Fantastic family holiday

Thanks to Anastasia for making the 9 of us (6 adults and 3 kids) have a very memorable holiday for my dad's 80th birthday. Nothing was too much trouble and the villa was in a great location close to a popular beach and supermarket.

Excellent location, lovely large garden, close to large supermarket. Next door to Italian restaurant and good access to beach and excellent bars to enjoy a Sangria while watching the sunset.

Spacious villa in quiet location, close to the beach

Stayed here with my partner, daughter, son-in-law and her young children. The villa was spacious and very well-equipped catering for all our needs. The little touches, such as toys for the children, along with the lovely garden and pool made our stay very pleasant. Communication with Anastasia was swift and helpful.

A wonderful family villa

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday in the villa. The location of the villa was perfect - near a lovely beach, quiet peaceful garden and pool, but near just a few bars and restaurants and walking distance to an excellent supermarket. There is very little commercialisation in this seafront area. We were very pleased with it all. We're dropping it to four stars for some minor quibbles which we've passed on to the owners. They'll soon sort that out, I'm, sure.

Perfect beach location

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful villa. In general a fantastic villa, the pool and sea views being the highlight. The surrounding area was very quiet so we ended up getting taxis most nights to albuferia or the old town for meals out although we did eat a couple of times in the Italian next door which was lovely. The villa itself was lovely but maybe a little sparse and could do with updated kitchen equipment for example mugs and glasses. It would of been helpful to of had a welcome pack on arrival or even just some milk and water especially since we were travelling with children. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate in returning or recommending it!! Thank you Ana.

The perfect location

We had the best holiday in this lovely villa. It had big beds and every bedroom has an en-suite. The host, Anastasia, was very welcoming and helpful and answered any queries promptly. She had supplied the extra touches like toilet rolls, washing up liquid and dish washer tablets that all help to make your arrival less stressful. The lovely pool was very clean and warm enough to swim in during our late May/June stay. And there’s also enough room to kick a football around in the garden. Then the best part is being so very close to a supermarket, a cafe/bakery, several restaurants and the beach. Leaving the property by the garden gate it is only 100m to the sandy beach. This is a place we would happily return to!

great location, large spacious villa with good grass laid garden for the kids to run around

Two families shared the villa - 4 adults and 4 kids. Never felt on top of each other, plenty of space. Great location as very close to Gale beach and restaurants in easy walking distance. Pool is a good size. Outside seating / dining is a bit basic - could do with some more options for seating as there are a number of verandas around the villa but no furniture. the garden is large with a lawn which the young boys in our group used to play football etc so very useful. Downstairs bedroom did not have A/C which was not clear on the details - All in all a good villa with great location for the beach

Wonderful holiday

Villa Oceano exceeded our expectations. Perfect bedroom layouts to suit our family's needs. Spacious living area, good functional kitchen with plenty of fridge and freezer space and much used utility area with washing. But the outside area we found amazing, ate outside all the time. Whether from the BBQ at the top of the garden, from local pizza take away just outside the other end of the garden, or food supplies from the local very well stocked supermarket short walk away, we didn't need to venture out in the cars to nearby Aldi. Our grandchildren (and all adults) spent a lot of time in the lovely large pool, which has steps down, great for our 4 and 5 year olds, even our 4 month old had a dip in the pool. Was lovely to have all the green space and sun loungers. The location of the villa meant only a very short walk to the nearby lovely beaches which the children really enjoyed. And we ate at all the beach restaurants, great meals. Our host Anastasia was great, from checking us in to final departure, very helpful and friendly, from housekeeping to local information. Even sorting out returning items that got left behind. We would all love to return to the villa when family commitments allow, wish we could have stayed 10 days and not a week. A wonderful very happy family time together.

Superb villa in fantastic location

The villa we stayed in was beautiful. We had 3 small children with us and they loved the house , pool and garden. The added bonus was been so close to the beach which you could get to easily by going out the back gate. The location is great too with restaurants and a cafe near and the apolonia supermarket only 200 meters away which has everything. Anna was great in giving us tips of the area and places to eat and we would definitely be back again

Great property, great location, great host!

We were a group of 3 couples travelling to Portugal for the first time. This very spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa could not have been more perfect. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and is my new favourite beach, anywhere. Clean and unspoiled by development. There are at least 4 restaurants within an easy walk of the house as well as several cafes and a really nice grocery store that has everything you need. The takeout menu at the grocery store (Apolonia) changes daily and always offers at least 4 options plus a variety of sides. beer, wine and liquor are also available here as are a variety of over the counter pharmacy items. Anna, our host, was wonderful and very attentive. Any questions we had were answered quickly and she offered to arrange a variety of activities in the area. This place is the most beautiful and functional house we have ever rented. Perfect for up to 4 couples and one room even has bunk beds for the kids in addition to the queen size beds. Each room has its' own ensuite. The pool was very refreshing and the BBQ hut was very useful, we BBQed twice while we were there. The property is well looked after by a pool guy, lawn guy and maid. There is no downside to this rental, like Mary Poppins, it is practically perfect in every way.

Nice holiday

We were staying in this big Villa for two weeks. 5 adults and 2 small children. House is very nice and well equipped. Villa is well maintained and clean. Close proximity to beach, supermarket and a few restaurants. Owner is very professional, nice and helpful. Answering all our questions, recommending places to visit and even drove one of us to the doctor when she was feeling ill. We had a very pleasant stay and can recommend this Villa to others.

Perfect location

We stayed here 7 nights with mom, dad, brothers, sisters. Typical family holliday. Tis house is really nice and well equipped, spacious and luxious. everything is well maintained and clean. also only few minutes walk to supermarket as well as the beach. We had a very pleasant stay and will sure be back next time. Anna (the landlady is very nice, professional and been helpfull in pointing out intresting places to visit. Thank you Anna.

amazing villa
