Appartement 2 pièces, 95m2, situé dans le centre historique de Lisbonne

Il est un appartement rénové, situé au 2ème étage, 2 chambres avec salle de bain, 1 salon, 1 cuisine, 1 salle de bain commune, 1 petit balcon donnant sur la rue et une terrasse.
Il est situé dans la paroisse de la Miséricorde (avant la paroisse de Santa Catarina) et se trouve à proximité du Bairro Alto, Principe Real, Chiado et Santos.
Il permet accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.
Il est près du fleuve Tage où vous pouvez facilement prendre le transport à Bethléem.
Les chambres disposent d'un lit double et les salles de bains ont une base de douche.

La maison dispose d'une mezzanine permettant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes (3 lits doubles et 2 lits jumeaux).

Il dispose d'une télévision par câble, des appareils wi-fi et électriques: lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cafetière, micro-ondes, four, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux et autres petits appareils. La cuisine est équipée pour préparer des repas.
Serviettes, linge de lit et de toilette sont inclus.
Notre maison a double vitrage avec volets afin d'éviter les bruits extérieurs.

Tram 28 est l'une des meilleures façons d'explorer l'histoire et le charme des rues de Lisbonne de l'étoile à la grâce, en passant par les principaux lieux à visiter. Le 28 va à la porte de la maison. Vous n'avez pas besoin de voiture.
Santa Catarina est situé dans le centre-ville historique. Dans les environs il y a des galeries d'art, plusieurs maisons de fado, restaurants, bars, magasins traditionnels, des magasins d'antiquités, des librairies et des libraires. La station de métro sifflante se trouve à 9 minutes, et la jetée Sodré 16 minutes.

Location Location Location ! This apartment was very central for exploring Lisbon. Close to many coffee shops and grocery store. We did have a car but parked it for the duration of our stay ( parkade 6 min walk away). Note - you really do not need a car in Lisbon. The apt had everything we needed and communication with host was easy. We would stay here again.

This Lisbon apartment provided an ideal base for a short break. The location was perfect, and the apartment itself was well-maintained with adequate amenities. The main bedrooms were a good size, and the layout was practical and spacious. It's worth noting that the upstairs area might be a little restrictive for taller guests, but overall a very pleasant stay with a super helpful host.

Teresa was great! Very helpful. The apartment is beautiful. It is a very nice area, close walking to lots of restaurants, shops and main tourist sites. The apartment was quiet, the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment if you are staying is Lisboa. No complaints at all.

What a location! The property itself is clean, bright, comfortable, and well appointed. The beds are quite comfortable and the linens are of good quality. It is a truly wonderful place to stay. The 28E Tram passes directly in front or the apartment. I highly recommend hopping on and taking a ride through the streets of Lisbon. Take a walk the through the neighborhood, There are so many hidden gems and places to be discovered. Amazing restaurants and bars. Though the apartment is in the middle of the city, it still manages to be a quiet retreat. Theresa is an exceptional host. She met me at the property to show me around and provided me with an amazing guide of things to do and see around the neighborhood, as well as greater Lisbon that she has created herself. It was an incredible resource. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect place for 8 people! We had 6 so heaps of room! Very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and ac was great in 2 of the bedrooms. 3 bathrooms were nice to have.

The place is lovely, the location perfect - close to everything but not too noisy. Teresa really went above and beyond for us when we hit a snag at customs. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Absolutely amazing home, experience, and overall stay. Theresa is super friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout the stay. She also helped provide transportation from the airport to the home! Great property with abundance of hot water for those who like hot showers. It is literally on the route of the Tram 28e 20 minutes walk and you get anywhere I used Bolt(Uber) cars to get around

Hip, historic apartment in great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. The apartment was spacious and beautifully appointed with three beds in the loft and a nice master bedroom with private bathroom. There were three total bathrooms It was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see in old town. Terrsa was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Loved the apartment and the neighborhood!

Lisbon is amazing and the apartment was lovely- well stocked- nicely appointed in a fabulous location. We fell in love with the neighborhood. So close to so many great spots and Lisbon highlights. Also enjoyed opening the small front balcony doors and listening to the street sounds below as well as fado music on the record player. Fabulous stay.

Great location

Perfectly located for old town Lisbon, great neighborhood and lots of local coffee and food.Negatives - the home was a little grimy, dirty food and drink stained rugs, broken door handle on the refrigerator, broken glass top range. I understand this is probably a busy rental, but take a little time to ensure the small things are taken care of, so guest have and enjoyable experience when they are in the property.

Cozy and efficient rental in a great location. Anna is the most wonderful host and answered all our questions immediately! The loft area was difficult for my 6'2" son, so be aware if you are tall!

We stayed in Casa Touriga for 3 nights last week. The location is amazing along tram 28 route. Teresa is a perfect host. The place is extra clean, equipped with all we need, right next to cafés, little markets, restaurants. We will definitely book the Casa again when we go back to Portugal. A 5* property!!!! Comfort with extraordinary service

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our small dog, and I cannot say enough good things about the location, the quality of the apartment, and the amazing support we got from Theresa, the property manager. The apartment is spacious, quiet, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable, and the showers have an abundance of hot water. It is right on the #28 tram line, which is wonderful for sight-seeing. We could happily have stayed for a month! The icing on the cake was the help we received from Theresa in resolving a baggage problem we experienced. She really went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend this property, in every regard.
