Parfaite alternative aux coûteux chambre d'hÎtel sans abandonner le luxe ou l'emplacement! Belle bùtiment historique entiÚrement rénové avec toutes les commodités modernes et d'un ascenseur, le bùtiment est complÚtement nouveau à l'intérieur, mais avec façade d'origine à l'extérieur sur la rue Huertas populaire, trÚs proche de Prado, Thyssen et Reina Sofia et le Palacio Real (Palais Royal), en centre-ville historique de Madrid, le célÚbre Barrio de las Letras.

L'appartement dispose d'un lit Queen trĂšs confortable (160 cm)
et 2 canapés-lits dans le salon. La chambre a 3 murs et n'est pas totalement privée. Vous pouvez le voir dans les images.

Je l'ai vécu à Madrid pour la derniÚre décennie, heureux de vous aider à choisir les meilleurs endroits à visiter dans et autour de Madrid. L'appartement est juste à cÎté de la Plaza de Santa Ana. PrÚs de la Puerta del Sol et de la Plaza Mayor et des musées. Vous pouvez marcher à de La Cava Baja, une rue pleine de restaurants et de petits bars. En outre, le Mercado de San Miguel un grand lieu de rencontre et de délicieux tapas!

La station de métro de métro est à quelques pas, de sorte que vous pouvez facilement déplacer autour de Madrid, ainsi que d'une courte promenade de la gare principale d'Atocha, à partir de laquelle vous pouvez facilement prendre le train à grande vitesse de balle AVE à TolÚde, Ségovie ou Avila, ou les longs trajets à destination de Séville, Alicante ou Barcelone.

We had a wonderful stay in this flat! The location was perfect for us, great neighborhood with lots of good options for shopping, dining, sight seeing and good proximity to transit. A very comfortable apartment in an excellent location with many restaurants and a grocery store steps away. The apartment was very clean with many kitchen amenities. Arrival and departure were easy and communication was excellent. We appreciated the instruction book for using appliances. The air conditioning was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, well equipped with excellent AC in the terrific location near great local restaurants. Easy walk to Prado and other sites. Owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and left many tips for dining etc. a definite strong recommendation.

We could not have picked a better place to stay! The apartment was perfect with all the amenities. The location was great, close to the subway and easy walking to many attractions. Anniversary Trip

My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary here. We loved that everything was within walking distance. The apartment was super cute, clean, and very comfy!Gorete was such a pleasure to work with, very accommodating, and answered all our questions. Perfect for a family of 3

Overall a great property. Has everything you need. It’s well appointed & super clean. Communication was on point and the host even provides wonderful recommendations. Literally only hiccup is that it is in the best location because it is in the middle of everything but with that came some noise issues. Really just Fri and Sat night when ppl stayed up later. But otherwise a perfect place.

Beautiful, comfortable , immaculate, great location

We couldn’t be more pleased with our accommodations. The location was quaint and quiet, yet close to everything. The interior was sparkling clean with stunning modern appeal and everything you might need. We loved being in our place when we needed downtime. And, could walk in any direction to see the spectacular sights and shop. It was top notch and we had an awesome experience!

Location, location, location! This is smack-dab in the middle of the historic Barrio de las Letras (Literature Neighborhood) very romantic, safe and with countless places to eat, people-watch, on a pedestrian street (no traffic).

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The building was completely gutted a few years ago and they saved the facade and the 100 year old staircase, but everything else is brand-new modern construction and a modern elevator. We have furnished and equipped the apartment with everything we would like to find in a rental, we use VRBO ourselves when we travel so we understand that small details are paramount. Besides, we have lived in Madrid for over a decade, so we are happy to steer you to the best suggestions, whether they are restaurants, site seeing, shopping, trendy restaurants, family places or unique Madrid experiences depending on your date of travel.
