Cutting Edge Luxury Designer contemporain Lodge Avec Open Country Vues

Oak Lodge est un pavillon indépendant nouvellement construite de design de pointe et luxe contemporain. Le lodge est le chauffage central avec chêne planchers en bois et plafonniers LED partout et un balcon à l'étage pour profiter de la vue à couper le souffle. A l'extérieur, le jardin compact de niveau entoure le pavillon avec pelouse et un coin salon privé à l'avant, qui fait face au sud. Beaucoup de stationnement alloué. Ce cadre unique et tout loyer en année, il est un refuge idéal pour les célibataires, couples, familles ou amis partageant. Pour ceux qui préfèrent des vacances actives, cette paisible est parfait pour se détendre à la fin d'une journée bien remplie.

Lovely 4-night stay at Paul's place. The host was readily available for any queries - on site but not obtrusive. The house itself was very clean. A lovely light and airy feel. Well equipped kitchen.

An excellent property - highly recommended

Beautifully designed house that was very warm and spacious. Kitchen facilities excellent and the location was great for lots of fun local activities for the family.

Perfect house

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed here for four nights whilst visiting the east Devon coast. The account is exactly as described, absolutely beautiful! We will definitely stay here again in the future. Such a peaceful location, but ideal for local places to visit. Would highly recommend!

Exeter Weekend Away

Really enjoyed the stay at “Oak Lodge”. The house has pretty much everything you want in hand, only thing that would make the kitchen better is a Coffee pod machine. The beds are comfortable and the views are great. All in all very happy

Relaxing Views

What a beautiful lodge ‘oak lodge’ is. No interrupted views & so peaceful. Very well equipped with everything you need. We were met by our friendly host Paul on our check in who was full of welcomed information regarding lodge & area. Myself & my husband had a fantastic 5 days visiting Devon. We would definitely stay again as so well situated .

Perfect

Paul couldn't have been more welcoming to this beautiful property. We stayed for 2 nights with friends we haven't seen for 12yrs to attend a wedding close by. The atmosphere of peace and tranquility was the perfect backdrop for our weekend.

Lovely stay

Last minute booking which went with a hitch. Lodge was perfect for our family and well equipped. My 1 year loved the chickens and sheep wanting to go and see them at any point she coukd. Very relaxing and cosy lodge

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Oak Lodge. It is in an esplendid location; tasteful, cosy and relaxing, with everything we could possibly need for our short holiday, and more. It has very nice and spacious living room and bedrooms, good bathrooms and a great kitchen. We had wonderful welcome treats from the hosts, and a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the table. Paul was very friendly and most helpful. We would love to come back. It is a 10/10 for us!

Top holiday!

a beautiful house and beautiful surroundings to have a great holiday. The house is equipped with everything you need. There was a beautiful bunch of sunflowers on arrival and everything was ready for a nice cup of coffee or tea. Beds were already made and the house was super clean. A lovely quiet holiday spot. Paul, Ann and their daughter are very friendly and will do anything for you. They also give good tips for nice excursions. Nothing is too much, very sweet, helpful people. A nice place to come back again!

Hello, my name is Paul. My wife Anna and I have lived in the area for 25 years and have 3 teenage children. Having both been born in Devon, we have enjoyed the wonderful countryside the area has to offer, which inspired us to keep sheep, chickens and ducks. Both Anna and I have horticultural backgrounds, being a landscape gardener and florist by trade. We have designed and built a number of properties including cider barn, coach house, school and more recently an oak framed log cabin which we now live in. This then inspired us to build a south facing, cedar clad, glass fronted lodge which has spectacular views, making full use of the sun. So come and join us for a wonderful holiday in this unique location – you will never want to leave!

The property is surrounded by mature trees and is adjoining Woodbury Commons. This allows us to take lovely long walks over the heathland where nightingales and the Dartford worblers can be seen.

We are centrally located which makes it easy to reach the sea at Budliegh Salterton and Exmouth as well as Sidmouth, and only 10 minutes to Exeter.

There are wonderful views of Dartmoor and Exeter which can be seen from the lodge. The site enjoys sunshine all day long as it is south facing and very sheltered. The site is quiet and removed from the

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The property is quiet, private and secure. We have 7 acres of land and keep sheep, ducks and chickens. We can sit peacefully beside our wildlife pond which is home to ducks, coots, dragonflies and danselflies, as well as carp and tench.

With so much available locally such as pubs, farm shops, the beach and other tourist attractions, we can offer a place to escape either after a busy day or just relaxing in the front garden soaking up the sun.
