Exec 4 Bed Villa spacieuse dans la communauté fermée du sanctuaire, Champions Gate

Pour votre intimité, la villa indépendante est située dans le quartier de The Sanctuary Gated Community, à West Haven, et n’est accessible que par saisie codée. La villa est considérée comme une classe exécutive en raison du mobilier de qualité à l'intérieur et de la communauté sécurisée dans laquelle elle se trouve. Profitez d'une baignade relaxante dans votre propre piscine privée plein sud qui a le soleil qui brille du matin jusqu'à la nuit ou qui s'amuse bien dans notre salle de jeux.
Le Sanctuaire est situé dans un emplacement privilégié, à environ 12 minutes des parcs Disney et de nombreux terrains de golf. À ChampionsGate, à seulement 3 minutes (et toujours passé en sortant de l'I4 en route vers la villa), il y a une sélection de points de vente - Métro, McDonalds, Wendys, Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins, Chili's Mexican, Millers Ale House, Rouge Robin Gourmet Burgers, chinois (à emporter), italien (manger et emporter), Fish & Chips (manger et enlever), supermarché Publix, pharmacie Walgreens, coiffeuses, 7-Eleven et 2 stations-service. Continuez à traverser le sanctuaire pendant environ 3/4 mile jusqu'à la jonction de l'autoroute 27, où vous trouverez de nombreux autres établissements pour manger et les magasins locaux.

Everything was very clean! The kids enjoyed the pool as did the adults all week! The only thing I will note, is trash only gets picked up once a week, so try to limit how much you have if you have a decent group or kids! Other than that everything was amazing! We had an issue where one of the kids locked both bathroom doors but the hosts responded very quickly to let us know where the key was! We are already looking at booking this place again next year!

The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids had fun in the pool and game room, and the house was fairly close to any activities we had planned. The house is dated but we would absolutely come back.

Second time we stayed at this wonderful home away from home! Communication with the host was great. The home was clean, well organized and welcoming. This villa has good facilities and is a large layout. We have really enjoyed our stay here. Its located about half an hour from most theme parks and there are several supermarkets within a short drive away. Our children have loved this villa as much as we have.

Hi, we are Simon, Stephanie & Serena from Barton on Sea, Hampshire, UK. We try to holiday as a family in Florida as often as possible each year as work/education permits. We love the climate, shopping, theme parks and the standard of living.

We discovered this property in 2006 shortly after the previous owners had it built and came back year after year. We love the location with the theme parks and various shopping outlets within easy reach. As the I4 & US27 are close by, all of the Orlando attractions, along with many other places of interest, are very easily accessible and can be arrived at in a short period of travelling time.

We found it a home from home for all the annual visits we have had since our first stay all those years & visits ago. When the opportunity arose and in the sentiments of those famous words of Victor Kiam, we liked it so much we bought the property.......

Our aim is to continue to provide the same level of service, assistance and value for money we experienced which, along with the property itself, vastly contributed to the enjoyable stays we have always had and led us to return time after time.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Free wireless internet, cable TV in all bedrooms, games room with pool table, air hockey, & fuss-ball are just some of the highlights.
For families with a small baby or children, there is a large cot, high chair, car booster seat, strollers, baby intercom & sterilizer for guests to use.
No need to bring towels or hair dryers. For guests free of charge use, there is a Sat Nav, a set of golf clubs and normally a few pool inflatables which tend to be left behind by previous guests and ourselves.
One of the most important aspects of your stay is the pool area & this is south facing so provides sunshine all day & the pool & spa (not a hot tub or jacuzzi as it utilises the pool water circulation system) has solar powered heating as standard which generally takes the chill off of the water in the winter months (& can get to well over 80 in the summer), but is dependant on the sun making an appearance and the climate conditions prevailing at the time, so the optional additional electric water heating (UK £12.50 per day) is something you may wish to consider for the water in the pool and spa as this will raise the temperature (but not to that of a bath!).
During the build, the patio area was extended to become one of the larger ones in The Sanctuary so has plenty of room for you all to sit and/or lie out in the sun.
