This is the second time we have stayed in this amazing villa, the kitchen is so well equipped everything you could need. A great selection of dvds and TV. The outside area has plenty of seating and sun loungers and the pool is fantastic it also has a BBQ and griddle. Bill and Claire look after the villa and are nearby and go above and beyond to make your stay as good as it can be. I will definitely return to this villa. Thanks for letting us stay

Excellent place to stay

Beautiful house, really enjoyed our stay here. Group of fiends on a golf holiday with plenty of courses within a 30min drive and the town of Ayamonte closeby to do the shopping and have a night out. Highly recommended!

From making the booking to checking out today, the whole experience has been outstanding. Had a wonderful family holiday with lots of new memories to take home with us. The location was perfect. Fab villa

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely villa. Very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and very well located to explore the surrounding areas of both Spain and Portugal. Hope to be back again in the future.

Amazing villa

Fantastic villa, the swimming pool made the holiday for the younger ones, the Villa was well equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone wanting a holiday in Costa Esuri. Bill the pool man was very helpful and friendly

Good location.

Lovely villa in a convenient location. A very well equipped kitchen. Recommend visiting in warmer months to make the list of the outdoor area including the pool. Claire was very helpful and polite.

Relaxing and lovely villa

Everything in the villa was of high class. From the furnishings to the kitchen. Honestly can't fault our stay. Great location for visiting Seville and popping to Portugal (We kept forgetting the 1 hour time difference ... which was entertaining) The villa was spotless and we would definitely consider staying again

Short stay in Costa Esuri

Great property. Lots of amenities which is great when renting a house and you want to cook / stay in the house at times. Great location for visiting the province of Huelva and popping over to Portugal which we did a lot. Only issue was the solar water heating (we had an extraordinary number of days with cloud cover so needed to watch we didn’t over use the hot water, but suspect this isn’t a problem most times of the year). Thank you we had a lovely stay.

Many thanks for the kind words. Sorry about the hot water as unfortunately, it does suffer if fully reliant on immersion heater and tank is emptied in the morning. We hope in the future that a gas main will be laid and we can use combination boiler. Otherwise, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay and please come again. PS. Sorry weather wasn't great for you

Fabulous!

The Villa was immaculate and very clean. Every conceivable requirement has been catered for. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. The beautiful town of Ayamonte is a real gem and there is much to see and do further afield, both in Spain and in Portugal. All the restaurants we visited were either very good or excellent. Car hire recommended.

Amazing house to relax!

If you are looking for a quiet place to rest and enjoy the sun this house is absolutely perfect. The pool is amazing, and the whole outside area is super cool if you want to relax. Despite being surrounded by other houses you have full privacy, no noises whatsoever except for the birds! Super close to supermarkets, beach, center of ayamonte, etc. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need. My family and my dog absolutely loved the week. Thank you Brian and Claire!

Fabulous villa, great management and owner, all very helpful and fast efficient communication.

The villa, is very high quality and well maintained. It has everything you need and more - in the kitchen, board games and so much more. There’s a variety of shops and restaurants in town. We had some lovely walks around the area. There’s a children’s play area about ten minutes walk (20 on the way back with our children) and a little local shop and cafe/ bar on the way (5 minute walk) Owner and management staff very friendly and helpful and gave us tips about the area - phone internet was insistent that the nearest supermarket was 45 minutes drive, but it was 10. We would highly recommend this villa. Thanks to Brian, Claire and Bill for a very easy and wonderful stay.

Superb villa, lovely pool - home from home!

Our family party of six were easily and comfortably accommodated in this large, luxurious villa. The pool was beautiful - and the outside areas had plenty of space to relax, socialise and sunbathe. Plenty of entertainment options indoors - with extensively DVD library, Sky Sports (big hit with hubby), Soundbar and board games galore. Well presented & kitchen well equipped with all that you need and beyond. Brian was great to deal with throughout - and local contact and support from Bill & Claire was second to none. A great place to visit Andalusia and the Algarve from - even managed to hire a road bike from a local cycle store to explore the quieter roads in both Spain & Portugal. Highly recommend this wonderful home - great memories of an exceptional holiday. Thanks again.

Comfortable house for our group of 6

The property is right on the Portugal/Spain border which was what we were looking for to allow trips within both countries. It is located beside a Golf Course, a short drive from Ayamonte. The house was filled with just about anything you could need for the trip and had some of the basic essentials (spices, etc..) so you did not need to buy these for your stay. We had some pretty wild weather during our week which did some damage to the fence, but they came and temporarily repaired it right away and noted it would be replaced. Too cool to eat outside or use the pool, but we did take advantage of the full grill and flat top for a few of the dinners we ate in.Overall, a very nice property and we would not hesitate to stay here again on a future trip.

Everything you need for a 8 week stay. Home from Home

Hi Brian Just a quick note to say thank you for a really pleasant stay at your Villa. It is vital to get as much right as you can when booking for 8 weeks and you ticked all the boxes. Everything we needed was available and Sky Sports added to. The high standard of equipment and décor was much appreciated, Every type of kitchen utensil was in great supply which made cooking meals simple. This was a big plus as we could not have afforded to "eat out" every day for such a long stay. You were always "on call" and quick to respond, in a positive and supportive way when we needed advice, even though you has a management team in place, the real personal touch. We are a fussy couple but felt well at home and have recommended your Villa to family, friends and colleagues Kind regards Graham and Heather

Fabulous villa excellent from start to finish

From enquiring to leaving the villa after our fabulous stay could not have been simpler . One of the best equipped villas we have stayed at ,you can really see the owner is very passionate re the upkeep of it. We came as a family group of 10 and did not want to hire a car but factored taxi rides into town and Portugal in our budget.Taxi in abundance and we tended to use the same drivers as they got to know us. Claire and Bill were amazing we only needed to call on them once as the electricity tripped and he was there very quickly to rectify it. We spent most days at pool ,water park in Quarteria and beaches Tavira and Monte Gordo . Restaurants in Ayamonte were lovely ,great quality of food and one of the cheapest places we have holidayed in . Cannot rate Brian’s villa highly enough it was an absolute delight to stay there.Thankyou

Well equipped house with lovely pool

House is exactly as described. The house is quite spacious, very clean and there is air conditioning in every room. It is very well equipped with all kinds of stuff. There are enough towels available, for the bathroom, the kitchen and for the pool. In the kitchen you will find all spices, all appliances and there is also enough cooking utensils. There are board games and puzzles, also games for the beach and pool accessories (inflatable) For us the location was ideal. This way we could visit Spain and Portugal. There are many nice things to visit within a radius of max 1 hour drive. (Ayamonte, Huelva, Albufeira dolphin spotting & jeep safari to the interior, spa salino, tavira, praia do barril, ...) Supermarket and pharmacy at 400m. Ayamonte at 10 min drive where you will find many restaurants and bigger shops. Located in a quiet area and yet close to everything. Easy check-in and good communication. You do have to take into account the time difference with Portugal. The house is 5 minutes from the border and the mobile phone sometimes takes the Portuguese time.

Agradecemos seus comentários, mas gostaríamos de retribuir da seguinte forma: Primeiramente, ter utensílios de cozinha em excesso geralmente não seria um problema para a maioria dos hóspedes, porém, lamentamos que isso tenha sido um problema específico para você. Em segundo lugar, agradecemos por informar que o padrão de qualidade da roupa de cama da sua casa é superior ao da Mist, mas revisaremos isso e tomaremos as medidas cabíveis. Em terceiro lugar, agradecemos por nos avisar e lembrar sobre o box do chuveiro danificado. Infelizmente, ele foi quebrado por um hóspede anterior, que se desculpou muito, pois foi um acidente. Como a casa é muito popular, não foi possível encontrar e instalar uma peça de reposição a tempo, mas a parte fixa era suficiente para reter a água durante o banho normal, e não nos preocupamos com alguns respingos no chão do banheiro. No entanto, os outros banheiros com chuveiro estavam disponíveis caso isso fosse uma grande preocupação para você. Por fim, já incluímos o custo da pessoa adicional não incluída na sua reserva e arcaremos com os custos extras associados a ela.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Wir waren 7 Personen und hatten ausreichend Platz.Die 2 Einfahrten haben Platz für 4 Autos.Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnte man Bill und Claire schnell erreichen und sie waren bei Bedarf auch schnell vor Ort.Auch der schriftliche Kontakt mit Brain war stets super und unkompliziert.Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hatte alles zu bieten was man braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen. Den Grill und die Plancha haben wir mehrfach benutzt und fanden es super. Und auch der Pool wurde täglich bespasst.Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter und kommen gerne wieder.
