Phoenix West 1101 est face au golfe et offre une vue imprenable depuis le balcon d'angle surdimensionné. L'immense chambre principale a un lit King, un placard double, un balcon privé et une grande télévision à écran plat. Cette chambre a également une deuxiÚme douche qui est une douche accessible aux handicapés. La chambre principale a également une salle de bain privée qui a une baignoire jacuzzi assis et aussi une douche séparée. Chambre d'hÎtes 1 a un lit King. Il y a aussi un grand placard, un balcon privé et une télévision à écran plat dans cette chambre. Cette chambre dispose d'une salle de bains privative. Chambre d'hÎtes 2 a 2 lits doubles, un grand placard, un balcon privé et également une télévision à écran plat. Cette chambre dispose d'une salle de bains privative avec une combinaison douche / baignoire. Chambre d'hÎtes 3 a un lit Queen, un grand placard, un balcon privé et une télévision à écran plat. Ce condo a un immense espace commun ouvert oĂč vous pourrez profiter d'une vue Ă  couper le souffle sous tous les angles, car toute la zone est couverte de baies vitrĂ©es. La cuisine est pleine grandeur et possĂšde tous les appareils dont vous aurez besoin, y compris un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, lave-vaisselle, cuisiniĂšre / four et micro-ondes. La cuisine sera entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec des ustensiles de cuisine, des ustensiles de cuisine, des verres, des couverts, un grille-pain et une cafetiĂšre. Le coin cuisine donne sur le salon et la salle Ă  manger et offre des siĂšges supplĂ©mentaires pour 6 au bar de la cuisine. Le bar sur le cĂŽtĂ© nord de la zone commune a une machine Ă  glaçons, un Ă©vier et un mĂ©langeur et est un endroit idĂ©al pour faire un cocktail rafraĂźchissant. La salle Ă  manger a une table pouvant accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. Le salon offre de nombreux siĂšges, car le condo a 3 canapĂ©s et 2 chaises. Le grand tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat est parfait pour regarder le match ou un bon film. À l'arriĂšre du salon se trouve une porte coulissante en verre qui vous mĂšne au balcon privĂ© et surdimensionnĂ©. Encore une fois, c'est un condo d'angle ouest, donc le balcon est face au golfe et surplombe l'ocĂ©an, mais il a Ă©galement une vue imprenable vers le vers l'ouest, presque aussi loin que vous pouvez voir, alors prĂ©parez-vous Ă  couper le souffle!

Overall we were very please. A couple minor things to be aware of. Ice maker in fridge didnt work but there was a working ice maker in at the bar. Several outlets didnt work or were connected to light switches that were awkward. Floors were dirty. But overall we were happy and plan to return next year.

Awesome Condo with Amazing Views

Condo was perfect! Very spacious! Clean! Great location! Lots of amenities: indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, lazy river, on the beach. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Great experience!

We had a great time on our vacation at Phoenix West. The condo was clean and very nice. Check in and out was very easy. We will be back!

This is the second time we are renting the same unit. The property is very convenient. The property management and maintenance folks were very responsive, even during Christmas.

Wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving

Overall a wonderful condo on a beautiful beach. A few issues we did have. Once checked in we found several lights with burnt out bulbs. A exhaust fan in the master bathroom that was unbelievably loud and needed to be replaced. Then on Thanksgiving Day the oven stopped working. The property management company was very responsive. They were quick to address each issue. But
.. in my mind these problems should have been identified and resolved before we checked in. The condo itself needs repainting. Especially in the entrance and hallway. Way too much wear and tear showing for this high end property. The unit was very nice and in a fantastic location. We enjoyed our stay and would consider this building/unit in the future.

Family vacation

We went as a group of 12 for our yearly family vacation. The property is absolutely beautiful. The pool and lazy river were amazing. Easy to check in. Only downfall I would say is there wasn’t even salt and pepper in the room. Which I think should be there. It could have been a little more clean when we initially arrived. And we did find some mold on the ice machine in the bar area. Aside from that, I would absolutely stay here again!

Spacious and great views

Having 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths made it super easy for the family. We were able to give kids their space and the adults were able to have their own. The balcony was spacious with a very nice breeze in the early morning and evenings. We all enjoyed the lazy river and the beach. The slide was under maintenance so we didnt get to experience the slide. We would definitely vacation here again.

Phoenix West 1101

The property size was adequate for our family. One room was supposed to have two queens, but they looked more like doubles. There were supposed to be two fold out couches - there was only one. The overall appearance of the unit was okay - it was well-worn and decor looked haphazard. The kitchen was well-supplied, but there was not an abundance of items. The pillows were very comfortable and water pressure was great! The elevators were so slow at times and we often had to wait. Four elevators for such a large building doesn’t seem enough, especially since we heard one elevator was not always functioning. The outdoor area was good, but at times we had difficulty finding chairs by the pool.

Summer Fun

Great property. Had a problem with washing machine at beginning but thanks to Chuck in maintenance for his quick attention in getting parts ordered and sending Dalton, the appliance repairman, to the rescue. He was able to get it working. Nice young men on staff. We had a great time the whole week. We had family and friends together from Arkansas, Pennyslvania, and Montana for our annual trip.

This condo was great! Clean, well kept. Comfortable. Beautiful view of the gulf. Location was fine. Property manager was very responsive when we needed it. Facility was nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation

A great family vacation. My mother and three sisters also my mother in law and two sisters in law joined my husband and I. There was plenty of room. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed our trip very much.

Family reunion

Our stay was wonderful and we love the phoenix west property. Parking and access as well as the cleanliness of the facility is outstanding. There are a couple of very small items that I will mention so they can be cared for as I know property owners strive for excellence. 1. The legs on the table and coffee table were loose and we did hand tighten but they do need to be tightened with a tool. 2. A couple of the ground fault outlets in the bathrooms did not work ( bathroom near the living room against the right wall, and in the master bath and middle bath - but others did work). 3. Chest old drawers in bedroom closest to living room - nine of the drawers were on the runners and really usable without concern. Again, none of this really took away from our stay or our pleasure, just things that occur in any property.

Phoenix West, Orange Beach

This large multi-story condo has everything we needed to accommodate our large family group for the week. The parking was easy and having a lot of carts in each floor was a bonus!! Good range of room sizes in the condo with extra open living areas for moving around, gathering, eating and relaxing. The spacious corner balcony was a great extra space to enjoy the beautiful view and sunsets each night. The lazy river included tubes so we didn’t need ours. The pool was cool and reviving and the boardwalk gave us easy access to the beach. The condo was stocked with basic things including mixer, blender and pots and pans. We had to buy some disposable casserole pans as there was only one 9”x13” dish. No soaps for kitchen or washer and no “extra” toilet paper or paper towels. You’ll have to buy your own! And no spices or things for meal prep. They have a great walk in pantry and a local Walmart Market and Publix to stock it with! The floors and rugs could have been cleaner and one chest of drawer had issues with its drawer slides, but we managed. All in all, it was a great set-up and we’d go back again.
