Un appartement moderne et confortable situé dans la belle campagne et avec la pleine utilisation du charmant jardin du propriétaire. La région est un paradis pour les randonneurs avec des sentiers menant de la propriété dans les montagnes et autour de la charmante ville de Hay-on-Wye. Près de Dyke chemin longue distance de Offa. La propriété dispose d'une chambre, mais est entièrement équipée pour quatre personnes. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Off road parking disponible avec local à vélos sécurisé.

The property was perfect for my visit, so light and airy. Sandra and Stewart couldn't have been more welcoming and responsive to enquiries, and their garden is a beautiful space to rest and enjoy the peace of the countryside.

The Annexe was spotless, really comfortable and very peaceful. Sandra was really helpful too. Just a ten minute walk into Hay across the fields or along the road. Perfect!

The location was beautiful with a great view across the hillside. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a warm welcome and on entering property saw it as very clean and well appointed. The owners had clearly thought about what you would need to make your trip pleasurable and easy. We were able to relax without any struggles to prepare food as they had thought about what you need in a kitchen rather than the bare minimum that you find in many locations. The toilet and shower were spotless. The bedroom gave us an excellent sleep. We were comfortable in the lounge area and enjoyed a few films and books that they had thoughtfully provided. Most of all we appreciated the friendliness of Sandra and Stuart who were gracious hosts. We will love to visit again. Thank you!

Wonderful location. We loved walking into Hay through the sheep pastures, and the town is a lovely destination for books, antiques, quaint shops, and a relaxing time.

Great place to stay. Everything was spot on, the annexe was very clean. Facilities were great, the peace and quiet was great. Everything you need

Very smart and clean, comfortable bed, easy access to Hay, parking, WiFi. Well equipped kitchen, great shower. Lovely garden and surroundings that guests can enjoy. Dogs welcome and there are bowls and mats for the furry friends.

Amazing 1 BDR 15min walk to Hay on Wye

We had the most amazing stay. Short walk down a street, over a bridge and through a grassy field to town. Quiet and relaxing. Could not have asked for a better place. It was just what we needed to recharge and see the town/ country.

Lovely self contained property with all necessary amenities. Stuart and Sandra very welcoming and friendly and the garden is beautiful. 10-15 min walk into Hay and we had fantastic weather which made it so nice. quiet hideaway in Hay - on -Wye

This gorgeous annex is off the busy streets in a quiet location with views from the back garden across the fields. Ideal for walkers and holiday makers. very good value for money with lots of thoughtful personal touches. We are going back!

We have lived at Lansdowne ever since moving to the area from Nottingham in 2001 and can't imagine living anywhere else. The scenery is amazing, the walks are incredible and the nearness of the lovely little town of Hay-on-Wye is an added bonus.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

After many years of visiting the area we decided to move here and fell in love with our house Lansdowne, which was being run as a bed and breakfast.The house is in a perfect position with stunning views and a beautiful garden. In 2008 we built the self-contained annexe with the purpose of using it for holiday lets as we were aware that more and more people preferred to have self-catering holidays.
