Belle propriété spacieuse de 2 chambres pour 4 personnes

Godrevy View est une belle propriété de 2 chambres située à seulement 10 minutes à pied des principales attractions et plages de St Ives. La propriété dispose d'un espace de vie décloisonné (23 pieds de long) avec des plafonds surélevés et des doubles portes s'ouvrant sur un balcon en bois - les siÚges comprennent un canapé surdimensionné de style du milieu du siÚcle et de magnifiques fauteuils. La salle à manger a une table à manger et des siÚges pour 6 et la cuisine a des appareils entiÚrement intégrés, y compris une machine à laver et lave-vaisselle. Les deux chambres (une double et une twin) ont des portes donnant sur un balcon et un jardin nouvellement aménagé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer - parfait pour un petit déjeuner relaxant ou un verre avant le dßner.

We had a very comfortable stay here while visiting in St Ives. Neil was very responsive and immediately solved the problem when we had an issue with the boiler. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay in St Ives

This was a wonderfully comfortable stay. So clean and light. The photos are true. We fit 4 adults well. Location to town and beaches is really good especially if you don’t mind hills (shuttle nearby too). Having car spots was a real bonus.

We really had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property in St Ives. The home was spacious and had everything one would require to feel at home.The garden was excellent for the doggies, also.Communication from the host was exemplary ensuring our 3 week stay was stress free.Would highly recommend for anyone seeking for a spacious property, with parking, only a very short walk from the centre of St Ives

Wonderful stay

Beautiful location, with all that we needed! We loved the views, the outdoor seating and the cottage had all that we needed. We will be back! Very much recommended, there is a hill you have to walk up, but very worthwhile!

One of the most fabulous accommodations we have ever stayed in. Great location, we didn’t mind the steep hill as it kept us fit on holiday. 0.5 miles to Fore Street in St Ives. Neil clearly takes great pride in providing a beautiful place to stay. The little extras like providing soap, washing up liquid and tea and coffee helped too. We loved it here and will be back. Our two teenage daughters (17/19) also loved it. Thank you!

Excellent Accommodation

Lovely, light, spacious and clean accommodation with a stunning view of the sea, modern tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. The directions were spot on and great to have two parking spaces if needed. We would definitely recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay, accommodation was clean, warm and welcoming with everything you would need for a home from home stay with good quality bedding, kitchen equipment and some essentials to get you started. A bit if a steep walk back up from the town but nothing major in my opinion, we had a really lovely stay

Comfortable and fun place in St Ives

The property had everything we needed and host was really responsive and helpful. Location was great with nice views and an easy walking distance to St Ives town and beaches. Parking also really easy and hassle-free. The property has enough space for a family of 4 plusbdog. We appreciated the drying rack for wet beach gear.

Absolutely amazing

Beautiful St Ives

A lovely, light house within an easy walking distance from the centre of St Ives and it’s beaches. We took our two dogs who loved the very secure garden and the outdoor decking and the property benefits from having parking next to the house. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon.

The house was immaculate on arrival and has a wonderful homely feel. The home is well equipped with everything you need. Location meant your far enough away from the crowds, but, close enough to walk into the harbour and restaurants.
