alternative parfaite à cher chambre d'hÎtel sans renoncer à de luxe ou d'un emplacement! Bel immeuble historique entiÚrement rénové avec toutes les commodités modernes et d'un ascenseur, le bùtiment est complÚtement nouveau à l'intérieur, mais avec une façade d'origine à l'extérieur sur la rue Huertas populaire, trÚs proche de Prado, Thyssen et Reina Sofia et le Palacio Real (Palais Royal), en centre-ville historique de Madrid, le célÚbre Barrio de las Letras.

L'appartement dispose d'un lit king size, plus un canapé-lit supplémentaire dans le salon. Beaucoup de lumiÚre et smack dab au milieu de tous les lieux qui se passe. La chambre à coucher n'est pas totalement privée. Il a 3 murs. Vous pouvez bien le voir sur les images.

Je l'ai vécu à Madrid pour la derniÚre décennie, heureux de vous aider à choisir les meilleurs endroits à visiter dans et autour de Madrid. L'appartement est juste à cÎté de la Plaza de Santa Ana. PrÚs de la Puerta del Sol et de la Plaza Mayor et des musées. Vous pouvez vous promener à La Latina, Mercado de San Miguel, Gran Via et aussi de Parque del Retiro.

La station de métro de métro est à quelques pas, de sorte que vous pouvez facilement déplacer autour de Madrid, ainsi que d'une courte promenade de la gare d'Atocha Train, à partir de laquelle vous pouvez facilement prendre le train à grande vitesse de balle AVE à TolÚde, Ségovie, ou les longs trajets à destination de Séville, Alicante ou Barcelone.

Quelque peu déçus

Appartement superbement situĂ© dans un quartier trĂšs central prĂšs de tout. Accueil trĂšs sympathique d'Alicia. Nous avons malheureusement rencontrĂ© quelques problĂšmes Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. DifficultĂ©s Ă  faire fonctionner la plaque de cuisson. Explications dĂ©ficientes. Air climatisĂ© qui ne fonctionnait pas. Lave-linge et sĂšche-linge non fonctionnels malgrĂ© ce qui est annoncĂ©. DifficultĂ© Ă  joindre la propriĂ©taire qui ne nous a rĂ©pondu qu'aprĂšs 24h. Elle disait que les appareils fonctionnaient ainsi en Espagne avant de se rendre Ă  l'Ă©vidence qu'ils Ă©taient dĂ©fectueux et d'envisager nous envoyer un technicien pour procĂ©der Ă  la rĂ©paration. Entre-temps, nous avions fait laver notre linge nous-mĂȘnes. Cependant, trĂšs bon service d'Alicia qui assurait le mĂ©nage une fois par semaine. Lit confortable mais canapĂ©s du salon trĂšs inconfortables.

Nice central location. Contact with property management/owner was easy and fast. They also accommodated us arriving super early and allowed us to check-in many hours before the normal time. Unit had everything needed for our stay. Very comfortable.

The entire experience of renting this property was fantastic. The host provided detailed information, communicated clearly, and was available for any questions. The property was in a superb location, close to so many attractions and was exceptionally clean. Though it’s a bustling area, noise was not an issue for myself or partner during our stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here and if I ever visit Madrid again, I will be booking this property!

Great location and secured apartment. It’s starting to show a little bit of it’s age and popularity:) A little noise at night but we knew about it and liked to have windows on the street. Good hot water pressure. Very nice lady to welcome and help us at arrival.

Fabulous Apartment In a Fabulous Location

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at this wonderful apartment. We love everything about it, from the easy check-in/chech-out process, to the cleanliness of the apartment, and its fabulous location close to restaurants, cafes, markets, and beautiful sites in Madrid. Outstanding in every respect

We travel to Europe frequently and without question this was the best property we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, great location, comfortable bed, large shower by European standards, etc. Communications with the owner was consistent and quick. Our reception with Alicia was flawless and she provide ongoing help during our stay. Cannot say enough about the property, Gorete and Alicia. We will be back.

In the Centre of everything

We enjoyed our four-week stay very much. The apartment is spacious and well equipped- we really liked coming home after our walks around town. Everything was fine, the information correct and very detailed. Alicia, the concierge, was very helpful. We are recommending the flat to our friends.

A fantastic stay!

My husband and I had the most positive experience at this location. To start, the host is nothing but amazing. The moment we booked the location she was in contact with us, giving us advice on sites to see, making sure our check in was easy, all of it. She made checking in and getting situated so easy. Next, the room itself. The space is perfect for a long or short stay in Madrid. You have all the necessities and it’s clean and cozy! Finally, the location. It’s in the most perfect area. Restaurants and cafe’s everywhere! You will not be disappointed with this stay. I highly recommend!

Lively Madrid

A perfect stay. Excellent communication prior to arrival. Close to Atocha train station for easy transportation to and from Madrid. We were greeted at the door and given an orientation to the property. The apartment was clean and very well equipped for our stay. Conveniently located to Madrid’s attractions. Safe. Lively Madrid. Amazing Apartment in an Amazing Location

My husband and I spent three nights in this wonderful apartment. Everything from communication with the property manager, to check in AND out was very easy. The apartment could not have been more perfect! There was plenty of space, two sets of French doors in the living/dining room which let in ample light, a good-sized refrigerator /freezer, microwave, and washing machine. There were plenty of spices, olive oil, teas, coffee, etc. to get us started. And, the location of the apartment could not have been more perfect. It was in a very central location close to many yummy cafes, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. I would NOT hesitate to return to this fabulous apartment OR recommend it to others! Look no further; this IS the place to stay!

A Perfect Stay +

This is a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Madrid. It’s on a busy street, especially late at night, but you wouldn’t know it because it has been designed so well with the bedroom in the middle isolating it from noise. The host is more-than-kind and easy to reach. When our flight was changes, she quickly found a way to accommodate us for another night. Great apartment, great service an$ a perfect location to see the sight of Madrid. Bravo!

Excellent stay in Madrid!

This apartment was a perfect spot for our family to explore Madrid! It’s within walking distance of the Prado and other sights in central Madrid, near the Metro, and is an easy walk to several nightlife spots. Highly recommended!

Convenient location to major sites!

From the apartment, my husband and I were able to walk everywhere: Prado Museum, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real, Mercado de San Miguel. There are 3 plazas in adjacent blocks: Angel, Matute, and Santa Ana. Typical with city life, the streets can be noisy. Closing the balcony doors helped a lot but bring earplugs if you’re particularly sensitive. All the essentials were provided: kitchen items, hair dryer, linens, towels, shampoo. Because we pack very light, the clothes washer & dryer were very important! It's a combo unit and a bit tricky to figure out; had to Google the manual. Basically, using the 30 minutes cycle was all we needed. Gorete and her assistant, Alicia, were easy to work with. We had a moment of panic when my bank shut down my credit card in error. Gorete and Alicia suggested how to fix the problem. As an avid traveler, this has never happened before. Lesson learned: use Skype to make the collect call to your bank. Collect calls cannot be made on mobile phones and apps like WhatsApp are useless for this. Highly recommend apartment Huertas 2C and Gorete as your host!

Location, location, location! This is smack-dab in the middle of the historic Barrio de las Letras (Literature Neighborhood) very romantic, safe and with countless places to eat, people-watch, on a pedestrian street (no traffic).

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The building was completely gutted a few years ago and they saved the facade and the 100 year old staircase, but everything else is brand-new modern construction and a modern elevator. We have furnished and equipped the apartment with everything we would like to find in a rental, we use VRBO ourselves when we travel so we understand that small details are paramount. Besides, we have lived in Madrid for over a decade, so we are happy to steer you to the best suggestions, whether they are restaurants, site seeing, shopping, trendy restaurants, family places or unique Madrid experiences depending on your date of travel.
