La superficie est de 362 pieds carrĂ©s. PrĂšs des restaurants, des boutiques, une bibliothĂšque, des courts de tennis, centre spatial de Houston, la NASA Johnson Space Center, et Kemah Boardwalk. Awesome Family Vacation!

The property was clean and welcoming! The owner kept great communication with us and was prompt in their response. Our family LOVED staying at this property and its location was worth the expense. 10/10 would recommend!!!

This was a work trip for us. The house had an office with a great view. The house is an older house and very spacious and clean. There were some AC issues but they have since been repaired. The owner was available whenever we had questions.

Absolutely amazing home on beautiful Taylor Lake!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seabrook. The home was so fun to stay at - right on the water! We were able to fish directly from the dock and enjoy the pool during all hours of the day. We pulled our boat down with us and were able to park it under the carport and easily launch into the Lake at the local subdivision park that we were granted access to. Property owner went above and beyond with communication and responded promptly to any concerns. We would LOVE to stay again and are already looking at next years possbilities.

Beautiful outdoor space destination

We really enjoyed our visit, we literally spent almost the entire time outside around the pool, hot tub, and boat that we rented. The inside of the house is dated, but seemed clean. My wife, who has allergies, reacted to something in the house, so she ended up sleeping on the outdoor day bed/swing, but since the weather cooperated it wasn't an issue at all.

Couples Retreat

We were a group of 3 couples celebrating the guys turning 50. The house rental and private pool was most important to us. We arrived to the quiet neighborhood and the house was very welcoming. It is older, so don’t expect granite and stainless steel, but we loved the house; it had everything you could need right there! The property is beautiful, the neighbors were friendly and the lake/dock was so peaceful. The pool was maintained during our stay and the location was close to almost anywhere you could want to go.

Gorgeous location and property. Attentive host. Cute little mother in law apartment well equipped. Bed was a little uncomfortable for us sexagenarians but it was clearly stated to be a fold out sofa bed.

Relaxing Getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Leah's condo. It is very clean and beautifully decorated, we fell in love with the bathroom decor. We went to Kemah to go on the dinner cruise and thought we would just make a weekend of it. Although it rained most of the time, it was cozy and relaxing just to sit inside and look at the wonderful views. On Saturday we ventured out for breakfast and decided to grab a few groceries to cook in the condo so we wouldn't have to go back out in the weather. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, from pots and dishes to different seasonings we could use. The property is nestled in a quiet community. At night the lights around the deck were a nice touch. We plan to return again, hopefully it won't be raining then, because we really wanted to get in the hot tub and sit by the fire pit, maybe we'll do a little fishing as well. Until next time....thanks Leah for a wonderful weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay, very clean , and everything seem to be in place. Very peaceful as well, owners respected our privacy. If we seem to find a problem the owner would try to fix the problem immediately. Highly recommended if you trying to go on a small get away. We actually drove from Austin. Would have loved it if we had more time as well.

Paradise with lots to do nearby

Leah’s property is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay whole-heartedly.. we are out of towners who visited Houston, the Space Center, Galveston, the local Amusement Parks and explored the many nature trails in the area while staying here. Doesn't get better than this!

Had the most amazing experience. From the communication with the owner, amenities, break taking views, area attractions, it was all so wonderful. I thought we'd be limited with the weather conditions (rain was expected our entire stay) but to our pleasant surprise the weather held up for us beautifully and was able to do everything we planned to do. there's no doubt, we'll definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend; you won't be disappointed.

Perfect Get Away

I was looking for a place to get away too and was trying to decide between the beach or this place, I choose this location for the views. The accommodations are perfect and the backyard is amazing. I loved relaxing on the dock in the morning and listening to music with all the twinkle lights on at night. Leah is amazing and is always available to answer questions you may have. I loved staying there. It’s exactly like the photos. There are 17 steps you have to climb to get to the entrance,but totally worth it. The house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for an amazing and relaxing stay.

Leah was great to work with. Very responsive to every text or email....Not intrusive in the least bit, but will to meet and show you around, if that is what you want. She volunteered a boat ride, but we were too busy. Maybe next time...And there will be a next time. This apartment is full stocked with all your needed kitchen, laundry, and bathroom items. Including Coffee, and filters. Just so you know, there is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment. It didn't concern us, but it might be hard for some. Great time, Great views, Beauty in a tiny place.

Amazing Views!

We enjoyed our stay! The bed was very comfortable which was the only thing I was worried about being that it was a murphy style bed. The views were so pretty. We did not get a chance to meet Leah because she was on vacation when we arrived, which she did warn us about. I would reccommend this place to a couple for a nice intimate getaway!

Welcome To Serenity

This is a great place for "alone time" for couples. My wife and I , enjoyed our 8th anniversary mini honeymoon. We had a great time swimming in the pool , and fishing off the dock , plenty of catfish in that lake. Our Studio room was super clean , fully furnished and cozy. Ms. Leah is a great friendly host and very attentive. The Kemah Boardwalk is a great place to visit and hangout. If you're a Steak or BBQ lover , I highly recommend T-Bone Tom's. El Jardin Beach is a very beautiful and clean beach. We highly recommend Leah's Place. (Things to bring: Swim Trunks , Bathing Suit , Fishing Rods , and plenty of Adult Beverages) Thank you so much for sharing your place , Ms. Leah.. we will definitely be coming back.

Amazing Anniversary Weeekend

As a VRBO/HomeAway employee, this whole experience is exactly as it should have been. The easy online payments, experienced owner Leah and the rental itself was exceptional. I was blown away by the beauty of the space itself. It was well maintained and cared for and the amenities were in excellent shape. Leah provides the upmost excellent property and dedication to her renters. The Murphy bed was perfect for my husband and I! It was comfortable, easy to put away and get back out. I loved the bathroom decorations and shower. All the switches were conveniently labeled and there was a binder with instructions and all the local information. I can't wait to come back and stay again!
