Perfect location, neat and clean, very confortable, helpfull staff

Very nice property close to Palacio Real in a quiet street, metro opera near. Staff very helpfull and nice with inmediate response. Apartament very well lit with 1 1/2 bathroom. Definitive a good choice to stay in Madrid.

The perfect Spanish home away from home.

Our stay in Madrid was made so much more comfortable and exciting due to this beautifully appointed apartment. Its location and high quality furnishings were exactly as described and photographed when we booked the apartment over the internet. We could not have asked for anything more making our holiday in Madrid so incredible. Perfection is difficult to improve.

Outstanding property in outstanding location

People give 5 star ratings too much but this property earned it. Very nice apartment with lots of space. Clean. Very modern and well maintained. Wish it had a balcony but that’s its only fault. Great stay with easy check in and entry. Even better location. It is a block or so from the opera house. Great location.

Mdrid trip 2023

The property is wonderful, we love the location, apartment, except communication with the property manager. I had to change my check in date and it took me two plus months multiple emails through VRBO , finally I called VRBO and it took another three calls before I was able to change the date, a simple request. I had trouble connecting with the wifi, again I sent multiple emails (5 total) and nothing from them at all. I had to use my phone as hot spot to communicate with work. We also noticed small ants in the main bathroom otherwise, great place to stay.

Clean, modern apartment near the Palace

The property is located on a quiet street one block from the Senate building and two blocks from the palace. The building is clean, quiet, and offers stairs and an elevator to access the third floor apartment. The apartment is clean, modern, and offers a full kitchen with full refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all other accessories that you would require for either a short or long stay. The apartment has two bathrooms, two TVs, though one is currently not fully working, and has central HVAC. The apartment is well situated with access to Opera square, Plaza Mayor, the Palace, and many other attractions within just a few minutes walk. The Metro is located at the top of the street for any travels that may be a further distance. We walked just about everywhere, though did take the metro and train to Segovia one day. That was a great little day trip. This apartment is just a one bedroom, though I believe the couch in the living room was a pull-out., so you will comfortably sleep 2-4 people. This apartment more than met our needs and I would stay here again if we were to return to Madrid.

Bel mini ristrutturato in posizione centrale

L’agenzia MADFLATS di Madrid ha gestito tutto in maniera perfetta: servizio di transfer A/R aeroporto-appartamento, check-in e domotica a distanza, riparazione caldaia, check-out. L’appartamento si trova a 5 min a piedi dalla fermata Opera della metropolitana: da qui si puĂČ andare ovunque (direttamente o con cambio linea alla stazione di Sol), altrimenti a piedi sono raggiungibili molte mete, servizi e ristoranti
 In base alla nostra molto soddisfacente esperienza possiamo affermare con certezza che consigliamo questa location per due persone!
