la bonne nourriture et des bières au pub local, au bar à charcuterie / tapas ou aux restaurants, il y a aussi une boutique du village bien approvisionnée.

This little Coach House was ideally situated for exploring this area of the Cotswolds.Everything neat and tidy, the owners were very helpful and the kitchen was more than adequate for our short stay. We'll stay here again.

An immaculate property in a beautiful setting. Very private with good amenities a shirt walking distance away and easy access to Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas. Karin & Matt were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for walking or driving into Stratford, accommodation had everything you needed, also very clean and tidy. Good food in the village pub , served a great pint of Guinness. We had a lovely few days, would definitely recommend

Very nice stay in Tiddington

My husband and I had a very nice time staying at the carriage house in Tiddington. It was perfect for the two of us and Matt and Karin were very welcoming. It was a short distance to Stratford Upon Avon which we walked to even when it was raining. I would definitely stay there again if we go back.

Perfect for a couple

The property was exactly as advertised and well equipped. It was lovely and cosy, in a great location for Stratford-upon-Avon. We managed to find parking on side streets the whole time we were there, so that shouldn't put anyone off.

Perfect weekend getaway

Lovely property within walking diatance of Stratford. Owner gave quick tour and offered advice on places to eat/drink. Celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and were left milk and a bottle of fizz.

It's hard to imagine a more ideal experience. Karin & Matt have created a guest house with great taste, tender loving care and unmatched attention to detail. It was an absolute pleasure to spend time there. I'd gladly do it again.

A gem in Stratford-Upon-Avon

This is a fantastic place to stay for an adult couple. The cottage is clean and tastefully done, with a wonderful mix of Stratford charm and modern convenience. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The cottage is in a peaceful neighborhood, roughly a (pretty) 20 minute walk to downtown. My only complaint is that we had to leave!

Communication hosts Karin and Matt excellent booking to stay couldnt do enough for us. Wine and milk much appreciated. Property excellent 👌 clean everything there we could need. About 25 minute walk into Strarford where there is so much to do. Excellent pub and shop on the doorstep too. Highly recommend had a fabulous time away

Karin and Matt were lovely hoists and were there if you wanted to ask anything. You are so near everything. The coach house had all you needed was really clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend. We parked outside all week. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Small but perfectly formed!

This very chic and stylish coach house is in the perfect location to explore Stratford Upon Avon and the surrounding areas. Stratford is about a 30min walk which we did most days. The accommodation was exactly as described. Full marks for style, function and cleanliness. The Spa store just a few doors away is very convenient for picking up essentials for the stay, although our thoughtful host had left us coffee, tea, milk and even a bottle of wine! There is also a pub, and 3 restaurants all within a few steps of the coach house. Everything was provided to make our stay extremely enjoyable. I can't think of a way that it could have been improved. We highly recommend the Coach House to anyone visiting the area.

Small but perfectly formed

The accommodation provided everything we needed for our break. Garden and terrace were lovely, bottle of Prosecco on our arrival was a thoughtful touch. Host had a wealth of information about the area and ideas of places to visit, this was much appreciated, Karin even sent a draft of information she is compiling to send out to guests. Village itself has a lot of amenities, local pub and places to eat as well as a large Spar, with very friendly staff. As stated there is designated parking outside the Coach House, but we managed to get parked on the street every day, even if it was further down the street. Stratford is only a 30 minute walk away which was fine for us, we did use the water taxi as well, which we really enjoyed, a relaxing way to travel. Great property, lovely area, we would definitely recommend.

My husband, Matt and I, love to travel and enjoying staying in beautiful properties around the world. So we wanted to create a special place to stay for those wishing to visit Stratford, the Cotswolds and surrounding area.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We love Stratford and the surrounding area. We moved to Stratford some years ago, having found a Victorian villa in need of renovation. The final phase of our renovation, in 2012, was to convert the old stable and outbuildings into a luxury holiday cottage 'Fernleigh Coach House' so that guests could enjoy all the wonders the area has to offer.

The Coach House is uniquely situated on the edge of Stratford, letting you enjoy the hustle and bustle of the town whilst providing a welcome escape to relax in the village. Tiddington is a very sought after village due to it's close proximity to the town, its village feel and great amenities.
