Casa Ventura, luxury villa with private heated pool and Wifi. -Sleeps 4

The villa is fully equipped. The living room is nicely furnished and the sliding doors give access to the terrace and a spacious garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The ceramic hob and oven offer every cooking convenience. In the storage room next to the kitchen there is a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.
The terrace is partly covered and there is a large table with seating. This space is ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner, or just to be able to sit out of the sun.
There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds that can be separated or next to each other. An extra cot can be added.
Next to the private and heated swimming pool are sunbeds and there is a shower to rinse off.

Most amazing stay

We have just returned from a lovely week in this villa. This is the fourth villa in the area we have rented and it was just perfect. It is so well furnished and the owners have thought of everything. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic!

Just back from a fab stay in this gorgeous villa. Absolutely everything you could possibly need for our stay, well stocked kitchen, big comfortable bed, plenty of out outside space on a really big plot, great location, very nice and peaceful and to top it off a lovely big heated pool. The communication with the owner was top notch. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to stay here again 😊

Great Villa in a quiet location

The villa was fantastic. Located in a nice quiet area. Villa was clean and was cleaned during our stay. The owner was easy to talk to and we had no issues at all. Everything you need is provided, and the pool was amazing. Will definitely look at returning.

A great villa with everything you need to hand. Very clean and spacious. Local shop and restaurants very handy. Bus into Playa Blanca handy and cheap €1.40, and taxi back €8. Would definitely recommend, host very helpful, easy communication.

Fabulous place as advertised

Lovely quiet location in a fantastic property. Everything as advertised and thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable. Pool was great, kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable and board games available to enjoy… just what we wanted. Pre arrival info was brilliant. We hired a car which was useful to us as we explored the island. Overall we would recommend this place

Fantastic Villa and location. Walking distance to some great restaurants and H Dino. Gusto offers some great homemade food for a nice meal out!Villa very nice, well equipped, safe area. Pool very big and warm. Patio door was busted while we were there and couldn’t be opened, which was a tad annoying but there is back door from the kitchen you can use instead. WiFi fine, TV with usual apps if you want to watch something. Parking directly by the front door. Highly recommend, would certainly go back!

Fabulous Xmas break

We booked this villa quite short notice for a new years break in playa Blanca, me , my husband & mother in law. The villa was absolutely beautiful & you could tell it was someone’s second home rather than just a rental- it was very well equipped & had everything we needed & more! We’ve stayed in quite a few villas in this area & this was one of the best! We’d love to return..!

A well appointed villa.

Set in a quiet area, with a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. The villa has everything you need, the beds are comfortable. 10 minute drive into Playa Blanca. Used as a base to explore the island and then retired into the private pool, great not having to compete with the crowds for a sun lounger. Planning our return trip next year. Thanks Robert and Andy.

Perfect place for a restful break

This is a superb, extremely well-equipped villa in Faro Park, our favourite area of Playa Blanca. It sits on a large plot in a peaceful gated community and feels very secure. The pool is fabulous and kept very clean, with plenty of sunbeds and outside seating. If the weather isn't as kind as you hope, the dining area is screened so it can be used as an inside or an outside room (we did both). A huge plus for this villa is the bed in the main bedroom - it is by far the most comfortable we have ever slept in on holiday. We can't fault the villa or its owner/manager for their communication. Highly recommended and we'd be glad to stay there again.

Beautiful, well appointed villa with large heated pool.

The villa is on a nice large plot, very private. The accommodation is nicely appointed, modern light interior, and with all the appliances you need (and all in good working order) . Good quality bedding and towels, comfortable beds. The pool was attended to twice during our 10 day stay, and all bedding and towels changed midway through. Plenty garden furniture on a huge plot, many areas to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Great communication with the owner, and clear entry instructions sent by email a few days before we travelled. An attentive owner who ensures your holiday runs smoothly. Thank you. Already reserved for another visit.

Maison très bien agencée, très confortable, parfaitement équipée. Prestations de qualité : piscine chauffée, terrasses multi-orientations et protégées du vent, aménagement paysager très esthétique ..., très bon contact avec Robert le propriétaire et Andy le manager local, changement du linge de lit, de toilette et de cuisine toutes les semaines. Nous avons passés de magnifiques vacances dans la maison de Robert, située au calme, dans un lotissement très aéré, disposant d'un très beau jardin et d'une grande terrasse ensoleillée dès le matin jusqu'au derniers rayons du soleil. Le tout très bien entretenu. Tout le confort y est. Rien ne nous a manqué. Nous avons fortement apprécié l'attention du propriétaire qui avait rempli le frigo, ce qui nous a fait très plaisir vu l'heure tardive à laquelle nous sommes arrivés. Pour les amateurs high tech, le wifi excellent, et plusieurs appareils multimédia sont disponibles dont l'IPTV dans plusieurs langues. Robert et Andy ont toujours été très disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Andy vient deux fois par semaine pour s'occuper de la piscine. La villa se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds de restaurants, bars, supermarché, location de vélos, arrêt de bus pour Playa Blanca, … 3 minutes à pieds du bord de mer Une voiture est tout de même fortement conseillée. 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Playa Blanca. En résumé, on s'est vraiment senti comme chez soi. (avec la piscine et le soleil en plus 😊)

Heel fijn huis!

Voorzien van alle gemakken, een heerlijk groot verwarmd zwembad 30.Wij hebben een heel fijne vakantie gehad in Casa Ventura!Enige minpuntje... het huis was niet helemaal schoon o.a. de koelkast en redelijk veel stof op de louvredeurtjes van de kasten.
