This was a wonderful place to stay. The house is comfortable and well-equipped and is an incredible location surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Lorraine was very responsive to our questions and the whole experience was seamless. Highly recommend.

The property was great if you want to be out in the countryside. It is extremely quiet and away from everything except a few other houses. When we drove down the road to the house we saw at least 20 rabbits out in the field.If you want groceries to use the kitchen, make sure to plan ahead because it is quite a trip to get to the nearest grocery store (about a 20 minute drive each way along narrow roads).The beds were comfortable and the place is well decorated. The wood burning stove was a nice touch. Wood, fire starters, and matches were all provided.

What a beautiful setting and wonderful home! We were blown away by the scenery (even in the rain). Lorraine made us feel right at home and looked after everything we needed. A perfect retreat from some of the more hectic areas of the Isle.

This is a lovely home in a truly breathtaking setting. There was a detailed note with useful information, as well as a folder with user’s manuals for all the appliances. A few days into our stay, I hit a pothole and got a flat tire, and Lorraine very kindly helped me navigate how to go about getting help. Everything about our stay here was perfect!

Lovely time in this sweet little house. Extremely clean and cosy with a nice burner. the garden was a little smaller than we had imagined but absolutely fine to sit around and admire the beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. We met the local shepherd and had lovely walks around. It was really a fantastic place to stay on the island away from the crowds.

I can't even begin to describe how perfect our Croft house truly was. The peace and quite, the beauty. The baby lambs being born. If you are looking for a true getaway without all the noises and rush of city life, I highly recommend this quaint little Croft house. Lorraine took care of us and made sure we felt at home. The Isle of Skye and Scotland will always have our hearts!
