We enjoyed our stay perfect location for price and everything we needed. Beach view not needed we were basically only there to sleep, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thanks for the space!!

The bathroom could definitely use an update: was the original 1965 version, kind of dirty and really no door. The sliding door was broken on top. The futon couch definitely needs to be replaced. Unusable in its current condition, even with a mattress topper supplied it was awful to sleep on. Location was wonderful.

Great Cozy Spot on the Eastern end of Waikiki!Great spot for any fellow volleyball players as well! With 'generally' open volleyball courts set up daily right in front of the Hotel!

Beautiful place in a great location at a great value

This was a “no frills” type of place but knew it would be at the price point. I felt like it was an incredible value - the location alone makes it unmatched and we had absolutely no complaints with the service and comfort of the unit. Would recommend!

I booked this baded on price. Overall, i was happy with the unit because of location. It does need some tender loving care to make it a better place to stay. I would rent agsin provided i only had two people and did not need a secondary bed (please replace that lousy futon). If you have two people only seeking a place to sleep at night, this is for you. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !

We arrived following two severe Kona low storms which I anticipated would make things slightly different than initially expected. About a week or so before me our trip my kids BOTH came down with awful illnesses and made me rethink things. I contacted the host and was told I could not cancel without being charged in full. From my understanding we were able to cancel within 72 hours and it was well over that. Once I realized I didn’t wanna be out 1300 or so and that we would still come. The weather was gloomy yet still warm. The brown water advisory made it very difficult and my kids were looking forward to going in the ocean which they could not and the pool at the hotel was absolutely freezing!! I’m sure it would feel good if it was blazing hot out, but that was not the case and there was no hot tub. The room was much smaller than it appeared on the ad, but that wasn’t the worst of it. The pullout couch was so old. You could feel Springs through it and if you lean to far on one side, the entire thing would tip over and we are not big people. But the worst of the worst was, we couldn’t even open our curtains in our room because they literally faced the walkway on our floor. So we were either in with the curtains closed, which was very depressing or risk opening it and having people see right in and feel extremely uncomfortable like a fishbowl. The windows also don’t close and it is very noisy. The housekeeping staff were all very sweet and probably the best part

Overall this rental did not meet our expectations. On check in, the wifi information was incorrect, the television didn't work and there was insufficient cutlery (no forks). A call to the help line and this was all resolved very quickly.Pros:The unit was very large for a studio.The location to the beach was fantastic.There was a restaurant and a bar in the building.The elevator was very fast and directly across the hallway.Cons:The suite has no privacy at all with the curtains open. It is an inside corner unit meaning anyone walking down the exterior hallway can look into the suite. Many people waved as they walked by. I included pictures to show this.The bed was not comfortable - the plastic mattress wrapper made the bed feel like it was damp all the time.The sofa was less comfortable than the bed and the sofabed was terrible - you could feel the wooden frame.The floor was very dirty when we arrived.

Perfect family spot.

Love the walkability of the area, and how close it is to literally everything. The staff were super helpful and patient. The room itself had a little wear and tear, but it had everything we needed and more. Would definitely come back.

Front desk staff often not as desk. Management raised voice to my sister after the front desk clerk helped her pay for 1 night parking but did not give her a tag. Management blamed sister for not reading email closely enough (2 sent, 1 with no info about decal the other directing to front desk who did not offer this in the conversation). Very negative customer service experience. Kitchen items like silverware were missing. Great area. But not sure I’d stay again.

Had a great stay. The suite was comfortable and had everything that I needed for my time and the location was very convenient for everything. A couple of vertical blinds were missing which let the building lights shine in but I hung a towel up to cover the gap. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect location, great value.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. A clean comfortable place to crash at the end of the fun and busy day. It's in a perfect location close to everything we wanted, including parking across the street at the zoo. Really enjoyed the rooftop terrace at the top of the building as well. Fabulous views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the there. The rental management people were super responsive to my requests and questions.
