Belle maison de vacances trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ©e avec piscine privĂ©e chauffĂ©e Ă  l'Ă©nergie solaire 7 x 4 m. Beaux jardins matures avec vue sur les Ăźles de Lobos et Fuerteventura dans l'ocĂ©an Atlantique. Si vous traversez la route, vous ĂȘtes sur la promenade et au bord de la mer. Commerces et restaurants Ă  seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied de la villa. ArrĂȘt de bus trĂšs proche.
La villa est trÚs bien équipée. Ce n'est pas seulement une propriété locative mais notre maison de vacances.

Wir haben in der Villa 14 Tage verbracht, die wirklich wunderschön waren. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr schön hell und super sauber und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Der Pool ist sehr schön groß und gepflegt. Wir haben ihn tĂ€glich mehrmals wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes im September genutzt. Auch der große Wintergarten ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt fĂŒr diese Villa. Auch der Kontakt mit dem sehr engagierten und freundlichen Vermieter ist hervorzuheben. Wenn wir uns bei ihm gemeldet haben, haben wir sofort ein feedback von ihm bekommen und unsere Fragen wurden immer beantwortet. Wir können daher diese schöne Finca, die in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung liegt und sich dennoch zu Fuß keine 5 Minuten vom Meer entfernt befindet, uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

We had a great time, Walter was great throughout the booking process and was there on arrival to show us around. The property is very well maintained and very well kitted out. The pool is great, we loved the shaded area with the fold out doors which allowed you to be poolside but in the shade if you wanted. A lovely holiday, we would love to return in the future

We had a lovely stay. The villa was large and spacious. It was definitely a home from home as everything was considered. The host had even left a few condiments, herbs, spices, oils etc... in the kitchen which is something often not thought of. The beds were so comfortable and rooms large. The pool was a perfect temperature. The host was very quick to respond to questions. We can't recommend more.

Lovely family villa set in a stunning location! So close to the beach and a short walk to multiple restaurants and supermarket. Perfect really! Wouter the owner was very nice and helpful. Sarah the cleaner was so friendly, chatty and thorough. Dave the pool attendant was attentive and a great laugh. All contributed to a lovely comfortable family feel experience. Highly recommend

Toller Urlaub

Der Urlaub auf Lanzarote war super, nicht zuletzt auch wegen der Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, gut eingerichtet und eine gute Lage. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Gerne wieder mal.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Playa Blanca. Es ist bestens ausgestattet und hat einen schönen Ausblick auf Fuerteventura. Die Lage ist ruhig, Supermarkt und GaststĂ€tten sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Well equipped Villa

The villa was very comfortable with a very good standard throughout. There is nothing more that we could have asked for. Walter is a very responsive host and is only too willing to assist. We encountered a problem with the pool / water filter but Walter was very helpful. A relaxing holiday, in a quiet location, 5 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants at Faro Park. Perfect!

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely villa. It was extremely clean and very well Equipped. Our host was always quick to reply and helpful and the lovely lady that cleaned the villa could not be more helpful. Easy walk to shops/ bars and restaurants- bus stop close by if you don’t fancy the walk into Playa Blanca. Highly recommend!

A Beautiful villa with everything you would need.

Villa was great, so well equipped and spacious. Pool is lovely, great size and a really nice temperature. It's in a nice area, not far from the beach. 3 shops and a nice selection of restaurants just a 5 min walk. The owner was very friendly and super helpful.

Tolle Zeit in gemĂŒtlichem Haus mit toller Ausstattung

ZunĂ€chst einmal möchte ich mich bei Wouter bedanken, der wĂ€hrend der ganzen Aufenthaltsdauer als Kontakt zur VerfĂŒgung stand und sich jede Frage oder jedes Anliegen zu Herzen nahm und darum kĂŒmmerte. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienwohngegend. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist ausreichend groß und bietet auch ausreichend Platz zum Be- und Entladen. Das GrundstĂŒck ist mit vielen einheimischen Planzen begrĂŒnt und bietet fĂŒr jeden ein Eckchen zum Abschalten. Der Pool ist sehr schön, ausreichend groß und solarbeheizt. Der Wintergarten bietet auch bei windigen Tagen ausreichend Schutz und GemĂŒtlichkeit. Grandios sind die im Wintergarten angebrachten Lautsprecher, die mit der Stereoanlage verbunden sind. Die Kombination aus Wintergarten, Sonnenmarkise, Sonnenschirmen, Liegen und Pool lĂ€ĂŸt fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaubstag keine WĂŒnsche offen. Ja, die Villa ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das macht sie gerade so wohnlich. Sie ist nicht clean, unpersönlich und kalt. Sie ist gemĂŒtlich, toll ausgestattet und heißt einen als Gast willkommen. Die Villa verfĂŒgt ĂŒber drei Schlafzimmer, zwei BĂ€der, ein Wohnzimmer und einer tollen neuen KĂŒche mit Hauswirtschaftsraum. Die Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgen alle ĂŒber Fliegengitter und sind separat zu belĂŒften. Die beiden BĂ€der sind auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, dienen der Körperhygiene allerdings genauso, wie die neusten BĂ€der. Die KĂŒche ist neu renoviert und bietet jeglichen Komfort, den man auch von zuhause aus kennt.

Very Nice place to be

We were on May 2024 in this house. Everything was perfect From the entrance to the exit. The house is pleasant, well equiped. The swimming pool is very clean and nice ! Our guest gave us all the information needed before, during the 2 weeks we spent. I will be a pleasure to come back again !!!

2 Weeks in Lanzarote

Great villa and perfect check in. One or two minor issues. Nobody mentioned that the villa attached to the rental was having major work done so we experienced a couple of days of a jack hammer and constant banging for a few hours. Not what we wanted as we had to see the local GP for my husband and he advised rest and quiet!!! Also during this work the sink was blocked for 36 hours. The neighbour was quite "offish" when he brought the plumber round to "blow through" both properties. All in all we enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in Lanzarote which was a first visit to the island.

Nous avons passĂ© un sejour exceptionnel dans la maison de Walter qui est tres bien Ă©quipĂ©e (rien ne manque) et d un super confort pour notre famille La literie est tres bonne, la piscine est chauffĂ©e, l emplacement est proche des plages et commoditĂ©s. nous sommes venus en avril et le temp est magnifique sans trop de monde sur les routes et les plages. je recommande et espere pouvoir y retourner 😄

Home from Home Villa

We have stayed at the property three times now and are booked again for next year. The villa is lovely with a superb pool and outdoor area. The facilities are excellent, new kitchen this year too! The owner is friendly and checks everything is ok. The location is perfect, bars and shops and the wonderful rocks and beaches all within a ten minute walk. A quiet part of the island but with Playa Blanca only a ten minute bus ride away.

Lovely villa for a relaxing holiday

We had a lovely week at the villa. The area is quiet and perfect for relaxing. A short walk away are some lovely restaurants and bars and a coupke of supermarkets. Communication was great all the way from booking, arrival instructions, during our stay and on departure. The welcome book at the villa provided really information on the local area and recommendations which was really useful as we had never visited the area before. The villa has everthing you need and would definitely book again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The gastronomical offer in Playa Blanca is very well known to us. We love to go to our different favorite restaurants on the island every time we are out..

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Ever since we came to Playa Blanca, we Immediately felt in love with the area of the lighthouse.
Specially our house because it has nice sea view and it is very quiet and privately located on an elevated position.
The nearby ocean and the little Playa Burgado beach is an added value for us. We are sun seekers and love to be by the pool and close to the sea at the same time.
We like the long promenade that starts close to the villa and leads to the town of Playa Blanca and itÂŽs fishing harbor.

We donÂŽt like the grey weather at home so we decided to buy this nice holiday home.
We consider the villa as our second home, not a rental investment.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The villa is extremely nice furnished in mediterranean style with decoration that refers to Lanzarote and itÂŽs modern artists. It has a lot of colour and many windows. Our patio conservatory by the pool makes the villa the perfect holiday home to enjoy the sunshine the year around.

The big conservatory makes it possible to sit & eat outside all days even on cloudy & windy days.
