Godrevy View est une belle propriété de 2 chambres située à seulement 10 minutes à pied des principales attractions et plages de St Ives. La propriété dispose d'un espace de vie décloisonné (23 pieds de long) avec des plafonds surélevés et des doubles portes s'ouvrant sur un balcon en bois - les sièges comprennent un canapé surdimensionné de style du milieu du siècle et de magnifiques fauteuils. La salle à manger a une table à manger et des sièges pour 6 et la cuisine a des appareils entièrement intégrés, y compris une machine à laver et lave-vaisselle. Les deux chambres (une double et une twin) ont des portes donnant sur un balcon et un jardin nouvellement aménagé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer - parfait pour un petit déjeuner relaxant ou un verre avant le dîner.

We had an amazing week at Godrevy View! A real gem and probably the best holiday rental we’ve stayed in! Everything was immaculate and super clean. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic and we enjoyed spending sunny evenings sitting out on the decking looking down over the sea. The private parking was also a huge bonus! Would return without a doubt!

We booked this property as a last minute break to St Ives and we are so happy we chose this property. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. So clean and tidy, parking spot was great and everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Attention to detail perfect. Every utensil, crockery and kitchen equipment/gadget you would likely need. The property was perfectly placed for us. Literally a short 15 minute walk to the harbour, although a challenging wall back uphill if you are not particularly fit like me. Fear not, the taxi rank just past the Western Hotel was a godsend, and only 5/6 for the ride to the Co-op at the top of the hill. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. There was enough room for us, just two adults and a cockapoo and it felt very spacious. Nice outdoor space too. We would definitely recommend and would very likely stay here again. Loved it!!

What can I say other than the house is beautiful and in a wonderful spot looking down to the sea. The walk into the town was good and after eating a cream tea the walk back up was good (though my daughter would say differently)! We will come and stay here again as it’s a perfect retreat just away from the noise of the town but only a 15 minute walk into the hustle and bustle

We had a very comfortable stay here while visiting in St Ives. Neil was very responsive and immediately solved the problem when we had an issue with the boiler. Would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful place to stay! The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from St Ives. There is a bit of a hill on the way back, but we didn’t mind at all—it’s a great way to work off all the delicious food and keep active!The private parking is a huge advantage, especially being so close to St Ives town. It also makes an excellent base for exploring the many attractions Cornwall has to offer.The house itself is immaculate and easily one of the cleanest and best-presented places we’ve stayed in. It is bright, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you could need. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the sea view is absolutely lovely.Neil was an excellent host, always quick to respond and very helpful.We were fortunate to enjoy a week of beautiful sunshine, which made it feel more like a holiday abroad than a stay in the UK. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

The accommodation is absolutely beautiful and has been furnished with great care and attention to detail. Some parts of the interior have already been updated, including the carpet, curtains and armchairs, so they now look slightly different from the photos in the listing.The textiles were wonderfully fresh, clean and of very good quality. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden with palm trees and a variety of beautiful plants, which gives the property a very special atmosphere.The kitchen is very well equipped, with high-quality cutlery, crockery and cookware. The bathroom has also been renovated and is spacious and comfortable. The living and dining area, including the kitchen, is generously sized. The two bedrooms are a little more compact, but there is just enough space and this was not an issue for us. As mentioned in the listing, the double bed is not particularly large, so if you prefer a lot of space in bed, this is something to keep in mind.The harbour is about a 12-minute walk downhill, and naturally a little longer on the way back uphill, but the walk is absolutely manageable and not an issue at all.The host is very friendly and welcoming, and it was a lovely touch that coffee and tea were provided at the accommodation.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful, cosy and very thoughtfully maintained place, and we would happily stay here again.

All the previous 5 star reviews are correct, we had a great time and the house was fantastic. Spotless with all the facilities needed for a brilliant holiday. Could not fault it. Would 100% rebook.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful location, with all that we needed! We loved the views, the outdoor seating and the cottage had all that we needed. We will be back! Very much recommended, there is a hill you have to walk up, but very worthwhile!

Excellent stay in St Ives

This was a wonderfully comfortable stay. So clean and light. The photos are true. We fit 4 adults well. Location to town and beaches is really good especially if you don’t mind hills (shuttle nearby too). Having car spots was a real bonus.

Very good property with plenty of space; bright & airy & pretty much everything thought of.Easy walk into st ives & a good work-out walk after eating out coming back up the hill.Only negative was the double bed was very firm & quite uncomfortable.

New Year Stay

We had a lovely stay, accommodation was clean, warm and welcoming with everything you would need for a home from home stay with good quality bedding, kitchen equipment and some essentials to get you started. A bit if a steep walk back up from the town but nothing major in my opinion, we had a really lovely stay

We really had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property in St Ives. The home was spacious and had everything one would require to feel at home.The garden was excellent for the doggies, also.Communication from the host was exemplary ensuring our 3 week stay was stress free.Would highly recommend for anyone seeking for a spacious property, with parking, only a very short walk from the centre of St Ives

Excellent Accommodation

Lovely, light, spacious and clean accommodation with a stunning view of the sea, modern tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings. The directions were spot on and great to have two parking spaces if needed. We would definitely recommend this property.
