Villa spacieuse juste à côté du front de mer

Cette excellente villa est parfaitement située dans un endroit paisible à proximité de la mer et de l'élégante marina «Puerto Rubicon» avec sa sélection exclusive de magasins, restaurants et cafés au bord de l'eau. Le charmant centre du village de Playa Blanca est à environ 15 minutes à pied le long de la nouvelle promenade pittoresque. La propriété bénéficie également d'une vue sur la mer vers l'île de Los Lobos, Fuerteventura et les plages naturelles de Papagayo.
La villa est construite sur trois niveaux et comprend au rez-de-chaussée d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. L'équipement comprend une plaque vitrocéramique, un four, un lave-linge, un lave-vaisselle, un grand réfrigérateur-congélateur, une bouilloire et un grille-pain. La salle à manger avec table en pin et 8 chaises. Le salon spacieux, lumineux et moderne est joliment meublé avec des sièges confortables, Smart TV (Netflix ... etc.) avec susciption à la grande baie vitrée MOVISTAR et portes-fenêtres qui donnent accès à la terrasse. une chambre à deux lits et une chambre double avec salle de bains ont des armoires encastrées. L'étage inférieur comprend un deuxième salon, une salle de jeux, un billard et un futbolin. Il y a une chambre à deux lits avec placard et une salle de bain familiale complète. Au premier étage, la grande chambre double principale avec salle de douche attenante a des armoires encastrées et des portes qui s'ouvrent sur une grande terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la mer et les plages de Papagayo.

A l'extérieur, la piscine chauffée de 4,5 x 2,5 mètres (chauffée de novembre à avril) un coin salon couvert et barbecue.

A perfectly situated villa with beautiful views of the sea. Right next to the coastal path that is ideal to walk to the Marina in 5 mins. Our family of 5 had a wonderful holiday in this villa due to it's spacious layout and modern facilities. Comfortable beds, with a bathroom for everyone! Lovely pool and terrace area that we spent a few night out having a BBQ. We cannot wait to return! A generous welcome pack when we arrived was greatly appreciated. Thanks again to the attentive host

Great Villa

A big villa with lots of space in a great location. Split over 3 floors there is lots of space for everyone to get together or have space to themselves. Very close to the lovely restaurants and shops in the marina.

Fantastic villa in convenient location

The property is as described on the website. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms it was ideal for four blokes on a walking holiday. It is a short walk to the local supermarket and the restaurants at the marina. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Villa

We had a great week at this lovely villa. It was in such a good location it couldn't have been any better. The villa itself offers plenty of room for either one family or 2 families sharing very well thought out. The manager Eileen was brilliant, very helpful and arranged a great welcome pack for us on arrival. Will definitely come back.

Great villa with fantastic location

We stayed at the villa over the New Year period and couldn't have been more pleased with the villa! There was a lovely welcome package waiting for us so we didn't have to rush out for supplies which was a bonus. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a break in the sun. The pool was great for a refreshing dip after lounging in the sun and the outside barbecue area was also put to good use. The villa is a short walk down to the Marina Rubicon where there are a wide variety of nice bars and restaurants. We had a hire car so also got a chance to explore the island a little. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Eileen

Ideal location for marina

Large, spacious villa in a great location just off the coastal path. Easy to walk to marina. Could do with updating (some of the outdoor furniture, towels and the pool table in particular). Some of the doors and locks were difficult to open and close especially on to the upstairs balcony. Outside space is nice, although there was building work in a couple of the surrounding villas which was very noisy (obviously not the fault of the owner and cant be helped). Communication from owner was good.

Well equipped villa in excellent location

Great property in excellent location. Perfect for our family of 8! Villa well equipped it had everything you could require Including a welcome pack of essentials and local foods which we all enjoyed sampling! Eileen has obviously put a lot of thought in here. Short walk to the marina to shops and restaurants. Eileen was a very attentive host and assisted us even before our arrival with contacts for booking pre departure tests required for our journey home. Always on hand to answer any questions we had and there were a few as we are in crazy times for travel! I would certainly recommend this villa and am looking forward to our next stay! Thank you Eileen.

Just returned from an absolutely fantastic family holiday in this villa.This literally catered for your every need.A lovely welcome pack on arrival which was very much appreciated.Every bedroom was so comfortable with air con in each, an en-suite in 3 and a bathroom next to the fourth so everybody had their own privacy.The beds were exceptionally comfortable and we slept like babies every night.The basement was excellent for two teenage boys a real bachelor pad with their own bedroom, bathroom, sitting room with a pool table and football table.The villa was so spacious which meant everyone had their own space.The cleanliness was exceptional and everywhere was well appointed to cater for your every need.Outside the pool was fantastic, it was so peaceful a true relaxing space.We made good use of the outdoor barbecue for both lunch and dinner.The location could not have been better.1 minute from the promenade, 5 minute walk to the marina and around 45 minutes walk into plays blanca town. If you don’t fancy the walk it was around 4 euros for a taxi.We had a couple of issues whilst there and I cannot fault the owner who sorted these exceptionally promptly.The communication with the host was also excellent.We would not hesitate to stay here again, one of the best holidays we have had as a family.WELL DONE!!!!

De locatie is geweldig! Loop afstand op alles wat gezellig en leuk is!De slaapkamer beneden was geen optie voor ons, dus we zijn met bedden gaan slepen.Een grote parasol voor de ontbijthoek.De keuken is zeer praktisch en compleet.Het alarm is heel handig en zeer gebruiksvriendelijk.

Although we’ve been coming to lanzarote for 26 years it’s the first time we’ve stayed here. It’s by far the best villa we’ve had and will hopefully return!
